According to the statements of the World Organization, the most important factor threatening humans is cardiac arrhythmias. According to the latest global health statistics, nearly 50% of deaths are due to heart diseases. According to research, 25% of deaths due to heart diseases can be revived with timely and correct diagnosis. The electrocardiogram signal is the most important and dependent signal related to the heart. Registration of this signal is low-cost, fruitful, and powerful in detecting arrhythmias. Feature extraction is the most important part of recognition and processing. Deep features based on convolutional neural networks are very powerful and can be done without manual intervention. In this article, deep features are extracted using deep learning based on a convolutional neural network. Then the classification results were calculated with an average accuracy of 99.3% and an average sensitivity of 99.1% with 10-fold cross-validation. According to the obtained results, it can be said that the proposed method has the ability to classify cardiac arrhythmias with acceptable accuracy. Manuscript profile

Cardiovascular system is a permanent source of information which incorporate to declaration of Cardiovascular diseases. The existence of available valid data is the main part of any research study. Today, in the field of human life study, experimental data by means of different issues are always deviated from their actual values not only in measurement errors but also it is appeared due to the measuring concept. Composing of heart signal, as a real example of signals, with noise signal causes ambiguity in which classical available methods become disable in correct processing and interpretation of these signals. This paper is focused on proposing an algorithm in signal noise reduction of heart sound signal at pre-processing step. This novel de-noising method of heart sound signal is established on arbitrary order fuzzy partial differential equations. Fuzzification is done due to eliminating of absolute boundaries. The propose algorithm of noise reduction is examined by adding Gaussian white noise to the normal heart sound signal without any noise. De-noising method is implemented after presenting the model concept. Attaining the (FFPDE) filter is including the following steps: the filter matrix is defined after using the backward Euler scheme to discretize the fuzzy differential equation. The results indicated that using of fuzzy fractional partial differential equations was completely effective in de-noising of heart sound signals. Manuscript profile

Heart chaotic system and the ability of particle swarm optimization (PSO) method motivated us to benefit the method of chaotic particle swarm optimization (CPSO) to synchronize the heart three-oscillator model. It can be a suitable algorithm for strengthening the controller in presence of unknown parameters. In this paper we apply adaptive control (AC) on heart delay model, also examine the system stability by the Lyapunov stability theorem. Then we improve results with using CPSO algorithm and define an appropriate cost function. At the end of we implement the proposed approach on an example. Manuscript profile

Ischemia/Reperfusion (I/R) injury is one of the most important cardiovascular problems. The aim of this study was to evaluate the protective effects of short term and regular growing long term aerobic exercise on cardiac I/R injury in rats. For this purpose, forty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into four equal groups including: control, I/R, I/R with two weeks of aerobic exercise, and I/R with eight weeks of regular growing aerobic exercise groups. Aerobic exercise was performed 5 times per week on treadmill at speed of 10-25m/min for 10-30 minutes with the slope of 5 degrees. For inducting of I/R injury, left descending coronary artery was clamped for 30 minutes, thereafter blood flow was restored for 2 hours. Blood samples were collected for measurement of cardiac biomarkers, creatinine kinase-MB (CK-MB) and lactate dehydrogenase. Finally, all animals were euthanized for histopathological examination and the assay for myocardial antioxidant status. Microscopically, myocardia of I/R group showed severe degenerative and necrotic changes. Short term aerobic exercise did not alter the tissue damage caused by I/R, while regular growing long term aerobic exercise alleviated myocardial necrotic changes. Regular growing long term aerobic exercise significantly (p<0.05) increased the cardiac levels of SOD, CAT and GPx, which were reduced due to I/R injury, as well as significantly (p<0.05) decreased MDA level. The results showed regular growing long term aerobic exercise protects the cardiac tissue of rats from I/R injury. Manuscript profile

