Abstract :
The aim of the study is to prioritize the factors of the comprehensive empowerment model in the treatment sector of the Social Security Organization through hierarchical analysis (AHP) method. The research method is descriptive and analytical and according to different types of descriptive research, in this project it is a survey or field finding type. The statistical population of the study is experts who have been selected as experts as a sample with the membership conditions of 32 people. The factors of the comprehensive empowerment model had 2 dimensions (individual and collective) and 11 components and 28 indicators. Expert Choice analysis software was performed. The results of the hierarchical pairwise comparison survey showed that the component of creativity-based education plays the most important role in empowerment in the individual dimension, which shows that this component should be more in the organization's programs and in the collective part the component of participatory leadership This dimension has shown that leadership will play a valuable role in the organization's excellence in teams and groups. Which shows the importance of these indicators and the need to pay attention to these issues in comprehensive empowerment. Therefore, in general, the need to pay attention to categories can increase the level of empowerment to an acceptable level, and it is necessary for managers and trustees in organizations to pay more attention to the components of empowerment and the indicators that affect it.
