Privacy adjustment as an important need is the result of regulating the interaction between humans in the environment. adjustment. Creating a suitable space for privacy adjustment in Iranian houses is a fundamental feature of Iranian architecture, which has had a significant impact on the structure of houses from the beginning. In this regard, the question arises whether the cities on the edge of the Caspian Sea with extroverted architecture are affected by patterns of privacy adjustment? Examining architectural solutions to privacy adjustment in these types of houses has not attracted enough attention of researchers. Therefore, with the aim of identifying common patterns in extroverted homes, this research has collected materials using the library method and field observations. The present article is organized in the form of an interpretive-historical research, which has been used for the analysis of the collected information in a descriptive-analytical manner. The findings of the research show that many extroverted houses in Iran are built in large yards and planting trees inside the yard significantly limits the view into the living space. This factor plays an important role in defining the boundaries of the building. The entrance plays an essential role in connecting the private and public spaces in providing privacy. Also, by creating fractures and angles and the presence of height differences and placement of rooms on the upper floors of the house, the direct view is limited and visual privacy are maintained. The results of the investigation of the effective mechanisms of privacy adjustment in the extroverted house of the Kolbadi house show that while there is a relationship between the inside and the outside of the building, order and mechanisms are applied to maintain and create a state of secrecy, privacy adjustment and restriction. In addition to socio-economic problems that are common to all informal settlements, the informal settlements of Kerman also have geological problems. Settlements are formed in the vicinity of faults and subsidence of the land, and it threatens its residents, so a solution should be provided for these problems.Investigating the informal settlements of Kerman city limits from the point of view of geological problems and socio-economic problems and providing a solution. The research method of this research is applied in terms of its purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of its method. This article has a qualitative approach that was done through case study and document analysis. Four informal settlements have been formed in Kerman. These settlements include the town of Firozabad in the northeast of Kerman, the industrial town in the southeast of Kerman, the town of Sayad Shirazi in the northwest of Kerman, and the town of Allahabad in the southeast of Kerman. It was found that these settlements were created in the vicinity of faults and areas with land subsidence, which is a threat to non-resistant buildings. Most of the residents of these settlements have settled in these settlements due to the economic problems of the region and have suffered social harm due to the lack of monitoring by the monitoring agencies. The informal settlements of Kerman are under the threat of land faulting and subsidence problems, as well as socio-economic problems. Several solutions were presented to prevent the formation and expansion of informal settlements in Kerman. - Transferring the residents of these settlements to other settlements or strengthening these settlements - Strong and continuous supervision of the relevant officials to prevent the formation and expansion of informal settlements. -Creating a green belt in the city of Kerman. - Solving the economic problems of the region, especially related to agriculture - More supervision to prevent the creation of social crimes in these settlements. The media are responsible for protecting the privacy of individuals, and in case of violation and damage to individuals, they must compensate for the damage. Damages caused by privacy are often spiritual and non-material, and it is not possible to completely restore the previous situation. The aim of the current research is to compensate the media from several private systems in the laws of Iran and England, which was done using the document-library method. The research findings showed that In Iran's laws, protection of privacy is used to protect individuals against defamation, dignity and property, but there are still many challenges in protecting privacy and personal data. In the English legal system, privacy does not have a single validity. The records in the legal system of this country show that in some cases the court has considered compensation for the violation of privacy. But in this country there is no explicit guarantee for the right to privacy. The general approach of English law is based on the predominance of privacy protection in the form of quasi-crime and the obligation to compensate for damages and refer to other civil wrongs. However, compared to Iran, England's supportive approach is far more favorable than Iran in some aspects, especially the privacy of communications, information and data Manuscript profile

8 - Evaluation of Privacy in Different Types of Spatial Structure of Traditional Iranian Houses Base on the Space Syntax Mathematical Analysis (Case Study: Shiraz Qajar Houses)