The purpose of the present investigation is a comparative study of the mystical reflections and ethical thoughts of the Qazali and Bahya according to their books: The Revival of the Religious Sciences and Duties of the Heart. The pivotal question is what mystical, theological and ethical thoughts can one emerge from the works of Bahya and Qazali? The results shows a significant similarities between the structure of Qazali’s and Bahya theological and mystical thoughts. Although we could not assume that Bahya's work is entirely an imitation of Qazali’s mystical poems and books, it somehow echoes Qazali’s teachings. Bahya describes the religious acts as the Duties of The Heart, and these are consisted of the internal piety and full-fledged adherence to the religious master. There are some traces of Ikhvān al-Sāfā and Plotinus in his writings. Thus Bahya's thoughts has so many similarities with Muslims’ mystics and specially Sufis. Manuscript profile

Objective: Cardiovascular diseases have increased significantly in recent decades. One of the heart failures is coronary artery occlusion disease, which is caused by the accumulation of plaques in the coronary artery wall. The main goal of this research is to detect the location of plaques and improve the shadow areas behind calcium plaques using automatic image processing methods.Materials and Methods: In this research, an automatic algorithm was designed and implemented to detect calcium plaques and the shadowed area in intravascular ultrasound images. In this algorithm, the Atsu thresholding method and the active contour method are used to select the detection threshold and reveal the shadow border, respectively. Also, the quality of shaded areas has been improved with histogram adjustment and histogram matching methods. For this purpose, the images of 26 patients with coronary artery occlusion from two selected hospitals of Ardabil city were selected with the cooperation of the doctor.Findings: Using the algorithm implemented for two cases, the presence or absence of plaques in the images and the correctness or incorrectness of all plaques in the images were checked and compared with the results of the doctor's diagnosis. Conclusion: The results of the method used in this research compared to other researches, due to working on a large number of real images of patients and validating the results with the opinion of a cardiologist, caused a more accurate diagnosis of calcium plaques. Also, the results of improving the quality of the images showed that improving the quality of shadows does not give valuable information regarding the determination of the outer border of the vessel and the location of the calcium plaques due to their placement outside the area of the placement of the plaques. At the end of the eighth week of training, Isoproterenol (85 mg / kg) was administered intraperitoneally for 2 consecutive days. Then, the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GPX), catalase (CAT) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were measured with special kits. Results: Results showed that cardiac ischemia significantly decreased antioxidant enzymes and increased lipid peroxidation (MDA) as compared to control and exercise groups, while eight weeks of endurance training before ischemia increased antioxidant enzymes activity and decreased the level of MDA in comparison to ischemia group. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that endurance training can have a therapeutic effect against ischemia-related injuries by reducing oxidative stress and diminish ischemic heart disorders. It is also visible in Eighth Chapter; there is a different term, literary terms; there is no mystical, term in an encyclopedia. The goal of the study is to find out examples, terms, and concepts about the “eighth chapter” in order to prove its position in the mystical, literary field. Therefore, it is necessary to refer to the encyclopedia of mystical terms. On the other hand, the study of concepts and terms can connect the science of “word” with other sciences, especially “mystical literature”. This study is to examine the concept of “eighth chapter” to differentiate the various ideas. Actually, the reference is one of “heartly reflection” in the Quranic, mystical field, Besides, there are other types of interpretations including “Anfosi interpretations”, “self-perception interpretation” or “self-interpretations”; hence there are two aspects in the study as follows: Evidences on the “Eighth chapter” meaning to differentiate the various ideas; the analysis to define the concept and term of the “Eighth chapter” in mystical literature and Quranic concepts. In fact the human beings have been trying to recognize the reality of God by the various ways. They have wanted to satisfy the innate sense of the worship in their selves, although the humans have not been able to know the essence of God for long eras and their tries for comprehend this essence has been limited to the material thoughts and they have failed. During the history, many people have investigated this principle and its various aspects but it seems that the Sufi doctrine has considered it more profoundly, especially the high rank Gnostics such as Mowlana Jalal-ad-Din Muhammad Balkhi and Sheikh Mahmoud Shabestari. The objective of the present study is to investigate the worldview of two above- mentioned Gnostics in the field of wisdom and the way to achieve the better recognition of God. Spiritual intelligence is the result of decades of studies in the field of religion psychology, which as an infrastructure of spiritual capital plays an important role in increasing the psychological capital, well-being and spiritual maturity of a person, the effectiveness of management and leadership. Considering the role of religious teachings in the formation of the concept of spiritual intelligence and its promotion in contemporary and creative research texts from the perspective of Islamic studies, the purpose of this study is to contrast the sources, inferences and symptoms of spiritual intelligence from Islamic sources and design a model of spiritual intelligence. It was from an Islamic point of view. The main question was whether spiritual intelligence was conceptualized directly or implicitly in the original texts, Islamic philosophical and mystical sources? And if yes, what are its components and indicators? To modify this pattern, the qualitative method of document analysis with two techniques of conceptual analysis and content analysis as well as independent processing through MAXQDA software was used. To ensure the validity of the research and its model, the completed method of quality studies of Lincoln and Guba included four criteria of reliability, validity and connectivity, personality verification and mobile transmission. The results showed that this concept is processed in Islamic texts in the form of a system of three categories of intellect, heart and wisdom and with words such as holy power, holy wisdom, esoteric intelligence, faithful foresight, the highest level of intelligence, wisdom, intuition and also with glasses. The term spiritual intelligence has been designed and studied and spiritual intelligence has been introduced under the titles of "Ulwal Bab" and "Oli Al-Absar". The five components and indicators extracted from Islamic texts and sources are: searching for meaning and purpose (with indicators of questioning and critical thinking of existence, discovering and creating meaning and purpose in life and work), changing understanding (with indicators of virtue) Cognition group, the effect of transcendence on methods, levels and sources of cognition); Use of relevant ads (with indicators of God-awareness, transcendent self-awareness, verse perception of existence, discernment of good and evil); Spirituality (with the index of inner spiritual life) and Wisdom (with the index of living wise). Based on his substantial and intensified motion, man is created in such a way that he attains a level that is prone to receiving divine inspirations or evil inductions and all kinds of dangers. "khavᾱter" are of two types, which are divine categories and enter the human heart from God, which is called "inspiration", and a category descends from the devil into the human heart, which is called "induction". Sometimes divine inspirations are mediated and sometimes unmediated. The mediators of inspiration are called the angels. The opposite of inspiration is induction by the devil. Tazkirat al-Awliya is a mystical work on the biography of the great saints, written by Sheikh Farid al-Din Muhammad Attar Neyshabouri. The research method of this essay is analytical-descriptive. Because the subject of this article is presented for the first time, it is important in this regard. In the book Tazkirat al-Awliya ', the inspirations are more than the instincts and are mostly done by listening. In this article, the authors try to discuss examples of inspirations and inductions from the book Tazkirat al-Awliya. Manuscript profile

