The topic of this research is the opposites in the Holy Quran and the importance of the research is that it deals with an issue related to the examination and evaluation of some special words of the Holy Quran and their meanings. The words that have been chosen because of their great importance in the field of translation, these words have a direct impact on the correctness and inaccuracy of the translation, and the result of their incorrect translation is damage that causes the transmission of Quranic concepts. This article is based on the research and evaluation of the translation of words which, as a result of wrong understanding and choosing the real meanings instead of them, can create differences and ambiguities in the translation and interpretation of the verses of the Quran.Choosing a correct and accurate meaning makes translation difficult for the translator and sometimes leads to problems in their translation. The present research has used the descriptive-analytical method along with the use of dictionaries and various interpretations and opinions of expert linguists and four selected Persian translations of the Holy Quran as examples of sources to investigate and evaluate these differences in this research. This research has reached the following results in examining and evaluating these words:Translators mostly translate the literal translation, some of which are contrary to the expected real meaning, and this means that the desired word in the text in which it is found cannot have another meaning.Sometimes translators translate with the meaning that according to interpretation Their existence is more likely, it has contradictions, and for this reason, it is observed that they do not mention the other meaning of this word. In the translation of some opposite words, translators refer to interpretations that have an interpretive aspect for more information on the meaning of the word. Manuscript profile

The semiotics of the Heaven’s Reflection in the Holy Koran is the topic of a descriptive and interdisciplinary research that tries to meet these symbols through using semiotics . The heaven in the holy Koran denotes to be the eternal place of the emancipated people and has been referred as Jannah (Garden), Firdaus (Paradise), Rizvan and Adn (Eden .( In this research, Islamic literature on the eloquence and the rhetoric of speech has been taken into consideration and at the same time Jacobson’s theory of communicative functions of language ‐ broadly speaking, similar to this Islamic tradition ‐ has played a leading role. To meet these ends, the frequency of the six functions of the language in Jakobson's theory (Referential, Expressive [emotive or affective], Conative, Poetic, Phatic and Metalingual) has been verified in all verses containing heaven . And with a clear focus on these sort of verses, every aspects of functions have been scrutinized to see if they have a dominant function in the text or not, or what kind of functions do they represent simultaneously . At the end of the day, the research has been designed in a way to have an introduction, review of literature, methodology, findings, conclusion and suggestions . The review of the literature and conceptual framework of the research has four parts: Heaven in the Holy Koran, semiotics, Koran’s Rhetoric and literary devices and finally the language functions . Annotating, or better to say, underlining key words and phrases and the patterns in the text such as repetitions, contradictions, similarities and so on, are all based on the close reading method. In this research, 283 verses about Heaven have been used as the unit of analysis. Research findings show note worthy points to ponder about related verses to heaven. Manuscript profile

The Holy Spirit is one of the common concepts between Islamic and Christian scriptures which plays a significant role in the worldview of these two religious traditions. This descriptive-comparative study seeks to elucidate the nature of The Holy Spirit in the Bible, the Holy Quran, and their interpretations. The findings of this study indicate that in both books, The Holy Spirit is one of the divine creatures that is personified in some verses, and non-personified in other verses. Some examples show that He is a superior creature to the angels and others believe that He is an angel. There is also evidence that The Holy Spirit and Gabriel are the same in the Qur'an and the Bible, from which their contribution to the creation and administration of the world can be deduced. Similarly, the Holy Spirit is the manifestation of God's "visible presence" and "divine power" on earth that destroys the disobedient nations, transmitting the divine message to divine authorities, and helping them perform miracles. So the "Holy Spirit" can, at least in nature, be regarded as one of the concepts that the Qur'an has "affirmed" throughout the Bible.   Manuscript profile

There is no accurate description of a kind of "biological classification"in the Holy Qur’ān and the Old Testament. Moreover, in contrast to thebiological texts, Qur’ān and the Old Testament do not aim at scientificcategorization of creatures, and therefore it seems that their verses arethe reflection of their addressees’ knowledge of the nature. Both thesebooks have similar attitudes toward creatures– particularly plants– andperhaps these similarities are rooted in their same revelatory origin orthe similar cultural background of their prophets and their addressees. However, the Qur’ān’s description of creatures is more elaborate thanthat of the Old Testament. Therefore, only through logical deductions from the verses of HolyQur’ān, the Old Testament and their interpretations one can talk aboutthe "biological classification" according to these two scriptures. Thisessay tries to give an account of such classification and to comparetheir similarities and discrepancies. The most beautiful description of Paradise in the Holy Koran is Jannaaton Tajri Men Tahtehal Anhaar which means "Gardens with beneath running streams". The word "tree" is not explicitly mentioned here, though it is implicitly understood. In Majma-ol Bayan by Abu Ali Amin-ol Eslam Tabarsi, we read that the word Roza means a green land in which plants grow well, and the word Jannat means a land with trees around it, and consequently Rowzaat-ol Jannaat (plural form of Rowzatol Jannat) are the gardens with trees in the middle of a green land. Many of the Persian gardens have these features. Numbers and concepts such as: Chahar Bagh (Four Gardens), Hasht Behesht (Eight Paradises), Bagh Dar Bagh (Garden in Garden), Gardesh Ab (Water Circulation), etc have their roots in the Koran terminology that gives ideas to architecture and composition of the Persian gardens and then many of the gardens in other Islamic and even the European countries. (The impact of Persian gardens in France and Spain is a proof of this claim and cannot be rejected.) However, the most effective Korans terms in Persian garden construction are Jannaaton Tajri Men Tahtehal Anhaar. Some of the annotators and theologists have clarified this phrase and considered the gardens of this world as an introduction to the Paradise. Many of the Iranian and Persian poets have compared the world to a whole garden and even some like Molavi have compared the human body and soul to a garden. Many garden builders and architectures were influenced by the mentioned Korans phrases which have tried to go beyond the described Korans gardens and created similar ones. Doubtlessly, paradise garden or with Korans terms Jannaaton Tajri Men Tahtehal Anhaar is similar to earthy, man-made gardens with the mere difference that "In Paradise, where the host of man is Allah, the worthiness is not that there are the gratification of eating, drinking and having sex, but eternally feeling that He hospitalizes you. And this is not exhausting" Manuscript profile