According to rapports, since home construction is cultural, its form and organization are also influenced by the culture that the home is a product of. In this way, traditional Iranian architecture can be described as full of concepts that are based on Iranian religious culture and beliefs. One of the most important concepts that influence the formation of traditional Iranian houses is the concept of privacy. Unfortunately, in today's construction, the conception of privacy is ignored. In fact, in the current century, the concept of privacy has been a victim of economic and social factors, and priority for building spaces that create privacy gradually decreased. The result has been the construction of alien homes with indigenous culture. Therefore, although people live in modern houses and try to adapt to modern architecture, they still consider a traditional home a desirable home. Accordingly, since the home is the most private place for each person, it is one of the main places, where makes essential privacy. Thus, traditional home reviews, where the concept of privacy is well respected, can help architects to apply this principle in today's housing architecture. In this regard, given that traditional houses of the warm and dry climate of Iran are built as a courtyard, and the organization of the spaces around the courtyard is based on different patterns, the most common of which is the organization of the four types of patterns. These patterns include two sides of construction (two opposing masses), two sides of construction (two perpendicular masses), three sides of construction, and four sides of the construction. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to evaluate the privacy of these four patterns in Qajar houses in Shiraz. The research method used in this study is quantitative-qualitative, and the tools used in analyzing houses are mathematical space syntax. Such that, initially eight Qajar houses were selected, and after identifying the three characteristics of introversion, hierarchy, and locating for privacy, at first the houses graphs were extracted by A-Graph software, then these three privacy factors are based on space syntax tools, including, integration, connectivity, relative mean depth, relative asymmetry, real relative asymmetry, and accessibility were analyzed. The research results show that, on the one hand, the concept of privacy as an integral concept in traditional Iranian architecture, in all the patterns of the Qajar houses of Shiraz, the architects have been of interest. On the other hand, based on the analysis, by increasing the mass-to-space ratio from two sides to four sides, the amount of introversion, hierarchy, and locating has increased. This indicates that in the Qajar houses of Shiraz, the pattern of the four sides of the building has the highest amount of privacy than other patterns. This is due to the possibility of separating public and private territories, increasing the depth, and building nested spaces on each side. Moreover, the findings of the study suggest that, in all construction patterns, the least privacy concerns first the courtyard space and then the guest space, and on the contrary, most privacy concerns the bedroom. Identifying the right to privacy of individuals as one of the most important human rights is of great importance, and Islam, as the most complete religion, has paid special attention to the necessity of respecting the privacy of individuals, according to its various rulings and orders. Although in Islamic jurisprudence various aspects of privacy have not been dealt with under one title, but it can be claimed that the Islamic Shari'ah has considered aspects of this privacy that can still be discussed in the science of law. Today, with the advance of communication technologies and the expansion of the use of cyberspace, people's privacy is under threat. Therefore, the main question of the article is what are the principles and foundations in jurisprudence and law regarding the protection of people's privacy in cyberspace? In jurisprudence and the legal system of Iran, it has covered strong principles such as the need to respect human dignity, moral values, the rule of dominance, the rule of respect, and avoiding cruelty as common rules for protecting privacy in this field, in order to create the necessary space for growth and flourishing people's talents. In this regard, this research, by presenting the principles of privacy in Islamic jurisprudence and law, along with the territory and examples of privacy violations in cyber space, the strict attention of Sharia law to privacy protection is clarified. Today, the arbitration system in commercial affairs, along with the judicial system, is known as the authority for handling claims in most legal systems. Countries have different approaches regarding responsibility. In some countries, judges are not responsible for compensating the damages caused to the parties in an absolute or limited manner. In Iranian law, judges under certain conditions according to Article 171 of the Constitution, if they cause harm to the litigants during the proceedings and the source of the harm is the judge's mistake or negligence, they will not be responsible for compensating the damages. It is obvious that if the cause of the loss is intentional fault combined with the intention or knowledge and awareness of the judge in the loss, the civil liability will be imposed on him without a doubt. All legal systems have confirmed the existence of the contract and the judicial duty of the judge. Failure to perform the duty of arbitration can result in disciplinary, criminal and civil liability, but the legal systems of the world do not agree on the principle of the civil liability of the arbitrator. In the Canadian legal system, a judge enjoys the principle of immunity from civil prosecution in the performance of arbitration duties, just like a government judge, unless he has bad faith or leaves the arbitration without permission. Arbitrations based in Canada are governed primarily by provincial and not federal law. Every Canadian province, except Quebec, has passed legislation to ratify the UNCITRAL Model Law. Additionally, each province has its own laws to regulate domestic trade. In this research, the laws supporting information privacy in Iran and Canada have been compared in a comparative manner, and solutions have been proposed to reduce Iran's gap with global standards in this arena. Privacy is one of the most difficult concepts that there is no universally conceived definition of what is happening in the field of law. In Imamieh jurisprudence, there is no specific definition of religious or scholarship. From the perspective of Imamiyah jurisprudence,  there are two types of harassed investigations: one is a search for the privacy of individuals who are completely prohibited from the point of view of the jurisprudence of Imamiyya jurisprudence, and the other is the investigation against the Islamic system, which is prohibited from the point of view of the Islamic Imams. In the Quran and in the Hadiths of the Infallibles, Allah has forbidden exploration and curiosity in the affairs of others, has respected the privacy of individuals, condemned the violation of it. The inclusion of this general instruction is not specified in the exception, so that it is permissible for others to investigate the affairs of others and not be permitted to others. In general, the content and content of the verses, narrations and other arguments are used that the verdict of espionage and exploration has a certain limit and for all its examples it can not be ordered. Accordingly, from the point of view of Islam, Muslims have dignity, dignity and respect, and no one has the right to harm them. The basic principle of Islam is respect for others and non-aggression and inbreeding of them, and ultimately, the reverence for the development of what people, God and the Prophet (pbuh) Its not pleasing to the product. Background and Objective: The increase in encroachment on the bed and privacy of rivers has become a meta-crisis. This encroachment takes place in various ways, such as the creation and construction of unauthorized mansions, illegal and indiscriminate sand harvesting, river destruction, draining sewage and garbage, digging wells, etc. Several factors, including inappropriate laws, the weakness of the executive system, and the problems of the judicial system, have played a major role in the occurrence of these problems. The purpose of the research is to investigate the environmental problems of not respecting the privacy of rivers and the solutions to reduce it. Material and Methodology: This research is considered as descriptive-analytical research because we get new findings. Since it deals with determining and identifying the environmental problems of not respecting the boundaries of rivers, it is considered to be of an applied type. The data collection method is a library. In order to collect information, by referring to the relevant organizations, including the Ministry of Energy, Water and Soil Resources, the necessary information related to the boundaries of rivers was collected in the years 1380 to 1400. Part of the information of satellite and aerial images has been obtained. Findings: The results of the research show that the incomplete implementation of the law on fair distribution of water and the relevant regulations, the multiple management of the river bed and the boundaries, the existence of legal loopholes, the lack of ownership documents for the river bed, and ineffective water proceedings against the trespassers have caused this public wealth of Jolangah. be invaded and occupied. This resaerch peformed with a descriptive- analytical approach aimed at studying the level, necessity and limits of legitimacy for protecting system, national and public interests as well as their contention and interaction with the individuals’ privacy. The importance of the research problem is that the individuals in the society and as a collective life are of different rights including personal and social ones where, in practice, those rights partly are in contention with other’s right and public interests. Hence, to establish the social order, it is required to refer to inclusive rules, which respects, from one hand, the personal rights and freedoms as privacy and protects, from the other hand, the social rights or public interest. Consequently, considering the jurisprudential resources as well as referring to the legal fundamentals and statutes based on the public wisdom, it can be stated that the rules legislated for the purpose of protecting the system and public interests have been established generally and in fact for protecting the privacy and peace of individuals though at times interfering and in contention with protecting the individuals’ privacy. Regardless of the executive barriers, several theories have led to a lack of attention to this principle and limited the scope of its implementation, which has been studied in the present study. The method of study in the present research is descriptive-analytical. Contradicting the publicity of trials with human dignity, respectability of persons, privacy and the principle of innocence, as well as exceptions to the principle of non-contradiction with social security, public order and chastity, and at the same time not defining their scope and examples in law, including Theoretical and legal obstacles to the realization of this principle in criminal proceedings. The result according to the contents of the research is that the principle of publicity of trials is in accordance with the above principles and the mentioned obstacles do not harm the publicity of trials and effective steps must be taken by legislators to achieve this principle in a real and desirable manner. Mystics, in their solitude and isolation, through intuition and enlightenment, which are their epistemological tools, step into spaces that reason is incapable of understanding and language is incapable of describing. These spaces are the origin of their occult and mysterious manifestations created with the help of illusions or mixtures of both. The difficulty of understanding these spaces arises from the fact that imagination and delusion are generally considered two names for a state of mind, while imagination is different from illusion because it is based on sensations. However, both are involved in building the dream world. In other words, the dream is the product of the confrontation and interaction of the two forces of fear and imagination, which itself encounters the real world. The purpose of this study is to represent the mystic state in the intuitive moments of his entry into these spaces and how he is affected by this spiritual state. The main achievement of this research is to understand that the isolation and immersion of the mystic is sometimes the basis of mystical dreams and leads the mystic to the valley of deep, different and at the same time indescribable experiences. The present study obtained its data through library method and analyzed it using descriptive method. Manuscript profile