AbstractThe aim of this study was to investigate the signaling pathways of cardiac hypertrophy. In this study, the types of cardiac hypertrophy and the signaling pathways of cardiac hypertrophy were investigated. We searched for studies related to cardiac hypertrophy and cardiac hypertrophy signaling pathways published in Springer, Hindawi, PubMed, Google Scholar, Scopus, SID and ISC using keywords hypertrophy and cardiac signaling pathways. The findings showed that there are several signaling mechanisms in cardiac hypertrophy, which include;TGFB/TNFα/Mtor/PI3K-AKT-PKB/IGF1/Calcineurin NFAT/ PKC/ MAPK. It is concluded that hypertrophy of the heart takes place in two forms, acentric and concentric. Physical activity reduces renal blood flow and as a result, renin is secreted. The increase in renin secretion causes the production and increase of angiotensin II and aldosterone during and immediately after exercise through the AKT/mTOR pathway. On the other hand, IGF1 causes the phosphorylation of IRS-1 and PI3K, resulting in left ventricular hypertrophy. Manuscript profile

Background: Creativity is an important aspect of cognition. Society developing and dominating the various aspects of the world in the shadow of creativity is possible. The impact of creative activity on the brain has been extensively studied, but autonomic nervous system (ANS) variability has not been considered much during such activities. This paper investigated the chaotic and nonlinear feature of Heart rate variability (HRV), before and during creativity tasks. Purpose: The aim of this research is to quantify entropy parameters during creative activity, then comparing it with the rest state and considering it as a creativity index. Method: Approximation entropy and fuzzy entropy are two measures that were used for characterize the HRV dynamics during different creativity tasks. Result: comparing the results with the rest state indicated that Mean of entropy values increase similarly with the development of creative activity. In addition, the comparison of each 2 minute segment with the previous segment, shows an increasing pattern at the end of each task. This comparison in task 3 indicates a very incremental changes. Increasing of these entropy values indicates the complexity of HRV during creative thinking. Conclusion: The research results directly show that there is difference between ANS signal in rest state and different levels of creative activity. Analysis The entropy of HRV could be as a new index for assessment of creativity. Manuscript profile

