Abstract :
One of the issues that today has become an attractive and challenging topic in the field of consumer behavior is the issue of ethical use, The reason for this is that, despite the cost of being ethical behavior, Research has shown that behavioral ethics leads to the final satisfaction of consumers with the purchase and consumption of goods and services. In the present study, the effect of the relationship between ethical motivation incentives on the satisfaction of purchasing apparel consumers in Ilam city has been investigated. The survey method is applied in terms of its purpose, the statistical population of all the clothing consumers of the city is ilam. Using Morgan table, a sample of 235 people from the community was selected by random sampling. The data gathering tool was a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by the experts and the reliability of all the variables was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Lisrel 8.8 and SPSS 21 software were used to analyze the data. The research findings showed that the motives of ethical consumption were effective on purchasing satisfaction.