Khawaja Qutbuddin Bakhtiar Kaki is one of the great theosophists of the Chishti way in India. He left 214 ghazals reflecting his fascination and frenzy. All biographers know his practice of way to be abandonment and abstraction. Doom and elimination of appointment from the seeker identity and removal of multiplicities from the outside world are of particular important in his opinion. Aspirant finds his existential appointments in absolute existence by passing consequences in a voluntary amortization and attains doom. From his viewpoint, doom is the doorway of entrance to love court. Love is an eternal pact and gift that flows in all aspects on the public grace basis and is procreator of existence. The aim of present study is to understand, in an analytic-descriptive approach, that what his definition of doom is, by using his complete works. And what steps should pass a seeker in order to attain this status? What are the places of mortification and privacy in his thought? What is his opinion about love, its relation with doom, and its flow in fixed superstructure? And what is his opinion about virtual love? Manuscript profile

Privacy is one of the most basic concepts in the architectural paradigm. The difficulty of defining privacy stems from its dependence on more abstract concepts such as culture and worldview. Phenomenology, as a philosophical branch, seeks to eliminate dependent factors and gain access to the essence of concepts. Phenomenology is the product of Western culture and thought. Can it be used to define the concept of privacy in Iran?  Is the ontological language of Iranians different from the ontological language of the West?  We want to find the differences and proportions of the ontological thought of the west and Iran in the phenomenology of privacy. Method of research: First, the thematic literature of the ontological thought of the West and the cultural space of Iran is examined, then, in an analytical-interpretive way, it deals with the phenomenological analogy of the concept of privacy in these two paradigms. Conclusion: Dasein's tool in phenomenological orientation is his orientation to the world through proximity and distance. Therefore, for Dasein, privacy is not affected by distance and size which is due to his attention to things. But Rend-e Nazarbaz vs Dasein is present as a complete human model in the Iranian poetic interpretation tradition and ontological thought. The nature of place, according to Rend-e Nazarbaz, stems from the myth of creation and the duality of inside and outside. An essence that reflects eternal memory and, therefore, the most fundamental element of the perception of privacy is attention to the inside of oneself.       Manuscript profile

