Abstract :
The Holy Quran with the title "Al-Ketab" includes important and valuable topics that are directly or indirectly involved in human life. Among the topics that God has addressed in the Holy Quran is the topic of swearing and related topics. The style of swearing, as one of the most frequent styles in the Holy Qur'an, is one of the ways of emphasizing and consolidating the speech. The Almighty God has mentioned cases of swearing in several verses of the Holy Qur'an, which indicate a special relationship between the person who recites the oath (God) and what is said. which is mentioned by oath. The higher the dignity and position of the reciter of the oath, it indicates the high importance of that matter. From the point of view of scholars, an oath is a sentence that emphasizes the news. One of the results of the research is that in the verses that swear by the Divine Essence, the purpose of this oath is to send divine messengers to complete the proof. Swearing in such verses in the form of narration and story shows the beauty of the use of swearing in the Qur'an.
