Abstract :
A resource-based viewpoint is a new approach to strategic management topics that underpins the development of strategies as the core resources, capabilities and merits of the organization. In this perspective, the effectiveness of resources in pushing the organization toward success is not the same. The resources are converted to functionality then to merit and ultimately to competitive advantage. Therefore, the use of dynamic capabilities due to the emphasis on the mechanisms by which, through the mobilization of resources and internal facilities, while improving the efficiency and effectiveness of institutions, their competitive ability increases, as a major tool in the success and improvement of organization's performance, and from Therefore, they are of great importance. Implementing dynamic capabilities in both individual and organizational dimensions can turn into a sustainable competitive edge in today's dynamic and rapidly changing environments. Therefore, it is capable of integrating, and reorganizing the internal and external capabilities to face the rapid change of the environment. The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting the ynamics of employees. For this purpose, studies on dynamic capabilities have been studied in recent years so that components of dynamic capabilities can be extracted from authoritative managerial texts.