Invitation to national unity and cohesion is one of the main themes in sustainability literature. Optimists do not take the events of the universe for granted. Because they know that every moment of the world has method and rule and without the will of God Almighty, not a leaf falls from a tree, and human beings should hope for God's mercy and forgiveness and plan and act happily. In the present study, the question is what are the psychological functions of positive thinking from the perspective of Holy Quran? psychological functions for positive thinking were concluded by studying the meanings of eleven Verse, which include strengthening theism, increasing physical and mental health, foresight and hope, managing emotions, effective communicating, increasing flexibility, increasing forgiveness, greater success, living happily, nobility and meaning of life and family support. By emergence of Islam, religious beliefs influenced all aspects of Muslim lives including their speech and behavior, and left important implications. Literature, as one of the most important aspects of society, both in the field of poetry and prose, were also inluded. Since Jarir was a Muslim and Islam was the religion of the government and its official Calipha during his lifetime, the necessary way was paved for him to boast of non-Muslim rivals, so that in the controversy of Christian heresy, religion and its beliefs Has used it as the main substance of his arguments in overcoming him and has depicted everything that a Muslim can be proud of. In this article, the aim is not to study Jarir's religiosity or apostasy, but to analyze the aspects and dimensions of the poet's religious ideas in their contradictions with the desired impairment. The core of Jarir's religious thought is the proof of monotheism, as well as the proof of the dignity of Muslims and the humiliation of the conquerors. Manuscript profile

One of the relatively new areas in the field of linguistic studies is the semantic method that is most used in the analysis of texts and its structural understanding. Semantic knowledge through the scientific study of meaning seeks to provide a detailed description of the relationships that exist between semantic units, ie, word-meaning pairs or meaning-meaning relationships. In the meantime, considering the sacredness of the text and its isolation from human error and sacredness, the Holy Quran has a higher validity than the other texts, and thus it is possible to study the structure of the text and how to use the words in this scripture. A good way to understand the meaning is to be as accurate as possible. In this study, using a synchronic approach and in the context of descriptive semantics, we seek to reflect on the concept of "arrogance" in theology by merely reflecting on the Holy Quran in the era of revelation. Investigate revelation and analyze the semantic implications of its association with linguistic and semantic analysis. This high-quality Qur'anic word has been used 47 times in the Holy Qur'an in the form of different names and verbs and times. The findings indicate that there are many causes and factors involved in explaining the concept of arrogance. The existence of Iblis, the class of capitalists and the capitalists, disbelief and so on, all somehow complete the semantic circle of arrogance in its companionship. Arrogance tools and goals in dealing with divine movements are also diverse. Manuscript profile

Study and analyzing the obstacles to achieving humanperfection in the Holy Qur'anAbstract:Human perfection is one of the important topics and goals of the Holy Qur'an. But we see that the Almighty God creates billions of people, but at any time, a small number of these innumerable human beings can be perfected and as a human being, which is the purpose of God for the sake of mankin. Therefore, the research question is what are the barriers to achieving human perfection. According to the research hypothesis, it seems that the barriers to achieving human perfection and their virtues have been expressed through numerous verses from the Quran. In this research, with descriptive-analytical method and library study and using interpretive and narrative resources, by examining the number of 110 Quranic verses, forty barriers were extracted as obstacles to achieving human perfection, and classified in the four groups of obstacles: belief, internal and physical, material and erotic, behavioral and social groups. Then analyzed by qualitative content analysis method and categorized in 11 groups according to the threats of verses. The findings of the research indicate a direct relationship between the severity of the barriers and the severity of the obstacles. Consequently, the barriers to belief are the most severe and most important threats, and thus the main obstacles. Forty obstacles, in fact, are forty hijab perfection that by overcoming one of these hijabs a person can complete a degree of perfection. Manuscript profile

