Earthquake is one of the natural disasters on earth that causes a lot of economic and human losses every year. Although this natural hazard cannot be predicted with current science, use of technology and technological progress, makes it possible to plan properly to reduce damages. These measures are the result of recognizing and examining the potential areas of the earth where there is a possibility of earthquake risk, and by taking advantage of it and analyzing them, the necessary preparation for earthquake prevention or control can be obtained. In this purpose, the geographic information system plays a significant role in the integration of related maps. In this research, the impact of various factors on the occurrence of earthquakes and the zoning of earthquake risk in Kermanshah county has been investigated. In order to achieve this, the fuzzy hierarchical analysis method was used to obtain the weight of each of the studied criteria and the degree of their impact, and by obtaining the small values of the weight of each criterion, a fuzzy weight map of the criteria was prepared and finally a risk map. The acceptability of different areas of Kermanshah county has been obtained. The results show that 15.6% of Kermanshah county is at risk of earthquake with "high" degree and 16.7% with "very high" degree. Also, 18.2 percent of the villages in Kermanshah county are at risk of earthquake with "very high" degree and 17.7 percent with "high" degree, and in the urban area of Kermanshah, the risk of earthquake with "very high" degree is equal to 6.3%. And it covers 18.1% of the area of Kermanshah city with "high" grade. Manuscript profile

Introduction and Aim: Due to the devastating effects of earthquakes, it is essential to understand the potential risks and develop strategies to minimize their impact. The aim of this research is to analyze the vulnerability of Ardabil City in Iran to the risk of earthquakes. The study focuses on the five regions of Ardabil City. Methodology: The research is applied and descriptive-analytical in methodology. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) was utilized for data analysis, which weighs four criteria and 19 sub-criteria. The information layers in Arc GIS software were combined together to produce a map of vulnerable areas. Findings: The findings indicate that planning and land-use criteria are crucial factors in assessing the vulnerability of Ardabil City. The structural and natural criteria also play a role in the seismic vulnerability of the city. The study shows that the northern, northwestern, eastern, and central parts of Ardabil City are more vulnerable to the risk of earthquakes. Conversely, the southern part of the city is considered the most resistant. Conclusion: The results indicate that nearly 30% of urban spaces have moderate to high vulnerability to earthquake risk, while around 50% are exposed to high vulnerability. This suggests that the physical structure of these areas is not suitable to manage a crisis caused by seismic activity. In conclusion, this research presents valuable insights into the risk of earthquakes in Ardabil City. The findings can inform the development of mitigation strategies to reduce the impact of earthquakes and protect the local community.     Manuscript profile

Determining the optimal number of required wells and pumping flow and selecting the place of drilling wells to meet the water needs of different uses is one of the important issues of water resources management in arid and semi-arid regions. The results showed that changing the coordinates of wells due to the variable thickness of the aquifer and also different water quality in different areas, will affect the cost of extraction and water treatment, respectively, and on the other hand, the distance from the place of consumption will increase the cost of transmission Changing the pumping flow of wells will also affect the energy consumption of the pump in the process of water extraction and transfer. Based on the results, the cost of the optimal design has been reduced by about 10% compared to the existing design. The results showed that water level drop and groundwater quality had the highest weight coefficient. Also, the areas that had the most drop, the best water quality, the shortest distance and the lowest height to the place of consumption, had the highest weight coefficient and the areas that had the lowest drop, The average annual drop in water level in this area varies from 1.13 to 0.3 meters. There are 422 deep wells in this area, about 60 of which have a discharge of more than 20 liters per second and are a good option for replacing the city's drinking water supply wells. Background and Objective: Increase of municipal waste which mainly consists of domestic waste and, in other words, environmentaly biodegradable materilas, pose serious challenges to the selection of efficient disposal methods every year. Lack of comprehensive data set as well as uncertainty in some cases make decision making on waste disposal method selection more complicated and requires a more efficient waste treatment system. Method: In this study, the hierarchical analysis process was used to assess and prioritize waste disposal methods. Considered methods were: composting, incineration, segregation and sanitary landfilling of urban waste. The criteria for evaluation of options included: waste synthesis, environmental issues and costs. Results: According to the results obtained from analysis of collected information, environmental issues with the relative value of 0.778 were the most important criterion to be considered. Finally, the waste segregation and sanitary landfilling with the absolute value of 0.444 proved to be the best option. Compost production and incineration methods were ranked next, respectively. The inconsistency rate for all comparisons was 0.1 which is considered acceptable. Conclusion: Considering the small difference between the final values obtained for sanitary landfill and compost production methods, both should be studied more closely. The studies on waste synthesis in different parts of the country confirm the findings of this study. Manuscript profile

