This study aims to study the position of Saderat Bank Brand, Sepah, Mellat, Melli, Parsian, Eghtesad Novin, and Tejarat banks in attracting legal customers – manufacturing units. The study used a mixed/combined methodology. The positioning process and the perceptual map technique were applied. The population included senior managers and financial executives of manufacturing units in Sothern Khorasan Province, for which the data was gathered through surveying their opinions due to their limited number (fewer than 40). The focus group technique and the questionnaires were used at two times to collect the data. Analyses were done by analytic hierarchy process technique and non-parametrical statistics, clomograph and Kruskal-Wallis, and Mann-Whitney tests. The results indicate that Saderat Bank and Mellat Bank have the best position in terms of processes for the provision of manufacturing units with finance, the ease of processes for providing letter of guarantee and LC, and the provision of letter of guarantee and LC. Besides, Saderat Bank enjoyed the second rank – after Mellat Bank – on the minds of customers in this section of the market with regard to the negotiation and consultation services, and interaction between bank's managers and the senior managers of manufacturing units. Purpose:The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of indigenous education package training on the quality of parent-child relationships and parenting self-efficacy of mothers with adolescent boys. Methodology: The research method was quasi-experimental, pre-test-post-test and two-month follow-up with experimental and control groups. The statistical population of the study was mothers with adolescent boys aged 12 to 18 years in Isfahan in 2019, of which 87 mothers with lower parent-child relationships and parenting self-efficacy through Pianta (1994) parent-child relationship questionnaire, Parental self-efficacy Dumka, Strezinger, Jackson, and Rosa (1996) were screened for self-efficacy. Finally, 40 mothers were selected and randomly assigned to the experimental group (20 mothers) and the control group (20 mothers). Participants in both groups completed parent-child relationship questionnaires and parental self-efficacy in three stages. The experimental group received a native 90-minute training package (researcher-made) for 8 sessions. Data were analyzed by repeated measures analysis of variance in SPSS software version 24. Findings: The results indicate the effect of the Indigenous Educational Counseling package on the score of the parent-child relationship (P = 0.003) with the effect size of 0.21, positive parenting self-efficacy (P = 0.024) with the effect size of 0.12, negative parenting self-efficacy (P = 0.033) with an effect size of 0.11 in the post-test stage and the stability of this effect was in the follow-up stage. Conclusions: The results of the study suggest evidence that training this program to prevent and improve the relationship of each parent with their adolescent sons reduces negative parenting self-efficacy and improves the parent-child relationship so that we see less conflict between parents and adolescent boys in society; This research can be useful for psychotherapists and counselors in the field of adolescent counseling and choosing the type of intervention to educate parents. Manuscript profile

This institution, like public order, has evolved over the past decades in accordance with the evolution of the society's understanding of the criminal phenomenon and has shifted from traditional approaches to the new and community-oriented approaches. Nowadays, countries have faced an increase in crimes, which has caused insecurity and mistrust to the police in the society. In order to deal with this insecurity and mistrust, the governments decided to decentralize the police and also assign an important role to the society in fighting against crimes. Also, according to the current society's need for a police model which is different from the traditional police model, a restoration police was formed to respond to these needs. By using the descriptive-analytical method, the following article acknowledges the important and influential role of the police in resolving disputes and criminal issues as one of the actors of the criminal justice system. Among the most important preventive strategies of community-oriented police, we can point out the realization of interactive police instead of repressive police, the realization of ethical police instead of forceful police and playing the role of warning police instead of chasing police. On the other hand, changing the strategy from violent policies to participation-oriented criminal policies and also moving in the direction of community-oriented police model governance are among these requirements. In other words, the implementation of rehabilitation programs in the police organization requires the trust of the victims in the police as well as dignified behavior towards the victims. This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of group counseling based on compassion therapy approach on the responsibility and spiritual health of the girls of Farhangsara Pegah Isfahan . The research method was a semi-experimental pre-test-post-test type with a control group. For this purpose, 30 working girls in the 10th district of Isfahan were selected by available sampling and randomly replaced in two experimental and control groups (15 people in each group). Before and after the intervention, the participants responded to the research instrument that included 42 questions from the California Psychological Inventory (CPI) Goff (1984), which was related to the dimension of responsibility, and the spiritual health questionnaire of Ellison and Polotzin (1983). Participants in the experimental group underwent eight 90-minute sessions of compassion therapy according to Gilbert's concepts and treatment plan (2014), but the control group did not receive any intervention. The data were analyzed at two descriptive levels (mean and standard deviation) and inferential (univariate analysis of covariance test). The results of univariate covariance analysis showed that group counseling based on compassion therapy approach has led to increased responsibility and spiritual health in working girls (p<0.05). Compassion-based group therapy increases self-responsibility in working girls by increasing self-kindness as well as increasing the sense of philanthropy. Working girls, because they are deprived of their rights such as education, health and proper nutrition, and being on the street for a long time, causes them to be exposed to different harms, including physical, mental, spiritual and social harms, and causes distance. Management consultants are considered as one of the most important suppliers of ideas, solutions and new management methods, and among them, the role of marketing management consultants is very important. This research seeks to discover the dimensions of the quality of marketing management consulting services and present them in the form of a model by using Glaser's emerging approach of grounded theory. The approach of this research is qualitative and the community of participants includes marketing management consultants active in the country. The data required in this study were collected through in-depth interviews with 12 marketing management consultants who were selected using snowball sampling method and the selection of these participants continued until reaching the theoretical saturation stage. The data collected using semi-structured interviews were coded in three stages using MAXQDA2020 software. After analyzing the resulting data, which led to the identification of 436 primary codes and 69 concepts, the model of the quality dimensions of these services was obtained, which was validated using data consensus techniques, researchers' consensus, method consensus, member control, and acceptability index. Based on this model, the dimensions of the quality of marketing management consulting services include 11 dimensions, which in order to better understand the model, these dimensions are categorized into 4 groups: input quality dimensions, service quality dimensions, output quality dimensions, and outcome quality dimensions.
