The purpose of this research is to design a sustainable development model of West Azerbaijan after the Islamic Revolution. Based on the findings, 87 concepts from the open codes of the interviews were categorized in the form of 25 subcategories and 11 main categories, which were placed in the form of a model in the form of five main classes, which are: obstacles (caused by the government, caused by the society) civil and caused by the private sector), contextual (political, cultural, social, economic, technological and geographical climate), central phenomenon (economic, social and environmental development), strategies (macro (national) level strategies and level strategies Wisdom (regional) and consequences (environmental, social and economic consequences) which describe the model of the sustainable development process of West Azerbaijan after the Islamic Revolution in a deep and rich way. Therefore, by using the proposed model, it can be used for politics. The founders, planners and agents of sustainable development of the province should help in managing this phenomenon.