Sildenafil citrate is an inhibitor of the enzyme phosphodiesterase 5, dextromethorphan is an antitussive with weak opioid effects, and chlorpheniramine is a first-generation antihistamine. Since cardiovascular complications related to all three drugs have been reported, the aim of this study was to evaluate the serum levels of cardiac damage index enzymes and tropovinin I following co-administration of sildenafil with dextromethorphan and chlorpheniramine. Forty male Wistar rats were studied in 8 groups, one control group and the rest in the treatment group; Drugs sildenafil citrate (100 mg / kg), dextromethorphan (20 mg / kg), chlorpheniramine (20 mg / kg), dextromethorphan + chlorpheniramine, sildenafil + dextromethorphan, sildenafil + chlorpheniramine, sildenafil + rosemethor + dextrometer , Received food. The results showed that administration of sildenafil to rats did not cause statistically significant changes in serum cardiac injury indices compared with the control group (p < 0.05); The amount of CK-MB also decreased compared to the control group. On the other hand, following administration of chlorpheniramine and dextromethorphan to rats, either alone or in combination, serum levels of AST, LDH and CK-MB increased statistically significantly. Administration of chlorpheniramine caused a significant increase in LDH (p < 0.01) and CK-MB (p < 0.001) compared to the control group and administration of dextromethorphan increased the activity of the studied enzymes which increased AST (p < 0.05). ) And CK-MB (p < 0.001) were significant. Co-administration of sildenafil with dextromethorphan and sildenafil with chlorpheniramine or all three together increased the activity of all three enzymes in the heart damage index. The process of restoring blood flow to ischemic heart muscle is antithetically capable of inducing cardiac damage. Cardiac troponin I (cTnI) and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) are the important biochemical parameters of cardiac tissue damage. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of short term and regular growing long term aerobic exercise on serum levels of cTnI and TNF-α in rats with Ischemia/Reperfusion (I/R) injury. For induction of I/R injury, the left descending coronary artery was clamped for 30 minutes, thereafter blood flow was restored for 2 hours. Finally, after collection of blood samples from the retro-orbital plexus for cTnI and TNF-α measurements, all animals were euthanized. Histologic sections were created for TUNEL staining from the hearts. Regular growing long term aerobic exercise significantly (p<0.05) decreased the cTnI and TNF-α serum levels, which were increased due to I/R injury. Microscopically, the numbers of apoptotic cells were significantly (p<0.01) increased in I/R group compared to the control group. Regular growing long term aerobic exercise significantly decreased the number of apoptotic cells (p<0.05). The results showed regular growing long term aerobic exercise protects the cardiac tissue of rats from I/R injury. Conflict of interest: None declared. Manuscript profile

Hypokalemia in sheep causes cardiac arrhythmia and electrocardiographic changes such as changing the shape of QRS,complex and T wave and the distance between waves. In this study, 20 rams with the age of 12-15 months were divided into two groups. Electrocardiography was used to check the heart rhythm. After recording ECG and sampling, in order to create hypokalemia Isoflupredon acetat at a dose of 4mg was used intramuscularly in oll 10 treatment. All P waves in the control and the experimental group was recorded as positive and their monophasic or diphasic state was also studied. Between days 0 to 4, 30 cases of monophasic and 20 cases of diphasic P wave was recorded is the control group. In the treatment group, these figures were 21 and 29 cases respectively. Different shapes of QRS waves were seen in both treatment groups .In the control group they were recorded as QRS in 10 cases, qrs in 15 cases and qRs in 25 cases with in the treatment group it was QRS in 31 cases, Qrs in 1 case, qrs in 4 cases and qRs in 14 cases. By examining the ECG in the control group on days zero to 4th day, sinus arrhythmia and atrioventricular block was observed in 7 and 2 cases respectively and in the treatment group sinus arrhythmia, atrioventricular block, atrial premature contraction and sinus tachycardia was recorded in 14, 12, 3 and 5 cases respectively. The results indicated that various arrhythmias can be observed due to hypokalemia. As physiologic arrhythmias can lead to pathologic arrhythmias, the animals should be treated with anti-arrhythmia drugs. Manuscript profile