Human dignity is one of the most important issues in the field of philosophy, law, ethics and mysticism; Because this issue is the basis and source of many human rights, privileges and duties. Human dignity is considered as a right or a set of inalienable rights and the basis of human rights that the Islamic society is obliged to observe. If this principle is ignored and there is no practical commitment to its effects, values such as freedom, privacy, justice and equality will lose their meaning. According to the verses of the Qur'an and the hadiths, the basic principle of human dignity is that no one has the right to enter the privacy of another human being without permission, except in special cases where a valid rational or narrative reason indicates its permission. Having privacy or the right to privacy is one of the houses emphasized by mysticism and is one of the sources of self-knowledge and theology. Examining the verses and hadiths that have been narrated to prove human privacy, it is obtained that the principles and legal requirements in the field of human privacy include: providing security, freedom, peace and protection of dignity, human dignity, sense of responsibility and duty, the sanctity of man is moral commands and prohibitions, and since according to the noble verse: (Esraa / 70) Ashraf human beings are creatures and worthy of respect. Naturally, his dignity, honor and security must be preserved. On the other hand, the protection of these matters requires that his privacy not be violated, so God Almighty has forbidden anything that requires the violation of human privacy. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this research was to explain the concept of the privacy of women, based on Islamic teachings, and the implementation of the confidentiality of attributes in Aleyasin the traditional House, based on Islamic teachings. Women have specific characteristics and needs, due to their specific nature. Paying attention to the woman is very important in relation to the formation of architectural spaces. Islamic teachings have a special emphasis on the principle of privacy and compliance at home. The objective manifestation of this subject is exploratory and studying in house architecture, with the definition of traditional houses. The traditional Iranian architects have considered the confidentiality, in the construction of buildings, especially houses, as a fundamental principle. Therefore, the question was raised as to how the verses and Islamic narratives emphasize the creation of the principle of privacy for women at home, and how was the principle of confidentiality and its application to the verses and Islamic traditions in the home? To answer this question, the present study focused on the Aleyasin House in Kashan, as an important case in Kashan. The research method was a descriptive-analytic, in such a way that, by examining the verses and narrations, and applying them to the confidentiality of the examples, in the architecture of Aleyasin house, we could say that the principle of confidentiality manifested itself in the building therefore, it is visual, and it has been created through hierarchy and introversion. These principles correspond to the verses of the Quran and Islamic narrations. In the past, architects have been advocating for confidentiality in the building, not only for women, but also for homeowners using these strategies. Manuscript profile