Narratology is one of the new branches of literary studies that seek the scientific analysis of narrative texts. In the meantime, several approaches have been proposed by literary critics and semantics, one of the most frequent ones in the field is Algerdas Grimas's narratology approach, on the other hand, the study of narratives has always been part of the study of the Holy Qur'an, because a considerbale part of this sacred text is devoted to fiction and several stories are told in it. Some of them, like the story of Zechariah, have a common story with the Testaments. Therefore, in order to analyze the Qur'anic narration of Zakariah, the present study has considered the narrative approach of Grimas and has tried to achieve a scientific analysis of this text by analyzing the narrative plot of the Qur'anic narration of Zakaria, but since the texts are shaped in an intertextual relation with each other, the narrative analysis of Zakaria's testamentary narrative has also been considered in order to gain more knowledge of their storytelling style in this case by studying the narrative narrative of two stories that considered one Fabiola. Finally, while analyzing the narrative of the two narrations, the intertextual connection between these two explicit texts and the attention of the Holy Quran to the Old Testament story is revealed. The efforts and thinking of these thinkers have made Isfahan a school and an influential school in Islamic sciences over other schools. Among these, the interpretive school of Isfahan and the commentators named after it are worthy of analysis and study. Isfahani leading commentators are divided into three periods: early, Safavid and contemporary, and are divided into two types: rationalists and Akhbaris. This research has refined and analyzed the basics in a library method, matching them with each other and clarifying its hidden angles. In expressing the principles of Isfahan Interpretive School; Quranic, narrative, literary, principled, theological, philosophical, intellectual and moral, mystical, individual and group principles were stated. The Qur'anic principles of Isfahani commentators are common and in the principles of narration, some have been highly positivist and the intensity and weakness of the use of narrations in their interpretations has caused differences in their narrative principles. Some rationalist and news commentators have an intuitive nature and have interpreted the verses based on esoteric intuition and mystical view, and on the contrary, some have not had a mystical view and reject these principles. The rhetorical and phonetic phenomena of the fundamental structures in the literary context are considered to be one of the most important linguistic, unique and distinctive artistic mechanisms in the Holy Quran. The translator of the Holy Qur'an, though skilled in the work, sometimes relies on the transmission of rhetorical and phonetic imagery in many cases. This is actually to arrange the meaning and meaning of the sentence, as the link between the image and the concept is incomplete due to the loop. In this study, the authors have attempted to convey this problem to the play by citing examples of these rhetorical and phonetic phenomena embodied in many Qur'anic verses, a problem that does not overshadow the nature of translation. So we present some of the solutions we've come up with, as well as familiarizing ourselves with some of the possible alternatives to it, using the experts' experience in translation. The Holy Quran is always one of the rich and timeless sources that Muslim poets and writers have used. The history of using the Holy Quran in Persian poetry is as long as Iranian Islam. Tanas (intertextuality) is one of the new literary criticism theories that was proposed by Julia Kristeva in the second half of the 20th century. In fact, Tanas is a new term that has old concepts in literature. The present study aims to investigate intertextual types in the poems of Farid Esfahani, one of the lesser-known poets of Saadi's age, using the descriptive-analytical method. The results of the research show that he benefited the most from partial intertextuality that appeared in the form of Quranic words, sentences and phrases. It is also possible to consider indicative intertextuality as one of the most widely used types of intertextuality in his poetry, which is shown in the form of invoking Quranic stories and characters. The poet has rarely used inspirational and conceptual intertextuality. Manuscript profile

One of the topics that has been considered by Muslim linguists, commentators and Orientalists since the early centuries of Islamic history is the issue of non-Arabic words in Holy Quran. This issue is of very importance in the linguistic researches of Qur'an and has expressed several viewpoints. Three main perspectives: for, against and in between are the result of the research of ancient linguists in this field. But the fact is that the linguistic sciences consider the existence of non-Arabic words in Qur'an to be a proven category. In the present article owning a descriptive-analytical approach, non-Arabic words in Qur'an are studied from modern linguistics' perspective. The most important finding of the present study is that non-Arabic words in Qur'an are undeniable and its denial is in conflict with the findings and ideologies of modern linguistics. Abovementioned words has entered the Arabic language hundred years before the revelation of Qur'an and have been adapted to the phonetic and morphological structure of Arabic language. On the other hand, the single origin of Semitic languages, of which Arabic is one, is another proof of the existence of words from the Semitic language family in Qur'an. Manuscript profile

