Today, one of the major destabilizing urban challenges is a type of urbanization with acute problems of informal settlement or marginalization. One of the most obvious manifestations of the rapid growth of urbanization is the formation of informal settlements in many developing countries, including Iran, which has become a symbol of urban poverty. This research has been carried out in order to investigate the indicators and dimensions of social consequences caused by the growth of informal settlements in eslamshahr and to provide a model to control and solve them. This research is practical in terms of targeting and in terms of descriptive-analytical method. In order to collect data and information, two methods of library-documents and field method of survey have been used. The statistical population of the current research includes experts and active managers in the field of urban management in eslamshahr. The findings indicated that the growth of informal settlements has a direct, positive and significant effect on the social consequences caused by the growth of informal settlements. Also, since the correlation coefficient (standard coefficient) between the two variables is equal to 0.75, it can be concluded that the growth of informal settlements has a direct, positive and significant effect on the social consequences caused by the growth of informal settlements, and the intensity of this effect 0.75). Based on the focal correlation results, the index of economic issues with a %35 influence on the total of other variables has been ranked first. In addition, based on the analysis, the highest degree of correlation in the indicators can be seen between health issues and welfare facilities and leisure time in the informal settlements of eslamshahr Manuscript profile

Introduction: Environmental status indicates that the world is in a plastic pollution crisis. Since the packaging industry is closely linked to environmental protection and sustainable development, green packaging is a new way for consumers to achieve a balance between economic growth and environmental development. And the consequences of consumers' purchasing behavior in choosing environmentally friendly packaging. Research Method: The paradigm of conducting interpretive research, its approach is using mixed methods and sequential qualitative-quantitative research design. The statistical population of the qualitative section is university researchers and environmental activists, sampling was done in a targeted way through semi-structured interviews with 13 experts, data coding was done with Max Q.D.A software in three stages. In the quantitative part, non-probability sampling is available and data is collected from among 369 consumers by sampling from hypermarkets and large stores in Rasht city. Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability for all constructs are above 0.7, the convergent validity of the extracted average variance index is greater than 0.5. The model was tested using structural equation modeling with PLS software. Results: The results of coding the data in the qualitative part led to the identification of 259 primary codes, which formed the paradigm model of the research according to the foundational data theory. The categories of environmental belief, health concern, green attitude, and mental norm are among the causal categories that influence the creation of green purchasing behavior of consumers, which leads to consequences such as increasing the level of health, development and growth of the organization's performance, green lifestyle, purchasing preference, and increasing the repetition of purchasing products. They have green packaging. In the quantitative part, the hypothesis test showed that environmental belief at the rate of 0.308, health concern at the rate of 0.164, green attitude at the rate of 0.168 and mental norm at the rate of 0.614 have an effect on consumers' green purchasing behavior. The effect of consumers' green purchasing behavior on increasing the level of health by 0.550, development and growth of the organization's performance by 0.578, green lifestyle by 0.576, purchasing preference by 0.263 and increasing the frequency of purchasing products with green packaging to the rate of 0.348 was confirmed. Management The last decade of the twentieth century has come to an end while human society has been heavily involved in environmental problems and its dangers. One of the most important environmental challenges of the last two decades is the loss of the country's rangelands. Rangelands are important because they constitute an important part of renewable resources and still depend on the lives of a significant number of humans and animals. The statistical population of this study is rangeland owners in Guilan province. The total number of rangelands in Guilan province that have rangeland management plans is equal to 6 rangelands. The sample is equal to 5 rangeland owners. The data collection tool in this research is a questionnaire and to test the research hypotheses, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling with partial least squares approach have been used. The result of the research indicates the positive and significant effect of economic, social, psychological, attitudinal and educational factors on the participation of rangeland owners in the implementation of rangeland management projects. Also, the effect of ranchers 'participation in the implementation of rangeland management projects on rangeland health, increasing livestock production and farmers' satisfaction was positive and significant. Livestock and rangeland balance is one of the most important factors in the destruction of rangelands in Guilan, and until this issue is resolved, all efforts and measures to manage, improve and rehabilitate rangelands are useless or very ineffective. The theoretical framework of the study was developed through Greenhous and Beutell (1985) conflict theory, rare and accumulation approach and extension theory. The results of Pearson correlation and linear regression revealed that there was a direct relationship among multiple