Abstract On 21st November 2013 the Ukrainian president Victor Yanukovych in a meeting in Lithuania cancelled the agreement on trade and cooperation with European Union and refused to sign it. This led to widespread protest in Ukraine and five people were killed in the ensuing unrest. After this incident Ukraine entered one of its most serious political turmoil after Orange revolution in 2004. As in similar crisis like Syrian crisis in 2011, Russia and the United States took side in favor of the government and protesters and this led to the confrontation of the two. The question raised here is what is the importance of Ukraine for Russia and the United States? The present article argues that the main root cause of confrontation of Russia and the United States in Ukraine is geopolitical importance of Ukraine and geopolitical competition of Russia and the United States in post-Cold War era. Ukraine is one of the most important strategic regions of Eurasia and Eastern Europe. The purpose of the present research is to examine the most important determinants affecting the attitude of Russia and West in Ukraine crisis. For analyzing the above issue, geopolitics theory has been used and the research methodology is descriptive-analytical. Manuscript profile

The security of energy is one of the strategic issues in world politics which all countries give special attention to it. Islamic Republic of Iran is located in the center of a region which is called “strategic oval of energy” which is having important role in production and transit of oil and gas in a way it functions like a heart for the world and for this reason and significance it is having a geopolitical role. The aim of the present research is to study and analyze the geopolitical role of Islamic Republic of Iran in security of energy. It also wants to know ways for better use of this geopolitical position, also understanding the threats and making maximum use of this geopolitical opportunity. The theoretical framework for this research is a strategic oval of energy of Jeffery Kemp which is examined in strategic management model framework. The finding of the study shows that the increase in demand of energy sources in industrial countries of the world like the United States, European Union and the countries of Asia like India, and China has led to activation of this strategic oval of energy in international politics which centers around Islamic Republic of Iran. Taking into consideration the need of great powers for oil, the United States tries to make use of energy as a weapon for the management of world affairs and attaining its hegemonic system. In present situation the world market for energy needs an inclusive approach based on international security and a win-win game towards security of energy. This approach takes into consideration the interest and proportionate share of all actors in world energy market. Thus the security of world energy needs the creation of “collective security”. Manuscript profile

The study and measurement of the presence and effectiveness of the United States and Russia in Caucasus region shows the important new development which is taking place in the region. It seems that the United States is having a grand plan to bring change in technology and economic structure of the countries of Caucasus region. Its aim is substituting free market model economy and capitalism with centrally planned and state economies. In this way facilitate the necessary ground for expansion of its influence and also controlling the political structure of the newly independent republics. It also aims at containing regions and forces that challenge the United States. On the other hand Russia which considers itself the Godfather of this strategic region calls this region “the near abroad” and is determined to contain the United States expansion of influence in the region. In the present article by a descriptive analytical method, an attempt is made to raise this question whether a new cold war has started in the Caucasus region after the end of cold war? The underlying hypothesis that the paper examines, is that, with the presence of the United States in Caucasus region, a new cold war has started. On the whole it seems that by increasing the economic, political and strategic and military attractions of the region the possibility of conflict also increases considerably. Manuscript profile

Congenital heart defects are reported in different animals, but they are not prevalent. Often congenital heart defects cause severe clinical symptoms at birth or cause death in the first weeks of life. But sometimes a compensatory response occurs, and the existence of the problem remains hidden from our point of view for several years. Congenital heart defects have different causes and, although more of these defects are affected by environmental factors, there is not much information available on the environmental risk factor. Congenital atrial defect and congenital ventricular defect are the most common congenital heart defects. In most congenital heart defects, oxygenated blood is mixed with carbon-containing blood and causes pathogenicity. Despite the high resistance of the pulmonary arteries, the presence of a congenital heart defect can cause a connection between the pulmonary blood stream and the general blood stream. As a result, oxygen deficiency leads to respiratory problems, and if the ratio of unsaturated blood of oxygen is high, bruising will also be visible. Manuscript profile