Aim: Privacy, as the need of people in the current era, is closely related to a set of beliefs, values, and norms in the form of culture. This issue becomes more important and sensitive in the context of marital relationships  due to various commonalities. Therefore, the present study aimed to explore the role of culture in couples' privacy. Methods: The research was conducted using a qualitative thematic analysis method. The sample consisted of 15 men and women between the ages of 25 and 40 in Isfahan city, who were selected in a purposive method by determining the input and output criteria. Data collection continued through semi-structured interviews until data saturation. Then, they were analyzed using Braun and Clarke's method in six steps with the help of qualitative data software. Results: Based on the data, two main themes about the role of culture in couples' privacy were identified, including challenges in two categories of awareness and dynamics and strategies in two categories of receiving legal and psychological counseling services. Conclusion: According to the findings, culture plays an important role in determining the privacy of couples. In this context, legal and psychological experts can consider this issue in pre-marriage counseling and even formulate interventions to inform spouses.IntroductionThe family has long been a center formed by a kind of legal solidarity due to kinship or marriage bonds (Heydari, 2021); and it is known as the smallest social institution but the main core of any society. In today's world, the concept of privacy is known as one of the most important mental concerns of people, especially family members, which, in addition to being a legal issue, has a lot of psychological burden with it (Fang & Gong, 2020). According to a general opinion, privacy includes a range of people's personal lives that they respect a lot and do not like to be violated or assaulted (Ansari, 2018).Privacy is one of the clearest examples of individual freedom. In the context of the joint relationship of couples, marriage and privacy are not contradictory to each other; this means that each of the spouses can have their privacy and at the same time not neglect each other's personal issues. In fact, privacy between couples means that they can respect each other's feelings and thoughts and not deny their natural human rights (Pour Abdollah & Jilzadeh, 2013).The important point is that people's relationships, especially in a couple's context, are highly influenced by the surrounding social norms, or, in other words, culture (Brummett & Steuber, 2015). Culture is like values, beliefs, traditions and customs that play a role in determining the identity of a group of people (Trasbi, 2006). Culture is an inseparable part of the family and this is where the place of residence, ethnicity and tribe, as well as different customs and expectations are involved in different areas of life and, most importantly, how the family members relate (Sanaei, 1991). Therefore, it can be said that the concept of privacy is relative (Hongladarom, 2016). Now, despite this relativity, the main challenge between marital relationships  is when each of them, with different cultures, has different specific perceptions of how and how much to respect their distance and privacy and share it in their emotional relationships (Baruh et al., 2017). Mirkheshti's research (2014) has addressed the issue that couples' privacy is affected by their attitudes, beliefs, and tendencies. A degree of proportionality in these cases can be a predictor of agreement in the privatized sanctuary and the arena of interactions such as expressing intimacy, trust, and security. The reverse of this case can also create patterns of conflict between spouses, such as a lack of intimacy, mistrust, and a feeling of insecurity. It is in this case that relationships will progress towards peace and continuity or tension and destruction. Fathi et al. (2016) also found in their qualitative research that one of the most important factors in the satisfaction of couples is creating privacy while maintaining respect and receiving support from the main families, because sometimes the collectivist culture of Iranians prevents the formation of privacy for couples. In order to delve deeper into the significance of confidentiality and the impact of culture on couples' privacy, this study aims to conduct a comprehensive investigation. The main objective is to explore the key themes related to the role of culture in couples' privacy and provide answers to pertinent questions.MethodologyIn order to conduct this research, the qualitative method of thematic analysis of Braun & Clarke (2006) was used. The research population included all the married men and women of Isfahan city, based on snowball and targeted sampling, 15 people (9 women and 6 men) entered the research until the data saturation limit was reached. The criteria for entering the research included the passing of more than one year of their lives together, living in Isfahan, age between 25 and 40 years, consent, and a conscious willingness to participate. The criteria for exiting the research were considered deviations from each of the main criteria. In order to collect information, semi-structured interviews were used for an average of 60 minutes at the time and place of the participant's choice. To conduct data analysis, Braun and Clarke's (2006) theme analysis steps were used, with the help of MAXQDA software. This technique consists of six steps, including getting familiar with the data, creating initial codes, searching and recognizing themes, drawing a network of themes, analyzing themes, and compiling the final report. Results and DiscussionBased on the analysis of the data, there are two main themes about the role of culture in the privacy of couples, including challenges in two categories of awareness and dynamics and strategies in two categories of receiving legal and psychological consulting services, each of which has its own sub-categories. As it was found out from the findings, marriage is one of the topics that has gone out of the family in this era. In line with this theme, Mirkheshti (2014) considered private privacy an urban concept. For this reason, it is considered a principle in the lives of people involved with modernity, but it is less important in rural families. In this situation, there is a possibility of cultural conflicts between spouses with different cultural backgrounds, which will definitely be effective in protecting the privacy of couples to the extent that it creates challenges in their life process (Subramaniam et al., 2019). Therefore, considering that in the decision to get married, the emotional or sentimental aspect is considered, it is important for the couple to be aware of each other's cultures. As the analysis of the findings indicated, the dynamic nature of culture has made the definition of privacy more relative than before. By resorting to strategies, the spouses were able to master the challenge of their lack of knowledge, and by understanding the necessity of the concept of their spouse's privacy, they respected it. Getting legal advice from a competent authority is not always accompanied by legal action, but it may be guided to solve the challenges of couples, and perhaps with a legal advice, most of the conflicts caused by the effect of culture on privacy between spouses can be managed. In some cases, even legal advisors lead couples to compromise by referring them to psychologists to receive psychological counseling and skill training services to solve privacy challenges.ConclusionLegal and psychological experts can consider this issue in pre-marriage counseling and even in couples' referrals and even formulate programs and interventions for it in order to make spouses aware.LimitationsAlthough the results of the current research enriched the research background in this field, qualitative research was not exempt from some limitations, such as the lack of generalizability of the findings to other societies and the researcher's subjective judgments during implementation and analysis.SuggestionsOther researchers can examine this issue by examining different native cultures in the country and also in two groups of married men and women and comparing them with the existing findings.Future research can conduct qualitative and quantitative investigations of privacy by considering other effective factors besides culture in order to strengthen the research background. Also, it is possible to examine the role of culture in the privacy of other family members, such as children and parent-child relationships, in qualitative research. The results of this research can be used in developing psychological and legal protocols for premarital counseling and conflict resolution. FundingThe present study was extracted from the doctoral dissertation of the first author in the Department of Theology-Jurisprudence and Fundamentals of Islamic Law, Islamic Azad University, Najaf Abad branch.Ethics approval and consent to participateThe cooperation of the participants was voluntary and consent was received from them at the beginning of the cooperation. The role of privacy and its place in the social structure is one of the characteristics of Iranian house architecture, which can attract the attention of researchers and designers by knowing what happened during historical periods. The purpose of this article is to explain the place of privacy in the spatial configuration of Dezful houses in the Pahlavi period and it tries to answer the question: what is the place of privacy in the micro-spaces of Pahlavi houses in Dezful? And it is based on the assumption that privacy has been considered in these micro-spaces. The present research was conducted using a combined method, based on quantitative data extracted from A-Graph software and their analysis using logical reasoning method. 10 houses from among the houses of Dezful in the Pahlavi period were selected as Study samples and in a purposeful way according to the originality of the samples, and three indicators of space syntax, including "mean depth, relative asymmetry, and integration" were investigated in these houses. The results of this research indicate that the micro-spaces related to Dezful houses in the Pahlavi period can be classified into three levels of micro-spaces with "high, medium and low" privacy and the juxtaposition of these three levels has created a spatial hierarchy in the configuration of Pahlavi period houses in Dezful. Today, security is one of the most basic needs of human societies after the known physiological needs and various factors are effective in creating security, in which we cannot ignore the important role of the environment and each person's perception of the environment called privacy. Therefore, research objectives to study and achieve the indicators and physical components that are effective in obtaining privacy in ecotourism resorts and their relationship in creating and promoting environmental security and its feeling by tourists in this type of resorts. Descriptive-analytical method based on survey method is the method of this research . The statistical population is the two eco-tourism resorts of Matin Abad near Kashan and Swans Farm in Lahijan. In data analysis, SPSS software with version 24 and for reliability of questions, Cronbach's alpha and in examining the normality of research variables Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used. To examine the first hypothesis , the correlation between the two variables of environmental security and privacy, Pearson correlation test, to examine the effect of privacy variable on environmental security, simple linear regression test was used, and to examine the second hypothesis , the ranking the indicators of the privacy variable, the Friedman coefficient test was used. Finally, we came to the conclusion that providing privacy is one of the effective factors in promoting environmental security in the architectural design of ecotourism resorts and these two variables have a significant relationship with each other and also indicators of privacy variables are significantly different from each other in terms of their importance and effectiveness in the design of ecotourism resort, and among these, the diversity index has the highest priority. So combination of open, semi-open and closed spaces scattered , the multiplicity of open spaces with different sizes and uses between closed spaces should be given special importance. In the electricity industry, the privacy of power lines is the hypothetical range on either side of the power transmission line that is determined in order to maintain the lines for the continuity of power supply and also to prevent human damage caused by electricity radiation. Respect for this privacy is essential for all individuals. The privacy of power lines is technically derived from three factors: magnetic, mechanical and electrical, and the amount and method of determining the privacy of power transmission lines in different countries is different, and in each country different distances are set according to the factors involved in determining privacy. In Iran, the amount of privacy of power transmission and distribution lines is determined based on the approval No. 29052 dated 8/10/1347. In this article, using the rules and executive instructions of the power transmission line route, the condition of the towers as well as the observance of the relevant boundaries in the study area of Semnan city has been studied. The results show that in terms of privacy, most of the power towers in the study area are in relatively good condition. Examples of the reviewed documents, including privacy and non-compliance, have been provided along with the relevant maps to eliminate intrusion. Manuscript profile