Rhetoric scholars have always tried to understand the true meanings of words that express the true meaning of the appealing and preferential style. It is obvious that this style of expression is sometimes used semantically from one meaning to another simultaneously; and sometimes it's possible that these two styles of expression shift according to the context of their application, in a way that their applications were not easily identifiable and determinable; so that the proximity of the meanings (appealing and preferential) is such that sometimes the two mentioned implements are used interchangeably and this application is very popular among the rhetoric scholars. The main point is to explain the aesthetic significance of the meanings of these words and the implements used in two expression styles, and to clarify how they are applied in Qur'an. The method of the article is qualitative and exemplary analysis technique in some Verses of Qur'an and abstract discussions are avoided. The result of the study shows that linguistic structure is not an impartial and unbiased structure in expression and presentation, and when it is used as an insignificant appealing or preferential combination, it would not be limited to them but should incorporate a structure of both meanings and the intended meaning as needed should be provided. Holy Quran has been translated into various languages and the level of ability of its translators in understanding the Quran, precepting it in the target language or both, as well as familiarity with the knowledge of linguistics and translation has varied. Abolfazl Bahrampour is one of these translators who has had a great ability in understanding and translating the text of the Holy Quran in his translation. Of course, he also had weaknesses that the present article, after stating the general features of Al-Waqi'ah Surah, studies the translation of Abolfazl Bahrampour in various rhetorical purposes; First, he deals with the rhetorical features such as simile, metaphor, irony, emphasis, attention, etc. in the verses of Al-Waqi'ah Surah, and then he compares those rhetorical intentions with Bahrampour's translation. Some omissions of translations are due to the precise and complex structure of the Qur'anic language, which has made translators prefer one translation over another, but some slips are also due to weakness in the structure of the word or its morphological, syntactic and rhetorical style; Some (translators) also undertook interpretive translation and elaborated without separating the original word from the interpretive margins. Studying the concepts of Holy Qur'an is of very importance, especially when it is accompanied by logic, reasoning and interpretation of Qur'an to Qur'an. The present article addresses important issues such as the Assigned and Messianism that are tied to the fate of humanity, and there are more than 65 verses that have a completely common view to messianism emphasizing Sunni and Shiite’s interpretations. By studying the meanings of 10 Verses of Qur'an, it is quite obvious that regardless of the interpretation and narration about mentioned verses according to the meanings of the verse itself and putting it next to the general meaning of HolyQur'an, we can argue and conclude that what the commentators and interpretations of Qur'an claim which is more or less narrative or derived from narrations, achieved and applied a kind of independent semantics. The most important results of this research indicate that the messianismas necessity for Jesus’s being alive, and the necessity of the Assigned to overcome the religion of God over all religions and the unification of all religions, can be proved by the conceptual style of the relevant verses. Abstract Coexist in peace and security protection is of the core foundation of any civilized nation. And from a long time theorists have dealt with it as one of the most ideal indicators "utopia". Today also, it is such an attractive matter that excites the lawyers and politicians in the international or regional area to think about its legal and administrative instruments and to present strategies for realizing it. But it is to be known what has been neglected in these efforts, is considering the revealed teachings. In the current global situation, negative approach to religious thought, both in the range of interpersonal relationships and social interaction, has made the human cheap senses overcome his eminent senses, and has caused unbridled status in natural impulses such as individualism, exploiting the others’ interests in the service of one’s benefits and the desire to exceed the restrictions. Since the Qur'an accepts the diversity of languages and considers it as a ground for the acquaintance of peoples and nations, the translation of the Qur'an has long been considered. English is now an international and mediating language, and numerous translations of the Qur'an have been provided in this language. One of the most important issues in translating texts is creating balance or equality at different language levels. Balance at the lexical level as well as the precedence of meaning over the appearance is considered to be one of the most important priorities in translating texts. In the present study, three translations of the Qur'an based on Mona Baker's view on the issue of creating balance have been studied. The purpose of the present study is to investigate jurisprudential principles of animal rights. The method of study is descriptive-analytic. General principles including the ones in the Qur'an and sonnat (the tradition) are discussed in this research. Both of the above revelation resources have mentioned common features for animals in terms of life principles, perception issues, and evolution after this world that is sufficient to prove the right of animals as living creatures. Rational arguments indicate that every measure violating animal rights is evidence of cruelty while every measure that sustains their dignity, life, interests, resources, environment, and survival of their different species is considered as an act of goodness. The Sunni and Shi'ite scholars have consensus that animals also have rights so humans are obliged to observe them. Jurisprudential principles state that killing an animal requires the responsibility to make up for the loss. Besides, any damage to animals is prohibited and every attempt to fulfill their rights is regarded as an act of benevolence and goodness. Finally, the above principles generally approve animal rights, in addition to human rights, and convey the necessity to observe and fulfill that. Manuscript profile

One Thousand and One Nights is full of fiction and magic. The fictitious episodes of the book depict the events that despite their being normal and usual in the world in which they happen, they are not simply believable. They are weird for us because we consider them as supernatural. Magic and witchcraft are really significant in One Thousand and One Nights, for rather than everybody, only two groups of people exercise them, i.e. the good and the bad, and the wizards and the charmers are mainly women. The world of One Thousand and One Nights is the one in which the common people live with the ogres and the fairies, and because they cannot react against them equally, they exercise magic and witchcraft to fight back the evils, the disasters and even the other common people. Now what makes us to believe in magic and witchcraft is nothing but our Holy Quran asserting them. Some verses in Holy Quran admit the possibility of magic and witchcraft while disallow people exercising them. However, exercising magic and witchcraft is common and familiar in One Thousand and One Nights. The present research is to compare and contrast the magic and witchcraft in One thousand and One Nights and the Holy Quran, where the focus is verse 102 of Al-Baqara Chapter. Manuscript profile

Based on the explicit Quranic text, divine tests are a certain, continuous, and recursive tradition in human life – a perpetual issue that encompasses all creations, even angels and prophets. Tests are varied depending on an individual’s bearing. This has widely been reflected in mystic doctrines, especially in Masnavi. The present research aims to answer some questions as to, but not limited to, why many problems emerge in the mortal issues and why some are wealthy but others are deprived. To answer these questions, the author had to adopt a content analysis methodology and qualitative (descriptive-analytical) method to study religious and literary works, especially Masnavi and Roomi’s approach towards the Quran. The findings show that in Roomi’s view, the world is the arena of divine tests with a huge pursuing mission. He believes that disasters lay the ground for consciousness and awareness. A patient human’s attempts will result in evolution and Liqa’ Allah (meeting God). Istidraj is one of the most complicated tests, and belief is the key to victory. On the whole, two general views are widely stated in Persian literature about recitation of holy Quran: in the first view, good recitation has been appreciated in prose and rhymed works, and many stories and anecdotes have quoted in its support. In the other view, some of the authors and poets such as Sanai, Saadi, and Jami, in addition to support and emphasis on the former view by some authors such as blamed the blameworthy recitators and idle qaris mostly with a critical and amendatory intention and sometimes with the tools of satire and jesting reminded some valuable points to train and advice. According to Islamic mystical reflections, the beauty of God is considered the foundation of the universe's creation, resulting in an inseparable link between beauty and creation. The present study aims to analyze human artistic endeavors in light of the divine creation concept, drawing from the mystical belief that 'humans are an image of Him.' This study seeks to introduce an appropriate approach to manifesting beauty in artwork and exploring the role of the artist in this context. Employing a descriptive, analytical, and interpretative methodology, we draw from Qur'anic teachings, Islamic mysticism, and theosophy sources to investigate the various levels of God's creation and the relationship between creation and the act of speech in the universe, humans, and the Qur'an (as His perfect manifestations). Furthermore, we consider the human existential faculties to analyze and explain the quality of beauty manifestation in artwork. To illustrate this, we study Isfahan's Hasht Behesht garden from this perspective. Through this study, we establish that the artistic act of humans, at the level of the heart (intellect), is connected to the beauty of the word-like and esoteric essence of the work. At the level of sensation, it corresponds to the beauty of the book-like and the exoteric form. Therefore, the stronger the relationship between these two facets, brought forth by the power of the artist's imagination, the more beauty emerges in the aforementioned work. However, lasting beauty consistently originates from the word-like aspect of the artwork, which is in relation to God, representing the beauty of God. Manuscript profile