Pollution of the air is amongst the most vital and complex issues in industrial civilization which has a menacing influence on the environment. Furthermore, climatic over-measurement has increased the spread of these pollutants in the atmosphere, which will consequently augment their influence on human beings and their natural ecological systems. The aim of the present study is analyzing the relationship between climatic elements and air pollution with the deaths caused by heart diseases in Tehran from 2006 to 2010. In this regard, the relationship between climatic variables and pollutant variables with death caused by heart diseases was scrutinized using mixed methods of Pearson product-moment correlation and multiple regression .The findings demonstrate that there exists a negative correlation between climatic elements of the temperature with a correlation coefficient of. /47. The pressure with a coefficient correlation of ./42 has a direct influence on the rate of the deaths from heart diseases with the meaningful significance of ./99. All the elements show a significantly meaningful correlation with the deaths from heart conditions ; notwithstanding, the most meaningful correlation was observed in carbon monoxide which was. /41 with a meaningful significance of. /99. When all the chemical elements in the air are present en masse, a unit of change in temperature based upon the Celsius degree will have a decrease of 17/12 in death caused by heart conditions. A unit of one percent change in humidity leads to a decrease of 7/9 percent in deaths. The change of one unit of PPM in carbon monoxide causes an increase of 26/2 and one unit of change in suspended particles based upon micro gram or cubic meter causes an increase of 1/4 in the rate of the deaths caused by heart diseases in the city of Tehran. Today, air pollution, smoking, use of fatty and ready-made foods, etc., have exacerbated heart disease. For this purpose, controlling the risk of such diseases can prevent or reduce their incidence. The present study aimed at using Markov decision processes (MDP) to estimate the risk of cardiovascular disease. For this purpose, model inputs were first determined using a validated micro-simulation model for screening cardiovascular disease developed at Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Iran using genetic algorithm. The model input factors were then defined accordingly and using these inputs, three risk estimation models were identified. The results of these models support World Health Organization guidelines that provide medicine with high discount to patients with high expected Life Years. Finally, conflicts are usually observed in the risk models determining the likelihood of complications. Hence, to develop Markov Decision Processes methodology, policies should be adopted that work well despite the difference between the risk model and the actual risk. Manuscript profile

Islamic mystics, by citing to the recit (Hadith) ‘God created man in His (own) image’, believe that the man is a God-displaying mirror. According to them, there are various Divine names, attributes and manifestions, so the reality of man is one-many that receives various names because of various manifestions. Most of the Muslim mystics believe that the reality of man is his heart and call its manisfestion ‘Latāyef sabae’ (seven subtleties). These subtleties are as follows: nature, soul, reason, heart, secret, hidden secret and the most hidden state. In disciplined Sufi practice (suluk), these seven stages are considered as the stages of man’s perfection. If the ‘soul’ of man perfects his talent, strengthens his power of illumination and becomes a God-displaying mirror, then his soul will be called ‘heart’ that is the meeting point of esoteric and external worlds. At this time, he will be God’s Throne. The persent article, by considering the reality of ‘heart’from Muslim mystics’ points of view, tries to analyze ‘Latāyef sabae’ (seven subtleties) in the arcs of descent and ascent. ____________________ Manuscript profile

The aim of this study was to examine heart rate responses to attachment-related film clips in secure attachment individuals and comparing them to those with insecure attachment. The study was a quasi- experimental design. Thirty students aged between 18 and 30 (15 students with secure attachment style, 15 students with insecure attachment style) were selected by convenience sampling method. The Adult Attachment Questionnaire (AAQ; Hazan & Shaver, 1987) was used to assess participants’ attachment styles. The heart rate (HR) reactivity of participants was monitored during eight Iranian attachment-related film clips by electrocardiogram (ECG).The results of independent t-test indicated that participants with insecure attachment had significantly lower HR reduction than participants with secure attachment during the three intense emotional weight and negative content film clips. Additionally, participants with insecure attachment had significantly lower HR reduction on the two low emotional weight and positive content film clips than participants with secure attachment. We also found the HR reactivity of individuals with insecure attachment styles was significantly higher than secure individuals during resting phase. The implications of high level of arousal and low level of emotion regulation in individuals with insecure attachment styles were discussed. Manuscript profile