Since the family and the stability of its foundation, for providing the proper and required functions, has particular importance, and on the other hand, there is the possibility of collapse and destabilize due to various behaviors and factors, criminalization of behaviors against family in the Imāmie jurisprudence and law is taken into consideration. Meanwhile jurisprudential rulings include avoiding criminalization of the most family violations. In contrast, a group of lawyers and sages believe that the criminalization in this field is against to the nature of the family and its requirements, referring to the family privacy and the separation of morality from the law. According to the findings of this study, Islam also does not endorse criminalization in the family except in sexual relations, and has emphasized on solving the family problems through other ways, like establishing a family court, reconciliation, and so forth.   Manuscript profile

In ordinary life, according to some jurisprudential views, the idea arose for Muslims that in social life, the practice of family life is practically based on the absolute domination of the husband over the wife. On the other hand, based on the re-examination of jurisprudential documents and the principles of the relationship between husband and wife, and by accepting private property; the independence of each spouse is preferable to each other in terms of life, property and honor in married life. Therefore, the domination of the husband is to the extent of the right of marriage; that is, obedience and good companionship. On the other hand, the wife dominates the husband in terms of receiving dowry and alimony, which is a reciprocal and just domination, thus proving the equality of the husband and wife. With this description, the two notions of husband domination and wife privacy are in conflict. What is the solution? Is it possible to give privacy to a woman, despite the jurisprudential arguments for the husband to dominate the wife? Since the conflict has a primitive aspect, it can be resolved through customary collecting and through Hukoma (supremacy). According to the principle of non-guardianship every human being has independence in life, property, honor, the privacy of the wife rules and limits it. Manuscript profile

The openness of the trial means that members of the public can freely attend court hearings, closely observe how things are going, and ensure that the law is strictly enforced and that there is real judicial justice. By applying this principle, the judge can not abuse his legal authority for fear of public scrutiny and arbitration, and as a result, this principle can greatly help increase the quality of justice and the issuance of fair judgments in the courts. However, some legal systems believe that the courts cannot suffice with general terms such as public order and ethics, but are obliged to make the reasons for such action clear to the public     The principle of openness of the trial has been considered by the holy shari'a and in the four sources the inference of the rulings (book, tradition, consensus, reason) has been explicitly stated and has also been approved by Islamic jurists; According to Article 165 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which is the most important legal document of the country, trials must be held in public, which has shown the importance of this issue in the eyes of the legislator; In English law, based on the principle of justice and natural law, the principle of openness of trial is emphasized; Of course, in Iran, due to the disturbance of the court order, sometimes this principle is not implemented, which can be easily solved by considering solutions such as punishment for those who disturb the order of the hearing, including the litigants and those present, and proper management of the hearing by the judge.    Manuscript profile