It is obvious that the Qur'an is the book of the life of Muslims and has had a great impact on all Islamic culture and literature. One of the greatest literary learners of the Qur'an is Maulana Jalaluddin Rumi Balkhi, and his outstanding work, Masnavi, is not so full of active concepts and teachings. It is a Qur'an and mysticism called the Persian Qur'an. In this article, we intend to compare and analyze the conceptual and mystical metaphors in the Qur'an and Masnavi. Metaphor is one of the literary arrays in Persian literature and is also available in other languages. Metaphor is examined from a variety of aspects, one of the important aspects of which is the conceptualization of metaphor, which is called "conceptual metaphor". The Holy Qur'an, which has a high level of texts, also has metaphors. Accordingly, in the present study, a comparative study of the semantics of metaphors of the first and the twentieth parts of the Qur'an and the first and second offices of Mashhavi Molavi have been discussed. The method of this research is descriptive-analytical with comparative approach. The results of the research showed that the conceptual metaphors used in the Holy Qur'an in the first part are more than the second part and concern topics such as worldly life and human guidance and the impact of heart. In other words, it can be said that the conceptual metaphors used in the Holy Qur'an focus more on the understanding of human beings and seek to understand this person. In the spiritual Masnavi, conceptual metaphors are in the domain of mystical concepts and paths to reach the beloved, often expressed by concepts related to love, such as fire and hearts, and so on. In sum, the common sense of the Quranic metaphors and spiritual masnavas can be discussed in the "Dell" sections.  Manuscript profile

The consequences of tranquility, spiritual balance, and lack of concern and anxiety are correct interaction with problems and preoccupations and achieving accurate tranquility. Peaceful mind in various types, natural, psychological, and mindset, is among the elements of felicity that emerges in two forms of spiritual tranquility and social security. Accordingly, the Islamic scholars view it from sainthood perspective and deem it as a divine phenomenon so that a vast portion of religious teachings are dedicated to that. On the one hand, mysticism is as path with which one can arrive at intuitive and in-person knowledge of reality and pure knowledge directly and obtain the certain response to the essential needs and questions of human being and acquire perpetual tranquility and happiness from. On the one hand, it should be noted that Holy Quran has presented the best instructions hereto and has acquainted human beings with the mystery of manhood and spiritual journey better than any other sources. The holy Quran is the door to the "knowledge about imams" so that the entire verses and evidences of Quran refer directly and indirectly to the cognitive and spiritual journey of human toward the Almighty and how to joint Him. Accordingly, this paper deals with the status and causes of tranquility in the Holy Quran and Islamic mysticism. This paper that is prepared with analytic descriptive methodology and aimed at explanation and discussion over the scientific status and causes of tranquility in the holy Quran and Islamic mysticism concludes that faith, avoidance, and piety are principal causes of tranquility and the background for personal and social tranquility as well as the tranquility of soul and psyche of person and society. Human dignity is one of the most important issues in the field of philosophy, law, ethics and mysticism; Because this issue is the basis and source of many human rights, privileges and duties. Human dignity is considered as a right or a set of inalienable rights and the basis of human rights that the Islamic society is obliged to observe. If this principle is ignored and there is no practical commitment to its effects, values such as freedom, privacy, justice and equality will lose their meaning. According to the verses of the Qur'an and the hadiths, the basic principle of human dignity is that no one has the right to enter the privacy of another human being without permission, except in special cases where a valid rational or narrative reason indicates its permission. Having privacy or the right to privacy is one of the houses emphasized by mysticism and is one of the sources of self-knowledge and theology. Examining the verses and hadiths that have been narrated to prove human privacy, it is obtained that the principles and legal requirements in the field of human privacy include: providing security, freedom, peace and protection of dignity, human dignity, sense of responsibility and duty, the sanctity of man is moral commands and prohibitions, and since according to the noble verse: (Esraa / 70) Ashraf human beings are creatures and worthy of respect. This research states that all the needs of growth and perfection are present in the religion of Islam, and only divine guidance can provide the means for their proper flourishing and guide them to the desired destination. Among the results of the research, we can point out the lack of research activities in the field of accounting jurisprudence and the lack of application of research methodology in terms of such things as sources used, validity and reliability, research method, society and sample of researches, in order to develop Islamic accounting. "Ḥamd" is a key concept in the Quranic theology that underwent fundamental changes in meaning upon entering Islamic culture. The lexicographers and commentators have considered ḥamd to mean praise (madh) or thanksgiving (shokr). In traditions and Islamic culture, the same meaning for ḥamd has been reflected. Meanwhile, in its pre-Islamic history and in semantic languages, ḥamd had two meanings: first, it means "fire, heat" and second, "desire, interest and pleasure"; that the second meaning is constructed from the first meaning. These semantic evidences show that ḥamd has undergone a fundamental change in its meaning through its life. in this research, by the historical method, the concept of ḥamd is investigated at the pre-Islamic era, age of Qur’an and the period of Islamic culture, and its semantic changes through the history, by the approach of history of concept. This research has reached the conclusion that the meaning of ḥamd in the Holy Qur’an is along its pre-Islamic meaning (desire, interest and attention) and it should not be carried over the changed meaning that evolved in the Islamic era (praise, thanks).     Manuscript profile