Imagination has lied in the horizon beyond the reason, continuous imagination as an important epistemological instrument can achieve some facts which is not available for the reason. However, the discontinuous imagination has embraced the all creatures. It is the complete corresponding to the being except the God, without imagination the God and His words cannot be understood precisely and the universe in its totality as well. Imagination is identified with the heart which can obtain the intuitions and direct knowledge. Reason has its own static and fixed principles which can achieve the God’s incomparable aspects. But the imagination is constantly in transforming as same as the universe. Imaginary knowledge opens up and in constant motion as well as the life and cosmos which does not lead to a final point of view and Idea. Ibn Al Arabi’s Imagination has been neglected by the philosophers and then they have been prevented from many facts epistemologically and ontologically. This research has tried to evaluate the importance of the imagination in epistemology and ontology by the analytical methods. Manuscript profile

Obesity causes oxidative stress and is a risk factor for cardiovascular diseases. Exercises and diet modification can affect oxidant and antioxidant factors. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and high-protein diet (HPD) on total oxidant status (TOS), total antioxidant capacity (TAC) and the ratio of TAC to TOS in the heart tissue of obese male rats. Forty 12-week-old obese male rats (Lee index above 310) were divided into five groups of eight including HIIT (5-12 intervals of 30 seconds with an intensity of 90% VO2max, 5 sessions per week, 10 weeks), HPD (about 57.5% of total calories from protein), HIIT+HPD, obese control-1 (OC-1) and obese control-2 (OC-2) and eight non-obese mice were also divided into the non-obese control (NC) group. became After 48 hours from the last intervention session, heart tissue was removed to measure TAC and TOS levels. Data were analyzed using one-way analysis of variance, post hoc Tukey, Kruskal-Wallis and Mann-Whitney tests at a significance level of p ≤ 0.05. The results showed that the TAC level of heart tissue in the HIIT, HPD, HIIT+HPD groups was significantly higher than in the OC-1 group. On the other hand, the TOS level of heart tissue was significantly lower in the HIIT and HIIT+HPD groups than in the HPD and OC-2 groups. Also, the ratio of TAC to TOS was significantly higher in the HIIT and HIIT+HPD groups compared to the OC-2 group. According to the results, a combination of HIIT and HPD improves TAC and TOS of heart tissue. It seems that HIIT together with HPD strengthens the antioxidant system and reduces oxidative stress in obesity conditions. Manuscript profile

Obesity is one of the causes of cardiovascular disease and exercise can play a role in modulating this risk. Therefore, this study was aimed at investigating the effect of 12 weeks of circuit resistance training with three different intensities of equal volume on some hemodynamic factors on obese men. Forty four obese men aged 23 to 33 years (BMI≥30, (WHtR)> 0.5) in four control groups: low-intensity circuit resistance training (40% Rm1), medium (60% Rm1) and high (Rm1) 80% (11 = number in each group) with equal volume. Before and after 12 weeks of resting heart rate training, resting systolic and diastolic blood pressure and pressure product rate were measured. Two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Bonferroni post hoc test were used to examine the intragroup changes using t-test and comparison of groups (P≤0.05). It seems that 12 weeks of circuit resistance training has a positive effect on lowering blood pressure and pressure product rate besides improving indicators related to heart function. High-intensity exercise is likely to have a greater effect on resting heart rate, systolic and diastolic blood pressure, and double heart rate. Manuscript profile