role-playing conflict with job stress, rush and delay at affaires, physical burnout and family quarrel. However, there was an opposite relationship among women`s multiple role-playing conflict with their social support, job satisfaction and life satisfaction. Thereupon, with the employment of women in the modernity era and the lack of men`s cooperation with women in household chores at home and managers in the office, with the strong patriarchy background; they will encounter with multiple role-playing conflict at home and office which cause different individual and social consequences too. In today's era, due to the increasing increase in urban population and the lack of enough empty land for construction, it has caused the vertical development of cities and high-rise construction in Iran. In addition to its positive effects, the tendency to build high-rise buildings in the big cities of Iran has had harmful effects and consequences in different dimensions, especially in the social dimension. In this regard, the aim of the current research is to investigate the effects and social consequences of the increase in high-rise construction in Tabriz metropolis. The research method in the current study is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of descriptive-analytical nature, in order to analyze the information were used partial least squares method in Warp-pls software and F test or analysis of variance. The statistical population of the research includes the citizens of the 1st, 2nd and 5th regions of Tabriz, that is, the residents of Aftab Towers in Valiasr (region 1), Asman Towers in El Goli (region 2) and Mehr Towers in Roshdieh town (region 5), which is in line with determining the sample size. Cochran's method was used and the sample size was determined to be 384 people. The findings of the research show that the most important social consequences of high-rise development in Tabriz metropolis are related to the components of disruption in social interactions, reduced sense of belonging to a place, disruption in socialization, reduction in mental health and disruption in privacy, which the coefficients obtained from the structural model are 0.651, 0.574, 0.433, 0.411 and 0.383 for each. Also, among the sub-components, the highest impact of high-rise development is related to the reduction of social connections with friends and neighbors, reduction of place identity and sense of place belonging, and lack of formation of participation and social trust between residents. The predictive power of the designed model is analyzed using the coefficient value for the dependent variables, values greater than or equal to 0.1 have been specified for the determination coefficient. Therefore, it was concluded that the structural model of the current research has sufficient power. In this model, 13.4% of the variance of the variables of social effects and consequences of high-ranking is justified by the variables entering it. Based on the Stone-Geyser test, because the values of the Geyser test are calculated to be higher than zero, it shows that the considered model has the necessary capacity and predictive power. Also, the comparative analysis of the studied towers based on the analysis of variance method shows that there is no significant difference between the social consequences caused by high-rise construction between these towers. Variance analysis test is used to measure the difference between the average of a variable in more than two groups (3 groups and more). According to the amount of F statistic with 22.321 and a significance level of less than 95%, the obtained results indicate that there is no significant difference between the selected indicators in the current research between the towers under study. Abstract The Iranian Land Reform was among the most important programs that were operationalized during the reign of Mohammad Reza Shah and left deep impacts on land ownership, class structure, social mobility, and the composition of the ruling parties. In fact, the land reform had social and political goals and its major consequence was the elimination of owners’ political and social influences. The starting point of the program was Maragheh, and the county was acknowledged as the pioneer in this movement. On social dimension, the land reform brought about growth and development for farmers and workers. Findings and results reveal that on political dimension, the land reform weakened owners’ power and at the same, enhanced the influence of the central government and its concentration of power in villages. In its pioneer county, the land reform caused the migration of villagers to the town and a significant number of neighborhoods, such as Mikail Abad, Eshrat Abad, Yousef Abad, and Hashem Abad, were formed in rural areas, which brought about unfavorable social, economic, political, and cultural consequences and created a number of fake jobs in Maragheh. It also resulted in the removal of workforce and losing job opportunities in rural areas that did nothing but destroying agriculture. In the current study, the descriptive-analytical methodology has been applied and the events have been analyzed through applying historical documents, political elites’ memoirs, and interviews with eyewitnesses. Experiences play an important role in people's lives and contribute to a person's mental health. Most of these experiences take place in the activities that people do in their spare time (Tan and Chang, 2016). From a consumer’s perspective, leisure tourism can be a source of memorable experiences (Menga and Hanb, 2019). Tourism activities are considered the fourth part of human activities after agriculture, industry, and services and can be called invisible exports that can create a suitable platform for friendship and understanding between nations and peace without polluting the human environment and brought peace to the people; for this reason, tourism is also called the white industry (Rabbani et al., 2020). Tourist attractions are known as a field of study in the field of tourism. The value of these attractions is evident in the strategies that governments