The present article is a study on the historical evolution of the view of Sunni commentators in explaining the concept of mawddat of Dhi al-Qurbá. The word mawaddat from the word wodd means to love something or someone and wish for its stability, and in the term means intense mutual love between people, which can be praised or condemned according to its subject and is so attractive that the lover makes it easy to imitate and follow the beloved. According to Imami scholars, mawddat of Dhi al-Qurbá is a concept that, if used in connection with the Holy Prophet (pbuh), only means mawaddat and love along with following and guarding the Twelver Imams (as) and Lady Zahrāʾ (as). However, most public scholars do not accept this view and have offered other views on the concept. A careful study of the historical evolution of the views of Sunni commentators shows that in different centuries, various opinions have been expressed in explaining the concept in question to the extent that some have expressed the mawaddah and love of the Anṣār to the Prophet (pbuh) and the Quraysh and many have expressed the mawaddah of the Quraysh. They have chosen an independent vote for the Prophet (pbuh) and not being hostile to him. All this is while some have mentioned the duration towards the companions of Kisā (as), the abrogation of the verse of the duration, the duration towards the Ahl al-Bayt (as), the peace of mercy and the duration and closeness to Allah the Almighty in explaining the concept of the nearness of Dhi al-Qurbá. Accordingly, the basic discourse of this article, while referring to the semantics of related words, based on library data, expresses the views of Sunni commentators in explaining the concept and examines and critiques these views. The word Rizq is used one hundred and nine times in the Holy Qur’an. Lexicographers and commentators have considered a wide range of material and spiritual meanings for this word; some of them have applied rizq to a material meaning only, others only to a spiritual meaning, and some to both material and spiritual meanings. This division of opinions among lexicographers and commentators has arisen while, based on linguistic evidence, rizq carried a limited and specific meaning in the pre-Qur'an era and in the era when the Qur'an was revealed. The authors of this article, with the aim of achieving the original meaning of this word in the Qur'an and using the historical etymology of this word, have shown that in the pre-Qur'an era, sustenance had a material meaning such as "food", "interest and share", "daily being"a And "giving to others" is considered its most important component. During the revelation of the Qur'an and with the transfer of this word from Persian to Arabic, the same range of meanings was also introduced into the Arabic of the era of revelation. For this reason, in understanding and interpreting the verses in which the word sustenance is used, one should focus on the material meaning of this word. Manuscript profile

One of the most important signs of stopping and the first in the Holy Qur'an, the necessary endowment sign is "م". The current research tries to analyze the historical course of the necessary Waqf from the time of Sajavand, who was the creator of this type of endowment, to the time of contemporaries by adopting the descriptive-analytical method. After studying the necessary Waqfs, it was found that the verses in which the necessary Waqf sign is used, are mostly in the field of religious verses. In case of non-observance of the required endowment, it is possible to get an understanding contrary to the divine intention of the verses of the Holy Quran. This misunderstanding can go to such an extent that the divine intention of the verses of the Holy Qur'an appears to be the exact opposite. With the historical investigation, it is clear that from the time of Sajavandi to the contemporary time, the number of 16 items has been considered necessary in all periods; 3 items were first necessary, then unnecessary and again changed to necessary; 29 cases were necessary at the beginning, but became unnecessary until modern times; 3 items were initially unnecessary and became necessary until modern times; There were differences in 3 cases and there was no steady course. The present article focuses on the relationships among choices, linguistic models, ideologies and the power of hidden connections in Masnavi Mulavi. The article considers Jalāl ad-Dīn Muhammad Rūmī’s dealing with values and main thoughts expressed in Quranic verses and Hadith based on critical discourse analysis approach and Michael Halliday’s theory of the transitivity system of functional grammar. So, based on Halliday’s theory of systemic functional grammar, it is analyzed and categorized the couplets of Masnavi Mulavi which refer, implicitly or explicitly, to Quranic verses and Hadiths. The ideological contents of the couplets show that according to this mystical text, God’s will rules in all things. The core and the semantic center of processes used in the verses of Quran and Hadiths are “relational process”. On the other hand, the Verses and Hadiths including one distinct process can refer to several processes, or vice versa, several processes can be reduced to one. Thus, it is emphasized on educational aims.   Manuscript profile