The assessment of groundwater quality in agricultural industry management is of particular importance. The decline in groundwater levels in plains due to overexploitation and drought creates many environmental problems. One of the most important of these problems is the unsuitability of groundwater quality and its undesirable effects on consumption. The aim of this research is to evaluate the quality of groundwater in Sirjan plain for agricultural use. In this study, the groundwater of Sirjan plain was classified based on 9 parameters: sulfate, bicarbonate, calcium, magnesium, chloride, sodium, total dissolved solids, and electrical conductivity. Then, a fuzzy method was used to homogenize each of the prepared layers. In order to prepare zoning maps, the method of average distance image was used for weighting the layers and preparing the final water quality map, the hierarchical process analysis method was used. The results showed that recent droughts, reduced rainfall, and extraction from groundwater sources have led to an increase in EC values from the standard value with an average of 575.6820 microsiemens and an increase in TDS values from the standard value with an average of 57.3891 milligrams per liter. Also, the water quality of approximately 55% of the study area is suitable for agriculture, and based on the total dissolved solids and electrical conductivity water quality diagrams, their concentration has made about 45% of the plain areas in the eastern and central parts unsuitable. In general, the results confirm the relationship between the examined elements in such a way that some of these elements have had a significant impact on groundwater quality Manuscript profile

One of the effects of a gradual population increase in the urban areas is waste in crescent and its disposal. Among the common methods of waste management, land filling is technically, ecologically and economically important. The purpose of this study is to determine the appropriate spatial potential for sanitary landfill of waste in Rasht, based on location criteria and using GIS and remote sensing. Zoning of suitable burial sites was done based on the 4 main criteria of land use, hydrological characteristics, geological characteristics and accessibility. In a current study, SRTM sensor data, which is paired with a short time interval (to reduce changes occurring at ground level) was used to prepare a digital model of land. The maps derived from the digital model of land, included elevation and slope maps that were used to prepare the criteria of the "geological profile." After standardization and preparation of maps, in order to achieve the weight and importance of each layer to find suitable landfills, the weight of the layers used was calculated by hierarchical analysis method. Considering the effective factors in locating the municipal waste landfill and weighing each of the criteria and sub-criteria, five values of very suitable, suitable, relatively suitable, inappropriate and very inappropriate were specified. To determine the priority of the very suitable areas, the TOPSIS method was used. Among the 9 sites introduced to the TOPSIS algorithm, site four, with an area of 89.36 hectare, which is located in the southern parts of Rasht, was determined as the most suitable place for waste disposal. Every year, there are several events in the world that occur suddenly and cause damage to humans and the natural environment; They are known as natural hazards. These hazards, due to their unexpectedness, in most cases cause a lot of human and financial losses. Landslides and earthquakes are environmental hazards whose occurrence causes a lot of losses and damages. Earthquakes are likely to occur due to (return period). Therefore, identifying areas prone to earthquakes and landslides is very important to use methods to prevent or deal with the instability of areas to reduce the risk and risk of them. The purpose of this study is to locate cities with emphasis on geomorphological constraints. For this purpose, first, among the most important factors affecting earthquakes and landslides, 6 factors are the amount of slope, slope direction, geological material, distance from the fault, seismic acceleration and rainfall, the data of which were possible for all provinces of Tehran. They were classified based on engineering judgment in the GIS environment. In the AHP method, based on the layers, the information layers, weighting and combining were combined, and then the earthquake risk and landslide risk zoning map was prepared in the GIS environment. Therefore, landslide and earthquake hazard maps help designers and engineers to choose the right location for the implementation of development plans that the proper location for the implementation of sustainable development will not be possible without considering the limitations and its planning and management. The results of this study show that this province is the most threatened in terms of geomorphological limitations of landslides and earthquakes. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study is to locate windbreaks in Shahrood city with respect to climatic zoning and thermal comfort. This research is applied in terms of purpose. First, by examining the theoretical foundations, the initial list of indicators affecting the location of windbreaks was prepared and reviewed and approved by Delphi fan. Then, in order to find areas prone to windbreak, a hybrid model was used. Also, the Olegi model was used to determine the thermal comfort in Shahrood and to identify suitable times for using windbreaks. This model incorporates the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique and the Geographic Information System (GIS). Tools used included ArcGIS software, version 9.3 and Expert Choice software, version 2004. Paired comparison method was used to weight the indicators and zones. Six indicators of sundial, wind, altitude, temperature, relative humidity and rainfall were identified for windbreak location. Relative humidity index with a weight of 0.38 had the highest and height index with a weight of 0.154 had the lowest score. The months of May and June are in the zone of thermal comfort and there are times when windbreaks will not be very useful in Shahrood city. On the other hand, July, August and September due to high temperatures and December, January, February and March due to high cold are good times to use windbreaks. Finally, the layer related to each indicator was prepared and drawn for Shahrood city. The use of hierarchical analysis method combined with GIS and layer superimposing method makes it possible to identify and determine the optimal location for a variety of uses in a wide geographical area. The results show that the criteria of commitment to employees and commitment to social programs of the social responsibility variable are ranked 1 and 3, and this indicates that stakeholders in their analysis pay special attention to these two criteria and The issue of human resources and their promotion programs plays a prominent role in the results of the article. The criterion of environmental rules and regulations is ranked 2nd among environmental variables and the rest of the environmental criteria are ranked at low levels. The results of the study indicate that if the government is required to implement strict laws and regulations, companies are obliged to fulfill their environmental obligations and will take steps to produce environmentally friendly products and sustainable development. The placement of equipment pollution in the 5th rank also explains the calibration and improvement of machinery and equipment in the direction of minimum pollution. The low rankings of environmental variables indicate the high gap between the expectations of society and the current situation, Manuscript profile