The aim of this study was to investigate the cardiac arteries in mature German Shepherd dogs, so that its findings can be used as a source for comparison between different breeds of dogs, as well as in the interpretation of results and clinical decisions. Since most of the surgical exercises by cardiac surgery residents in medical schools are done on the coronary arteries of animals especially dogs, the results of this research can be useful for this group as well. In this descriptive cross-sectional study, 8 adult German Shepherd dogs (4 males and 4 females) with an average age of 2.4 years and an average weight of 30.56 kg were used. For radiology studies, barium sulfate contrast material was administered into the arteries of the heart, then radiography was performed. For histological studies, tissue samples were stained with hematoxylin and eosin and examined. The results show that the left coronary artery is located between the pulmonary artery and the left auricle of the heart and is divided into two left rotating arteries and the paraconal interventricular artery. In one of the samples, exceptionally, the beginning of the left coronary artery was bipartite, and the left rotating artery and the paraconal interventricular artery had separate origins. The right coronary artery originates from the left sinus of the aortic bulb and was placed between the pulmonary artery and the right auricle. The results of the radiology examinations were completely consistent with the anatomical findings and confirmed the things stated in the anatomical results. According to the histological findings, the sinus node had a central artery that branched from the right coronary artery. The atrioventricular node had no central artery. The detailed results obtained in this study can be used in the discussion of the comparative anatomy of the heart vessels of dogs, the interpretation of the results and the clinical evaluations of the heart diseases of German Shepherd dogs, and also be useful for veterinary and medical surgery residents. To evaluate some agronomic traits and resistance to diseases and pests in some local rice (Hassani, Anbarboo and Tarom Mahalli) mutants, field experiments were conducted in two locations (Amol and Goldasht) under a randomized complete blocks design with three replications in 2019. Plant material included eight mutant genotypes along with Tarom Mahalli and Shiroodi cultivars as control varieties. Measurements were made on seedling height, plant height, number of fertile tillers, percent of dead heart, leaf blast and sheath blight at vegetative stage. Results showed that at transplanting, five genotypes had lower seedling height than Tarom Mahalli but all genotypes had higher seedling heights than Shiroodi cultivar. The number of tillers in mutants varied between 16.5 to 18.5. The percentage of stem borer damage (dead heart) was 1.7 percent for Tarom Mahalli, which was not significantly different from that of the mutant genotypes. The highest percentage of leaf blast incidence was 5.7% which belonged to mutant 215 and the lowest one was 0.74% in Shiroodi and mutant 3200. The highest percentage of leaf sheath blight among the mutants was 3.5% that belonged to mutant 2310 and was not significantly different from other mutants except for mutants 1120 and 215. Plant height and leaf sheath blight percentage were not affected by location, but number of tillers per plant and blast disease percentage were higher in Goldasht than in Amol. As a result, the relative tolerance of mutants to important pests and diseases was acceptable. Manuscript profile

The key difference between the world today and the past era could be sought in the quality of rationality and type of rationalism. Modern rationality with its potentials and capabilities has certain drawbacks which require extensive reconsiderations. Since Moulana has profound innovative and critical perspective about rationality, in this article inspired by his grand thoughts, debates over rationalism are attended to in order to clarify the shortcomings of this modern approach in the present world. The article seeks answers to two fundamental questions: What are the efficient ways of acquiring knowledge? What would be the likely outcome of such efficient rationalizations? In response to the first question, the main criteria for yielding the highest expected utility of the faculty of intellect such as learning and the interrelationship of reason and heart are each attended to and analyzed from different aspects. The answer to the second question involves finding the origin of the close association of knowledge and rationality with ability and strength. The latter are the main outcome of employing reason efficiently. One of the most important factors in mortality in the world is coronary heart disease. This disease also has several risk factors, one of these is psychological factors. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of psychological factors in coronary heart disease which was mediated by blood lipids. For this purpose, in a descriptive study, 343 women and men who referred to Tehran Heart Center and Fajr hospital were selected from available samples. They were then tested in terms of depression, anxiety, stress, perceived support, anger expression, aggression, personality type, blood lipid levels. The severity of coronary artery disease was measured by coronary angiography. The data was analyzed using structural equation modeling. The results indicated that blood lipid meditated the relationship between psychological factors and coronary heart disease. Psychological factors have an effect on the severity of coronary heart disease and part of the influence is exerted by blood lipids. Hence, it is suggested that it should be paid attention to psychological factors and blood lipids of coronary heart disease in prevention and treatment programs. Manuscript profile