develop to make a benefit, as they can be mentioned as the main assets for the development of tourism destinations (Liask et al., 2013). Also, managing the tourist experience can lead to more tourists’ knowledge and their inclinations and interests, and provide grounds for attracting more tourists, which in turn can have desirable consequences in the form of the value of tourist participation. Due to the importance of the tourism industry and the expansion of studies with a managerial and practical nature in this regard, the present study has been conducted to achieve a model of antecedents and consequences of the tourist experience. For this purpose, first, the method of combining the antecedents and consequences of customer’s experience as well as the experiences of management approaches in the tourism industry (separately) was identified, and with the guidance of 10 experts and marketing and tourism experts and their opinions, and lastly, a questionnaire was prepared. 440 Iranian tourists who had traveled to Turkey, Malaysia, Azerbaijan, and the UAE in the last 5 years (1396 -1400) were distributed. In the first stage, each of the structures of the proposed model, in terms of being one-dimensional in a separate measurement model by Klein's (2005) method was investigated so that, firstly, the factor load of the indicators was more than 0.5; not more than 0.85. In the second stage, the validity and reliability of the structures were evaluated and Cronbach's alpha, structural validity (CR), mean explained variance, construct validity, convergent validity, and divergent validity were calculated and evaluated. After the assessment tools were finally approved at each stage, the research model was developed and tested. The result of the present study is to model the antecedents and consequences of the tourist experience using a mixed-method (qualitative and quantitative) which is one of the innovations of this research, which can be used by managers and industry activists and the  development of tourism-related activities on a global scale.   Manuscript profile

Defense immunity of lawyers as one of the most important pillars of the Iranian judicial structure includes guarantees related to defense in the constitution. The institution of advocacy also plays a role as one of the fundamental rays of normal proceedings in the judiciary. Therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of sociological analysis of the defense immunity of a lawyer in Iranian criminal law by descriptive documentary method. For theoretical literature, the views of Parsons, the Legislature, Durkheim's oversight, Habermas Civil Society, Marshall Civil Law, Bourdieu Institutional Trust, Kant & Rawls Justice, Popper, Berlin, and Sartre have been used. Documentary findings from the analysis of existing texts have shown that the defense immunity of lawyers in two main areas of sociology and law has been examined. In the sociological field, the findings show that the categories of rule of law, oversight, public sphere, civil society and institutional trust with social and theoretical mechanisms have led to the defense immunity of lawyers and government institutions using the separation of powers and creating free space in the development of individual freedoms And civil can create grounds for increasing legal powers to enhance the defense immunity of lawyers. In the legal sector, the lawyer is in a position to defend the respect and security of judicial employees, and in this way, with the strategies of the principle of dignity, protection of rights, realization of rights along with increasing oversight and guaranteeing judicial authority, defense immunity is achieved. This paper examines the humanitarian effects of US sanctions against Iranian from the perspective of food and nutrition security and is to find appropriate answers to the two questions of: What are the signs of the threat to food security in Iran after that Washington imposed nuclear sanctions against Tehran? Why and how have the American sanctions against Iran have endangered the food security and nutrition of Iranians? This paper is descriptive-analytical type and applies inferential methodology. The findings, mainly implemented through utilizing reasoning and qualitative analysis under the “Naïve Theory” of Sanctions by Johan Galtung, show that vital humanitarian goods (including food) during the past years have been subject to the laws and regulations of sanctions against Iran, due to the impediment’s sanctions have imposed trade and transportation of goods and international financial exchanges. These restrictions increased the price of food by 200 percent, and the highest has targeted food categories (including vegetables, meat and fruits). The minimum average cost of a healthy diet for an Iranian family is 3 times more than the amount of which an Iranian family can spend on food and tobacco. The percentage of Iranian urban and rural households prone to food insecurity (very high, high and moderate) has also increased between 1396-1398, respectively from 8.84% and 25.17% to 11.2% and 29.2%. This research sought to find the determinants and consequences of non-performing loans. For this purpose, meta-synthesis method was used and 7 steps of meta-synthesis proposed by Sandelowski and Barroso (2007) were implemented. The intended sample for meta-synthesis consists of selected studies based on their relationship with the research question. In the present study, the initial sample included 194 sources related to the research topic, which were extracted from databases without time limits. After screening the sources in terms of various items such as title, abstract, content and quality, 151 sources remained, whose results were examined more precisely and combined with each other. The result of this process was the extraction of 118 codes, which were categorized into 10 categories of determinants, 11 strategies to reduce and 12 consequences of non-performing loans. Determinants include international factors, macroeconomic factors, bank-specific factors, industry-related, market, borrower, and loan, political, macro-financial and institutional factors. 36% of determinants were classified in the category of macroeconomics determinants, 31% in the category of bank-specific factors, and 33% in the other 9 categories. Another result of this study is the circular causality observed among the consequences and determinants. Manuscript profile