The translation of sacred texts at the head of the Holy Qur'an is considered to be the propaganda of the Islamic religion. Due to the mission of the metaphysical and metaphorical Qur'an, many scholars in the history of Islam demanded to translate the Quran. Among them, the accuracy of the translation of Mindami is in the Holy Qur'an. From the point of view of the ulama, the syntax and the interpretation, it is a name whose meaning is similar to the infinite, combined with the signifying and expressive power, and in addition to Hadith, often implies the end and the last. The review of the library-analytic of contemporary translations of the Holy Qur'an, from the infallible Mimi of Surah Baqara, in three literal ways of Abolhassan Shahrani, a commentary on Mahdi Elahi Ghomshei, Abdolmohammad Ayati and Mohammad Reza Safavi, and loyal to Naser Makarem Shirazi, Mehdi Fouladvand, Mostafa Khorramdel, Abolfazl Bahrampour, shows that in all these translations, the main meaning of the infallible Mimi is neglected, and the Amin or Faithful translation is to some extent referred to as the ultimate meaning of the word, the ultimate and ultimate meaning of the matter. Taking into account the true function of Mimi, we present a table of translations of Mimi Surah Baqara and, by presenting the proposed translation, provide the correct meaning of the clear divine word, and provide a better understanding of the verses of the Holy Quran, and provide the next Translators and the dynamics of knowledge of the Quranic translation . The translation of holy and religious texts, especially the Holy Qur'an, requires three pillars: a) language expertise; b) professionalism in translation; Undoubtedly, there is no standard language and prose, more translations are customized, more translators from the Qur'an than one-language or bilingual, borrowed from word to meaning, and dumb and inaudible, including the problems of translation of the Holy Quran. Certainly, the Holy Qur'an itself has no"ambiguity". If in the translation of other texts, such as literary and scientific texts, a mistake occurs, it is ultimately a mistake, but in the translation of religious texts, especially the Holy Qur'an, the subject is different. Revelation, direct connection with the beliefs of the religionists and the fact that the Quran has been different from other texts. In this research work, the researcher selected the translation of verses from the Holy Qur'an from five prominent Iranian translators: Ayati, Haddad Adil, Khoramshahi, Puladabad and Makarem Shirazi. Also in translation of two object verbs translator are not follow a single structure and in some cases they translated incorrectly To solve this problem we used some technique of Persian literature and offered some suitable equivalent such as two object verbs + object + + root for translation of root , and also usage of “verb + object + proper” and “verb + preposition KE + inter connectional sentences ” for translation of tow object verbs. The Holy Qur'an has different dimensions and a delicate appearance and deep inner. Among these high meaningsand deep concepts are its oaths. Oaths confer a large part of the Quranic verses, and especially the small Mecca’s Surahs. The oaths are composed of indissoluble components, as well as Swear (Moghsem Beh) it and Sworn (Moghsem lah), which have no meaning without each other. In the present Descriptive-analytical study, we have investigated the relation between the structures of oath sentence. Also, the challenges in various translations of these sentences- the Balad Surah as a target- in view points of different translators and commentators were studied. It is notable that from the syntax scientists viewpoint, oath is considered as what makes the sentence emphasizing; Therefore, it is one way to emphasize usual statements and has no way except having an answer stating oath's objective. Since the Qur'an's oaths are the ultimate means for the tendency of human thoughts to research in the depths of various issues and creatures of the world in order to open up the science doors in to the human community. Then, it is necessary to notice into relationship between the various components of the structure of the oath sentences by commentators and translators in the translations of the Holy Quran. The results of this study on the various translations of the Holy Quran indicate that unfortunately the above mentionedtranslations and the other could not consider the exact relationship between different components of oath structure especially in Balad Surah. The Holy Quran, as the last book of revelation of the Semitic religions, has spoken about the texts of its family and all its roots with high frequency. These words are sometimes expressed in the position of confirmation and sometimes in the position of their criticism. In confirming the Torah, the Holy Qur'an states many attributes (attributes), some of which are common between the Torah and the Qur'an, such as: mercy, difference and remembrance, etc. These common attributes indicate the origin of revelation. It has the Torah; A divine book that has been approved by the Qur'an and is also considered to be the herald of the Qur'an. The attribution of the Torah to the Holy Prophet, Prophet Moses (pbuh) in the form of tablets and in the forty-day spiritual journey of Mount Toor, is one of the most important of these Quranic data. Although not all the details of the Torah are mentioned in the Quran, some commentators have referred to its messages, such as not associating partners with God, respecting one's parents, and so on. Moreover, imagery, as the most active component in literary texts, has a very wide and targeted use in the Holy Quran. Depictions created in the Holy Quran are mostly at the service of great religious targets. The special methods of the Holy Quran in creating depictions, surpassing simple fictions, and creating original images have made the Holy Quran be artistically years ahead of its time. Recognizing and understanding the meanings in the images of the Holy Quran is a way to enter the subjective world of this work and discover the beauty and truth in it. The Holy sura (Chapter) of "Yousof" is one of the clearest manifestations of 'lyrical genre' literature that has been shaped as a narrative; therefore, it is a suitable milieu for the appearance of varied imagery. Rhetorical-artistic illustration has tools such as: allegory, metaphor, simile, irony, etc .; These tools are used to sensualize spiritual and abstract matters. In this research, a comparative study of the Gospel of John with the Holy Quran from the perspective of artistic illustration has been considered. Due to the simple prose and narrative-story format of the book, the author of the Gospel of John has used less artistic images than the Holy Quran; in other words, the multiplicity of spiritual meanings and themes in the Holy Qur'an, which include monotheistic, religious, moral, theological, and otherworldly truths, are all abstract and abstract matters embodied by the means of artistic illustration. AbstractTo include women for citizenship rights is an important matter and it has been a subject of serious discussions in various schools. In the present research, after gathering related and relevant data from jurisprudential texts, Islamic approach to the women´s rights of citizenship were explored and analyzed. The results showed that, in Islam, the women´s rights of citizenship are of three aspects including primary rights, social rights and marital rights. Also, positive discrimination in favor of women is one of the social policymaking methods in Islamic Teachings as a solution for compensation for discriminative behaviors and realization of the women´s rights of citizenship. Ambiguities ascribed to Shiite jurisprudential approach regarding equal rights to women and men results from the fact that many humanistic schools don’t believe in distinctions between the similarities between women´s and men´s rights and the equality of those rights. This point can be analyzed in various issues such as heritage, punishment, testimony, divorce, judgment, and authority. Due to superiority of Islamic approach, in developing the women´s rights of citizenship its teachings can be followed and introduced as a model for legal schools. Keywords: rights of citizenship, women, Islam, Shiite jurisprudence, Quran Manuscript profile