Innovation can be a source of competitive advantage for companies. Therefore, recognizing and evaluating innovation in manufacturing and service industries is an effective step to start measuring innovation in these industries. Considering the importance of this issue, it is very important to know key dimensions and indicators to measure these innovations. Hence, the purpose of this research is to address each of the main indicators of organizational innovation and discuss the inherent advantages and disadvantages of their deployment separately. In this research, based on the literature review and the opinions of 15 academic experts and manufacturing industry experts, 10 indicators have been categorized as the most important key indicators of innovation evaluation in three general categories of input, intermediary and output. In order to evaluate and prioritize the most important innovation evaluation indicators, a non-linear quantitative analysis based on hierarchical analysis (Mikhailov's method) was used in a fuzzy environment, and for the analysis of cause and effect relationships, the fuzzy Dimetal method was used. The results show that the presence knowledgeable people and the growth of education are the most important indicators in the evaluation of innovation, and therefore, with special emphasis and attention on these indicators, we can witness an increasing growth in the field of innovation in organizations. The amount of effort to register a patent as well as the number of registered patents are among other important indicators in the field of innovation evaluation, which should be given special support in order to develop innovation in organizations. Also, it was found that the protection of innovation during the growth period is the next priority and can be very important in creating a safe environment as well as increasing the peace of technology people in innovative organizations. The analysis of cause and effect relationships using the Dimtel method also showed that the development of knowledge capital and educated people has the highest impact on other factors, which confirms the hierarchical analysis. Intangible assets represent all assets that are not reflected in the balance sheet but are considered a source for creating value that leads to sustainable competitive advantages. In the modern economy, intellectual capital is described as an intellectual asset that can be used as a source for sustainable competitive advantage so much so that the leading organizations in modern economy are those that create value by relying on intellectual capital. On the other hand, universities face the same challenges, and increasing the performance of universities is one of the major goals of every country to achieve sustainable growth and development. In this study, we have applied fuzzy hierarchical analysis to the ranking of the effect of each intellectual capital component on the performance of universies. In the first step, a questionnaire consisting of 7 tables was set by 9 successful managers and top university researchers, and the hierarchical fuzzy analysis was carried out on the basis of Chang method. The results of fuzzy ranking indicate that the degree of the influence of intellectual capital components on the organizational performance is determined by the number and rank of the academic staff, relation with the market and industry, IT infrastructures, relation with government, staff, and physical infrastructures, respectively.   Manuscript profile

