The goal of the present study is to identify the factors affecting customers' satisfaction in the restaurant industry and evaluating and ranking of the restaurants according to the factors that have been carried out in five major restaurants in Takestan county. A questionnaire was used to collect information about the importance of each factor and also the level of customers' satisfaction. The weight of each factor was determined by Friedman test and then five recommended restaurants were rated by a fuzzy TODIM method which is a multi-criteria decision-making method based on prospect theory. The results of Friedman test showed that the freshness of food, the cleanliness of the restaurant environment, the healthy food and the appropriate price of food have the greatest effect on customers' satisfaction respectively. Good behavior of staff and health of food are among the strengths of restaurants and the lack of Takestan's local food the menu and the lack of a website are part of their weaknesses and should be more noticed by the restaurant managers. Consumer Animosity has been presented as a useful concept for understanding the reaction to foreign products in the marketing literature. This study examines the impact of social characteristics such as dogmatism, patriotism, and conservatism on the animosity among Iranian consumers as well as its implications for products attributed to Arab countries. unlike most previous studies, The choice of relations between Iran and Arabs because of the existence of tense historical relations and current economic and political conflicts, has led to both stable and temporary animosity can be examined in a model. The statistical population is Iranian consumers, among whom a random sample of 417 in Isfahan was selected. Questionnaires were used to collect information. hypotheses have been investigated by using the structural equation method. The results indicate that although the animosity of Iranian consumers does not affect their judgment on the quality of Arabic products, they can reduce their willingness to buy. Also, hostility caused by current events affects consumer purchasing behavior more than the hostility of historical conflicts. dogmatism, conservatism, and patriotism are also confirmed as antecedents for both the stable and temporary animosity of Iranian consumers. Based on these results we made several suggestions. Manuscript profile

After examining the effect of moderators on electronic trust and satisfaction, it was found out that electronic service quality had no relation with behavioral and attitude loyalty. In addition, our hypothesis on the role of electronic trust moderators in customers' behavioral loyalty was rejected. Supply chains express the sequence of steps related to the production process, from procurement of raw materials to deliver final products to the customer market. In this research, an integrated mathematical model is used for planning, supply, production and distribution of the products in a lean supply chain network. The proposed model regarding the inventory holding level of products and making contract, reduces the total cost of the supply chain. In this paper, a new hybrid approach in supplier selection and order allocation is proposed. At the first step, the supplier evaluating criteria and sub-criteria are determined and their relationships and degrees of importance are specified via the fuzzy ANP-DEMATEL method. Afterwards, regarding the high variety of purchasing items, they are categorized into four groups by the Fuzzy Inference system (Kraljik model) and suppliers in each group are ranked using the Fuzzy WASPAS method. The next step is to determine the order allocation of items in a multi-product, multi-period, multi-supplier mixed integer programming model with three objectives of minimizing the cost, maximizing total utility of the purchasing process and minimizing changes of selected suppliers as a new objective function. Finally, the LP metric method is applied to solve the proposed multi-objective model, and Pareto solutions of the problem are determined by changing the coefficients of the objectives in this method. The proposed approach is used for suppliers evaluation and order allocation in a chemical company with a high number of purchasing items and suppliers. The accuracy of results is confirmed by experts. Regarding the comprehensiveness of the proposed approach, its application increases the accuracy of suppliers evaluation and order allocation, and therefore its utilization in organizations is recommended. There is currently no consensus on the nature of entrepreneurship. Present phenomenological research has been devoted to exploring the life experiences of entrepreneurs in order to draw the definition and subject of entrepreneurship research. The research process included the development of interview questions based on an overview of theoretical foundations, the selection of contributors, face-to-face interviews with entrepreneurs. Researchers will compare each set of entrepreneurial data with other entrepreneurs to create conceptual classes. Sampling was completed at the time of the emergence of the main classes and theoretical saturation, and the sequence and sequencing of the classes began to create the emerging emerging character of the emerging definition. Based on the findings of research, the entrepreneur as the human factor of the entrepreneurial phenomenon sets out the set of actions, activities and behaviors (actions) for a specific purpose and result (activities and outcomes of the activity) based on factors such as individual competencies and entrepreneurial spirit, organizational factors And environments (entrepreneurship enablers) within a specific framework or for the formation of a new framework and pursuit of economic or social values . In response to the need for convergence in entrepreneurship research, this article outlines the prospect of directing future research. First, there is a distinction between definitions and the need for a distinction between entrepreneurship and small businesses. Then, the necessity of classifying entrepreneurship definitions is inevitable, and finally, there is a consensus on the issues that need to be identified to facilitate unity in research in this field Manuscript profile

The research method is descriptive and exploratory. The data of this research were gathered from 156 senior and middle managers and employees of the Information Technology sector and experts from the General Directorate of Sports and Youth Organization of Khorasan Razavi Province and the subsidiary cities. Data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire with 49 questions. In analyzing the data and presenting the findings, exploratory factor analysis method has been used to categorize and explain the obstacles and to explore the underlying structures. After collecting and analyzing the exploratory factor of the questionnaires, the minimum factor burden accepted for each variable was 0.3. Therefore, from 80 questions of the questionnaire, 31 questions were removed due to factor load less than 0.3 and 49 remaining questions of the class The questionnaire was subjected to a questionnaire using Cronbach's alpha of 0.83 which indicates that the questionnaire is appropriate. It was also found that both the entire questionnaire and all of the sub-tests have a high reliability coefficient. The results showed that this questionnaire can be used as a valid tool for measuring the establishment of management information systems in sports organizations. Manuscript profile

Green supply chain management activities can improve company reputation and customer satisfaction and Environment initiatives and resource efficiency, thereby improving the company's economic performance. Among the factors that influence the adoption of green supply chain management, external stimuli have more power than inter-organization. The improvement of the quality of goods and services, cost savings and increased efficiency in the manufacturing industry are known as powerful stimuli. In this research, firstly, by reviewing the theoretical issues, the main factors of the green supply chain drivers have been identified in one of the manufacturing industries and then, using the method of interpretive structural modeling, the relationships between the factors have been analyzed. The results of this study indicate that the identified factors can be classified into five levels based on the interpretive structural model, and the factor of international and state laws and regulations for the organization's commitment to the implementation of green supply chain management has been identified as the most influential factor. This is a systematic study based on a systematic review statement. Qualitative methods for data analysis were used through content analysis. Time-based costing is applicable in the healthcare sector and can help cost effective processes, thus addressing the key challenge associated with current cost accounting methods. The ability of this method to inform payment and reimbursement systems and coordination in providing continuity of care is still to be proven in the published research, and the role of cost-based time-based activity in this cost-accounting perspective is still under way. Time-based activity-based costing should be gradually added to functional systems based on the recommendations contained in this review.