One of the most important issues in human life is enemyology and an appropriate understanding of the strategies to deal successfully with the enemy. The Holy Qur'an has named six groups of enemies: "Satan and his companions", "Nafs-Amara (lasciviousness)", "some of wives and children", "infidels and polytheists", "some People of the Book, especially Jews" and "hypocrites". The Prophet, on the one hand, fought culturally and socially against idolatry, atheism, and hypocrisy in belief and practice, and the triangle of atheism, polytheism, and hypocrisy was also placed against him during his mission and did not give up any struggle against and monotheism. The current research aims to know the components of interaction with the enemy according to the Qur'an, hadiths and Imamiyah Jurisprudence. The research method is descriptive-analytical using library and documentary sources. The results of the research show that Holy Qur'an teaches us what special method we should use in confronting each of the enemies. In clearer words, it teaches Muslims the way to deal with Satan, Nafs-Amara, infidels, etc. separately, and also, it puts a special way to deal with every enemy's method. Among these methods are Faith and trust in God, abandoning sins, constant remembrance of God, seeking refuge in God, self-purification, fearing God and restraining the soul from whims and desires, surrendering oneself and affairs to God, cutting off all communication and friendship other than God, declaring a clear position of disliking them, cultural struggle through the Qur'an, religious insight and tolerance, interaction with the enemy. Abstract Although Julia Kristeva was the creator of intratextulity term, other theorists, in continuation of her tenets, with the same or different origins, have dealt with the presence of one text in other texts. Gerard Genner's approach, opposite to Kristeva's and in different front, by affecting and being affected, have been chosen as the theoretical basis of this research to study two kinds of non-verbal affectability in the Magamate Hamidi from the Holy Qur'an. We have tried, in this abstract, to produce the spiritual aspects of the Qur'anic intratextuality ( revelatory and allusive ) in the aforementioned book. In the revelatory intratextuality, we will discover the origins of implications and the encouragement of the author to take advantage of it; in allusive intratextuality, on the other hand, we are led by the allusive terms  to the meanings and extensive Qur'anic  knowledge. The statement " those who possess righteousness and axiom, don't die " indicates the revelation of the author from the verse of martyrdom, and allusion to two key words in maxims of Loghman Hakim, associates Loghman's advices to his son. The text of the Magamate Hamidi has been thoroughly studied and scrutinized here and the aspects of the author's affectability for the Holy Qur'an and its frequency have been specified. Finally with the comparison of the frequency of these intratextualities , it was revealed that revelatory intratextuality with the considerable function has played role more than allusive intratextuality. The method of this research is descriptive-analytic and the atmosphere of the activity is bibliotic. Manuscript profile

Abstract         What is prevailed as the synonyms for " artifice " as ruse, wile, treachery, hoax, canonical cheating and deception in Farsi expression and dialogue, has different implications in the Qur'anic language and Arabic literature where it is used as gumption and is not limited to the unfavorable actions; since in the Qur'anic applications it is used about the almighty God and has two implications good deed which means " praised " , and in evil deeds which means indecent as " makrossay". Other expressions are also used in the Qur'an which can elaborate this meaning. We have tried, in this article, in a descriptive-analytic method to explain its semantics in the Holy Qur'an. 173 - Examining the Concept of Murābatah in the Qur'an Based on Tafāsīr al-Mīzān and al-Taḥrīr va al-Tanwīr

The research examines this important issue in a comparative and descriptive-analytical way from the perspective of two contemporary commentators; Allameh Tabataba'i has criticized it in al-Mīzān fi Tafsīr al-Qur'an and Sheikh ibn Āshur in al-Taḥrīr va al-Tanwīr. Accordi More
The research examines this important issue in a comparative and descriptive-analytical way from the perspective of two contemporary commentators; Allameh Tabataba'i has criticized it in al-Mīzān fi Tafsīr al-Qur'an and Sheikh ibn Āshur in al-Taḥrīr va al-Tanwīr. According to Ibn Ashur, Murābatah means maintaining military readiness in the borders of the Islamic country; While according to Allameh Tabatabai's social reading, mutuality means the relationship of all people in all aspects of social life. The basic question is that, taking into account the co-occurrence of words and also examining the meanings of the chapter of Mufāʿalah in verse 200 of Surah Al-Imran, what is the precise explanation of the concept of Murābatah? By comparative analysis, the mention of the interpretive narrative of waiting for prayer after prayer has been obtained as a common point of opinion of both commentators. On the other hand, as a point of difference, Allameh's social analysis about Islamic relations, which means the connection of all people in social actions, is against Ibn Ashur's opinion, which means maintaining the borders of the Islamic country. The result is that considering the application of connections in the verse and considering the meanings of the chapter on interaction, none of the mentioned views are beyond the limit of determining the example and the connections indicate the continuous participation.