The main objective of this paper is to assess the extent of implementation of the proposals for the Saveh region (prepared in 1996), based on the documents in the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development in relation to the design of Saveh, the design of the central province and the results of the census and information of Iran's Statistics Organization. Thus, in this research, using the evaluation approach and using a multivariate assessment and AHP hierarchical analysis tool and a dipole distance, we have evaluated the extent of realization of the proposed components of the Saveh Regional Design. Based on the research model, three socio-demographic, economic, and spatial components were identified as the main criteria for assessing the feasibility of the selection plan and evaluation indicators based on these three components. The evaluation of the implementation rate suggests that among the components mentioned above, the spatial, economic, and socio-demographic areas have a greater effect on the implementation of the proposals of the Saveh Regional Plan; in relation to socio-demographic components based on the recommendations of the Saveh Regional Design The "urban population" indicator, in relation to economic indicators, "service providers", and in relation to physical-spatial indicators, such as "urban centres", "rural centres", "quadruple paths", "higher education", "Health home","Hospital","Agricultural zone "and" Industrial Zone "have the best status. In general, it can be said that, despite the fact that a few years have passed from the horizon of the Saveh landscape, the proposals of the project have been achieved to the desired extent.   Manuscript profile

Increasing the speed of the patient monitoring network depends on our observation, thinking and understanding of the patient. Various factors of the network make us more aware of the disease. has it. The cycle of controlling and monitoring the patient includes observation, orientation, decision and action, this cycle is a set of consecutive actions, which changes with the change of network arrangement, orientation, decision and action. In this article, we design the structure of the smart network according to the weight of the nodes, the communication paths in such a way that the cycle of control and monitoring (analysis, decision and action) performs well. We model the control and monitoring cycle with the proposed method of fuzzy hierarchical analysis process (FAHP). This model adjusts the decision-making criteria by recognizing the identification priorities in such a way that the speed of network detection increases with the least time. It is also a suitable tool for modeling the monitoring cycle and the results of the smart network. The simulation results show that this network has the necessary intelligence to assess the patient's condition in adverse conditions, has the power to continuously analyze and evaluate the patient, and also has the power to make timely decisions in different situations. These results show that according to the network arrangement and fuzzy hierarchical analysis, the speed rate of the network has improved by 10% compared to other networks. Manuscript profile

One of the most important natural hazards is floods, which will cause a lot of damage if they occur. One of the most important ways to deal with this natural hazard is to zoning the flood potential. The present study was conducted with the aim of zoning the risk of floods in Fariman city with emphasis on urban and rural areas in 1399. This type of research is an applied type in which fuzzy logic, hierarchical analysis and GIS software are used. The eight criteria studied in this paper include slope, distance from the river, altitude, geology, land use, rainfall, drainage density and vegetation. Based on the results obtained from the combination of layers by fuzzy overlap method and the final weight obtained from the fuzzy hierarchy analysis model, in which the height variable with a weight coefficient of 0.271 is the highest and land use with a coefficient of 0.040 has the lowest impact on flooding. The study area has. Therefore, according to the flood risk classification map of Fariman city, it can be stated that very high risk areas 17.8%, high risk areas 14.2%, medium risk areas 20.4%, low risk areas 22.5% and areas with high risk Occupies very little risk with 25.1% of the city area; It should also be noted that the city of Freeman is in a very low danger zone. In terms of rural settlements, most of the settlements in this city are in the zone of moderate vulnerability. Therefore, it is suggested that the necessary attention be paid to the improvement, design and implementation of watershed and aquifer management projects and the location of new cities and towns, as well as rural development projects in the study area. Planners and decision makers should also take the necessary action to reduce the risk of proper location of infrastructure and location of city facilities. Manuscript profile

One of the most important topics that organizations are currently facing is the effective and efficient management of the supply chain. The main objective of this research is to rank contractors using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process method. Firstly, existing frameworks for developing supply chain strategies are analyzed. Then this process is implemented to select the appropriate supplier in a case study. In this study, information on four criteria for evaluating contractors and information from three contractor companies is collected through interviews with experienced professionals. The contractor evaluation method in this research is performed by pairwise comparison of contractors, considering each criterion and its weight. Using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process algorithm, relevant calculations are performed, and contractor companies are ranked. As a result, the best contractor is introduced to the company. This method can be used to improve supply chain management and enhance the quality and efficiency of supplier selection processes.