Introduction: Since the beginning of the 20th century, with the start of startups, there have been changes in the shape of coworking spaces that are suitable for the needs of today's societies. In addition to providing a suitable platform for the presence of people with startup and creative thinking, the coworking space creates the possibility of random interactions and the growth of creativity by responding to the social needs of users. Physical proximity between people with different abilities and talents increases the possibility of cooperation, teamwork, informal learning and individual growth. Among the few weaknesses of the coworking space, we can mention the distraction and lack of concentration of the users; Therefore, the purpose of this research is to know the level of solitude in the coworking space and to analyze its role in meeting the needs of users and to examine it in a case study (Metre Moraba Co-working space of Mashhad). Methodology: In the first step, the information was collected using the library-document method, and authentic written researches were used to compile the theoretical foundations and background of the research. In the second step, data collection has been done by the field method (presence in a case sample and using the tools of observation and interview and questionnaire). Through the observation tool, the authors picked up the characteristics of the environment and the behavior of the employees, and through an interview with the architect and manager of the meter moraba complex (Dr. Yalda Golriz), they got to know the concepts and the construction process of the project, and also by presenting a questionnaire to 11 users present in In the fall of 1401, the metre moraba collection investigated the role of solitude in responding to the needs of users. In the third step, through inferential studies, the levels of individual and group solitude have been analyzed in the examined sample (metre moraba coworking space). Results: The findings show that solitude plays an important role as an important factor in meeting the needs of users in a coworking space. Considering the existential role of solitude in creating concentration, creativity, flourishing of ideas, improving the work efficiency of the audience, it is necessary to provide individual and collective solitude in the shared work space. Examining the spectrum of solitude in the metre moraba. group shows that the collective spaces have quantitatively occupied the largest area of the space and qualitatively created collective solitude for the users. However, individual spaces are not quantitatively responsive to users, and qualitatively, they do not provide enough concentration, peace, and privacy for the audience; Therefore, in order to provide optimal solitude (individual and collective solitude), solutions have been presented in order to improve solitude. Conclusion: To create a sense of solitude in the interior, one should pay attention to simplicity, comfort, and natural elements and use appropriate decorations and lighting. These factors help the user to create a quiet and secluded space that is suitable for rest and relaxation. Work spaces with optimal privacy (simultaneous provision of individual and collective privacy) play an important role in advancing work goals (group and individual), therefore, in order to achieve optimal privacy, it is suggested to improve individual privacy quantitatively and qualitatively in the set of Metre Moraba Co-working space. Nowadays, there are problems such as noise pollution in the environment. In line with the emergence of these problems, topics such as providing sound comfort and proper distribution of sound in architectural spaces find a special place. Depending on the use of spaces, the degree of importance of this issue is different. In spaces such as libraries, access to sound comfort is among the priorities. One of the optimal space requirements in the library from the sound point of view is to prepare a relatively quiet environment without additional disturbances (such as traffic, internal ventilation, noisy people) and control noise. The proper distribution of sound in the study hall by expressing the issue of speech privacy and in meeting halls by expressing the issue of speech clarity is the focus of this research.Statement of the problem: In the matted spaces of the library, where the physical boundaries become fainter, non-visual boundaries become visible. The place of sound has been important in the architecture of the past so that it has become a modern science. The problem of proper distribution of sound in libraries led this research to examine comparative studies between sound and architecture in library reading rooms. The purpose of the research: The main purpose of the research is to create sound comfort and reduce harmful sound reflections in these spaces to create speech privacy. To achieve this goal, the relationship between the transmission and distribution of sound has been analyzed by examining the geometry of the halls and the materials used. The final goal of the research is to investigate the effect of the gender of the voices of girls and boys in the halls. Research questions 1- What effect does the reduction of noise in the library space have on the process of speech privacy for users? Research method: This research was conducted experimentally by measuring the sound intensity in the reading rooms of the girls and boys of Tabriz Central Library using the 2260B&K sound meter and the H8 recorder. The graphs obtained from the sound meter were extracted in Excel software and the recorder graphs were analyzed in MATLAB software. Finally, it has been adapted to the NC standard graph. Conclusion: The general results of the research showed that the gender difference of sound in spaces requires a special architecture, especially the reading of girls' houses, due to the wide range of frequencies, necessitates the use of fibers and shells on the surfaces. Sound comfort and security are harmful reflections, despite the sense of place and sense of belonging for users in the library, in the degree of the environment's desirability, is one of the goals of this research. Examining the forms in the overall volume and surfaces of the floor, wall and ceiling and dealing with materials with appropriate absorption coefficients and creating speech and hearing privacy are other research goals. The final goal of the research is to examine the combination of the frequency spectrum and the effect of the gender of girls' and boys' voices in the halls and to design an architectural solution in case of combining the frequency spectrum. By strengthening the architectural features in the field of sound, it becomes possible to formulate principles in the architectural design of libraries and acoustics. Manuscript profile

Nowadays, due to the ever-increasing population growth, rising land prices, increase in construction and sales, and other economic restrictions for the residents of residential buildings in metropolises, especially in short-rise residential apartments with low square meters, the quality of life has declined. solitude (individual and collective) and privacy of the residents is not given attention. In fact, this shows the lack of attention of architects and urban planners to social challenges and issues and the need to realize sustainable housing (especially from the social aspect) in order to promote the privacy of the residents of residential buildings and increase the mental-psychological peace and finally improve the satisfaction of the people of the society. Therefore the main goal of this research is to explain the necessity and principles of seclusion in order to achieve the dimensions of social sustainability in low-rise residential apartments in Tehran. Also, this research seeks to answer these questions: What is the relationship between the components of realizing privacy and social sustainability in contemporary housing? And what are the internal and external factors affecting the realization of social sustainability and the improvement of the quality of solitude in the samples studied in the research? The research method in this study is descriptive-analytical and survey methodology. The method of data collection was based on library-documentary and survey data. The method of data analysis is using T-Test, Friedman, factor analysis and structural equation modeling method. In this part of the research, smartpls3 and spss20 software are used. Using the Friedman test, the priority of participation, security, and quality items were reported in the order of importance; Based on this, the importance of the item "increase and diversity of collective spaces" from the dimension of "participation" as the first rank, the item of "compliance with proportions and scales" from the dimension of "security" as the first rank and finally the item of "existence of furniture and flexible spaces" from Then "quality" took the title of first place. The research results indicate that the three dimensions of “participation”, “security” and “quality” have different effect on the solitude realization in contemporary housing to improve the social sustainability quality. The dimension of "participation" plays the most impact from the perspective of how the residents seek seclusion and realize it in housing in order to promote social sustainability in contemporary housing interior. In the continuation of the dimensions of "Security" and "Quality", respectively, after the dimension of "participation", has the greatest impact on the seclusion of the low-rise residential residents. Finally, in this research, it was suggested that in the design of residential spaces for the purpose of seclusion, attention should first be paid to the socio-cultural, religious and behavioral priorities of the residents, and then use the physical strategies and its indicators. However, considering that the general research related to seclusion is focused on physical and functional strategies and less attention has been paid to socio-cultural criteria, it is suggested that more research be done in this area in order to realize seclusion in terms of cultural criteria and be done religiously Manuscript profile