AbstractThe research objective is to develop a model for evaluating information quality of reporting entities using network data envelopment analysis (NDEA) models. The main motivation is the multidimensional feature of information quality concept with respect to the proxies and consequences of information quality along with the capabilities of DEA models in evaluating efficiency of decision-making units (DMUs: here the reporting entities) based on different inputs and outputs. In this regard, firstly the most important proxies and consequences of information quality are extracted from literature review and secondly considered as inputs and outputs of consequential two-stage NDEA model depending on their relationships with information quality concept and finally the information efficiency of reporting entities measured using simultaneously the proxies and consequences of information quality. The results revealed differences in DMUs' information efficiencies in different stages suggesting classic viewpoint deficiency of DEA models in evaluating DMUs' efficiency. Moreover, DMUs' efficiencies in first stage (proxies of information quality) are greater than their corresponding efficiencies in second stage (transforming proxies to consequences) and network efficiencies, resulted from optimization of all distinct stages, take an amount between first- and second-stage efficiencies. Among other results of the research in addition to providing a unique amount of network efficiency, is giving explanations for network and its components inefficiency, and identifying benchmarks for optimizations of inputs and outputs of each stage and overall network and setting a way to efficient frontier. According to the Islamic Sharia and Imamiye jurisprudence, justice is a condition for the (ruling) leaders, authorities on matters of religion, judges, leaders of congregational prayers, leaders of mid-day congregational Friday prayers, witnesses, trustees, governors of the property of orphans, executors, depositaries. Ordaining such an obligation signifies the importance of justice in Islamic jurisprudence. Holders of public offices – from the leadership to the lowest positions – have to be qualified for being just as a legal condition, an example of which has been seen in prophetic and Alawite government in early Islam; and, its general mechanism is available in IRI constitution, orders by the leaders of Islamic revolution, and orders relating to the responsibilities and government. The present research aimed at studying the consequences of condition of justice for the ruling positions today and providing some usable strategy for the administrators of the Islamic system. On one hand, the spiritual and material development of society, just wealth distribution, welfare, and security are of potential achievements realizable by implementing the condition of justice for the administrators. On the other hand, lack of justice in the governing positions may result in insecurity, noncooperation, class distinctions, economic injustice and corruption, falsification of reality, and divine and human values. It is of necessity to compensate for legal gaps in implementing the condition of justice for governing positions, especially for the middle positions in the government through a proper legislation and its implementation by the administrators. Using descriptive-analytical methods, the present research proves the necessity of condition of justice for the governing positions and impacts of its presence or absence in the government. Internal migration is one of the main elements of changing demographic processes and the main mechanism of population distribution and redistribution. The flow of migration from cities to rural areas is a part of postmodern developments, which has economic-social-cultural, environmental and physical consequences. Existing studies and researches show that widespread and increasing migration to rural areas, physical complications such as "change In the ownership system, it will lead to "transformation in land use and the landscape of villages", "increase in the construction of second homes and the resulting physical chaos", "physical clutter", and "confusion in architecture and construction". This article investigates the physical damage caused by the migration and mobility of the floating population to the rural areas of Guilan province with a descriptive-analytical method based on documentary studies and field information collection and interviews with local experts and managers. Abstract Due to its geographical location, Iran has frequently faced natural disasters, especially earthquakes, which highlights the need to use the disaster management process. The purpose of the present study was to validate and construct a questionnaire of factors affecting behavioral outcomes in accidents. Since this questionnaire was not designed and validated by local and indigenous researchers, the design of such a questionnaire is very important. Thus, using a survey research, 384 citizens of Tehran were selected and studied using multi-stage cluster sampling method, so that the desired test can be tested and validated based on it. First, 28 items were designed and 8 experts in the field of accident management and psychology, relying on the content validity based on the panel of experts, evaluated and corrected the items as well as the validity of the questionnaire. The questionnaire had both validity and acceptable reliability. Then, using exploratory factor analysis, more accurate validation was performed on the questionnaire. The findings of this analysis showed that the behavioral consequences of accidents can be examined based on the four components of civic behavior in accidents, lawfulness in accidents, self-care in accidents and empathy in accidents.
