Abstract :
The time, cost and quality are important goals of each project, which project managers in order, to be succeed in the projects, always are looking for completion of them in the shortest possible time, with the lowest cost and highest quality. One of the main challenges in this case is choosing the right approach to achieve these goals. The most common approaches in this case, are using the balance technique. In fact, using this technique can be the most optimal mode of project implementation activities that the lowest and highest quality at the lowest cost, time has obtained. In this paper, we tried to develop a goal-programming model to find suitable responses for managing the cost, time and quality of the project. In order to test this model, a case study was accomplished in the projects implemented at Company Machine Sazi Arak. Computational results show the applicability and usefulness of the proposed method.