Nowadays, virtual space has become an inseparable part of people's lives, and with a rapid speed, it has affected all aspects of life. Technological revolution, influenced the freedom of expression in such a modern way that the development of radio and television had never done. This revolution revealed new manifestations of freedom of expression. With new developments in this field, gradually, cultural participation in various fields of the society became more prominent and the relations that were done in limited formats became bolder and more noticeable. However, the possibility to control and make restrictions in different types of communication also became more evident. Such Control that is done mainly through governmental mechanisms and opposition to the free exchange of information has entered a new stage with emergence of the social networks. Censorship, filtering and monitoring of the data and content, and progress in interception methods of correspondence and conversations in such networks have increased in line with the epidemic of these networks. In the present research, while attempting at referring to the freedom of information circulation in the virtual space, the role of the Supreme Council of Cyber Space in explicitation of the laws governing the cyberspace has been examined. The international law of cyberspace is still in its initial stage of development and formation and the relevant international institutions and authorities are consulting on various issues related to the cyberspace. However, all the actors in this field have reached a consensus regarding such principles as the principle of freedom of information, the right to privacy, the principle of non-interference in the internal affairs of countries, as well as the principle of prohibiting the use of force in cyberspace, and the binding regulations and documents have been approved and implemented in a global scale in this regard. The nature of the cyberspace needs to be studied and analyzed enough to be able to apply the legal rules of the real space to that space. In this regard, concepts such as the civil responsibility, the criminal responsibility and, especially, the international responsibility and their instances and proofs in cyberspace must be analyzed and adapted. Due to explosive growth of users, increasing energy demand and also the need to improve efficiency and maintain the stability of the electricity grid, smart grid is the only option available to electrical industry engineers. In fact, the smart grid is a physical-cyber system that provides coherent and integrated communication, processing and control functions. The smart grid provides control and management of millions of devices in the electricity industry in a reliable, scalable, cost-effective, real time and two-sided manner. Given the increasing growth of cyber threats in the last decade, the need to protect the electricity industry and its critical systems seems essential. The slightest disruption to the power industry's systems results in disruption to other industries, reduced productivity, and discontent. Hence we proposed an efficient cloud based architecture to improve smart grid performance. Proposed architecture provides data security and privacy against different types of cyber-attacks such as replay attack, modification attack and so on. Manuscript profile

Social networks have been introduced as an attractive, low-cost and accessible environment for communication between users. Analyzing the information collected in these networks, as one of the main goals, can violate the privacy of users. For this purpose, several algorithms have been presented to anonymize the graph of social networks, which try to protect the privacy of social network users. However, no method has been proposed that considers the simultaneous improvement of graph utility and execution time. In this regard, the current research tries to overcome this problem by combining two algorithms, time Saving k-degree anonymization method (TSRAM) and NaFa4KDA. The first algorithm reduces the time of anonymization of the degree sequence by drawing a compact tree from the degree sequence of the graph, and the second algorithm uses an effective method to reduce the number of scans of selection edges and also increase the accuracy of the algorithm in selecting the most suitable edge. for editing, it simultaneously improves the execution time of the algorithm and the usefulness of the graph. The results of comparing the proposed algorithm with other similar algorithms show that the proposed combined algorithm has significantly increased and decreased the utility of the graph and the execution time in the process of anonymization. On average, the evaluation results show a 34% improvement in execution time and a 10% improvement in graph utility. Manuscript profile

The present research aims to analyze the mutual relationship between space configuration, space depth and architectural space relations in privacy perception in order to identify the hidden pattern and social structures of relationships in one of the contemporary residential complexes in Tabriz. “Depth” and “integration” are among the important parameters in privacy perception, which have been studied via drawing justified graphs and output of numerical variables in the specialized space syntax software. Space syntax technique is in fact the investigation of the relationship of every space unit in a set in the neighboring space; through knowing social structure of the relationships of the components, the pattern of systematic activities and also the semantic load and spatial relationships can be obtained. The research methodology of the present descriptive-analytica study is information analysis and of logical reasoning type. The qualitative and quantitative methods are employed in the formulation of the theoretical framework and the analysis of maps and modeling, respectively. The research results on 11 types of different plans from the residential units of this complex revealed the relationship between architectural space relations and configuration of architectural body and spatial depth in the definition for privacy. Moreover, the appropriate spatial relationships for achieving more privacy can be defined in order to be used in the plan design of condemnatory complexes. Manuscript profile

Following the ever-increasing expansion of virtual space in human life, appropriate rights are created with it, one of which is the right of anonymity in this space, which is based on the principles of human freedom and privacy. But Muslim societies, especially our Islamic country Iran, need to analyze it from the perspective of Imamiyyah jurisprudence and its laws, in order to gain knowledge about this emerging issue and its limits. This research, which was compiled using a descriptive analytical method, wants to solve the urgent need for research on this issue in this article and lay the groundwork for future research. The result of the present research is that Imami jurisprudence and Iranian law considers the right of anonymity as legitimate and acceptable for the user of virtual space according to the existing jurisprudential-legal evidence and considers it conditional on the three principles of "non-abuse", "legality" and "necessity". . In such a way that the owner of this right is not allowed to abuse it in terms of moral, economic and security. Also, the law can narrow this right and not allow or limit its use. "Necessity" is also considered as one of the limitations of this right that a person should use this right wherever "necessity" requires. Manuscript profile

Protecting privacy as one of the fundamental human rights is one of the necessities of society. This importance is to the extent that it has been discussed in Islamic texts and citizenship rights, this article seeks to study privacy in Islamic jurisprudence and citizenship rights in an analytical-descriptive way. With the investigations conducted, it is found that the sharing of privacy in Islamic jurisprudence with citizenship rights is more than its differentiation. The findings in this paper show that the concept of privacy in Islamic jurisprudence and citizenship rights are equal and their differences in the fundamentals and theories accepted by these two are important. The results of the implementation of Islamic jurisprudence and citizenship rights show that the basis of citizenship rights in the manner of compensation is based on the rule of law, but in citizenship rights the theory of fault is considered, on the other hand, there are significant differences in the protection of privacy violations and the prevention of privacy violations, but in principle, the acceptance of the privacy of the two is not inconsistent.
