Abstract :
In the present research, the aim is to investigate the level of privacy in the types of residential complexes. This research seeks to find an answer to this question: How is the prioritization of types of residential complex in terms of privacy according to the parameters affecting privacy? On the other hand, in the current research, different types of residential complexes create a different amount of privacy in the space of the residential complex in terms of physical structure, which has not been accurately identified. The purpose of this research is to evaluate privacy in different types of single, peripheral, parallel, and mixed residential complexes, which is done by using opinions experts by snowball sampling method and using the Electra model. In this method, quantitative indicators were used and their ranking was obtained by pairwise comparisons between options, and multi-indicator problems were expressed contractually with a set of options, indicators and superior values. In the end, it is worth mentioning that the dominance of a single species is the highest priority in terms of the weight of all indicators.
