Meanwhile, the metropolis of Tehran, as the capital, is facing many problems and District Four, which is one of the most populous areas of Tehran, currently lacks a balance in the level of development between different areas. Discovering the relationship between these conditions and the governance situation in the regions is a research issue. The research was conducted in a descriptive-analytical method with a survey strategy. Indices were first obtained by Delphi method (DELPHI). Indicators that scored higher than average (3 out of 5) in SPSS environment and their standard deviation was low (which in most cases was obtained below 1) were finalized. Therefore, the final indicators of governance were obtained. Manuscript profile

The metropolis of Tehran, as the capital, is facing many problems, and District Four, which is one of the most populous areas of Tehran, is currently unbalanced in terms of development among different areas. Discovering the relationship between these conditions and the situation of governance in the regions is a matter of research. The research was performed by descriptive-analytical method with survey strategy. The indicators were first obtained by Delphi method (DELPHI) and then distributed among two statistical communities of citizens and municipal managers. The results of calculations in the Geographic Information System (GIS) and spatial analysis showed that the areas that ranked better in terms of governance were better in terms of sustainable urban development (areas 1, 2 and 3) and the areas that ranked better. They were worse off in terms of good urban governance, and in terms of sustainable development, they are in a weaker position (areas 6 and 7), so there is a relationship between good urban governance and sustainable development in urban areas. Introduction and objective: Urban growth in twentieth century has increased the urban population dramatically and made urbanization the default way of living. Nowadays, with urban expansion and its complexity, governors and authorities cannot handle and guide the urban societies and meet the increasing demands of urban development by themselves. One of the impacts of good urban governance can be investigated in the measurable concept of life quality indexes. Therefore, this study firstly aimed to analyze and determine the coordinates and dimensions of good urban governance and then by utilizing analytic hierarchy process (AHP) model, these indexes were evaluated in Districts 1, 7 and 22 of Tehran City. Study method: Study method was descriptive-analytic and based on the document-library studies and field researches. Then primary data were classified and accordingly AHP conceptual method was prepared. Findings: In AHP model based on the standard good urban governance indexes, these indexes were divided into 4 clusters in which each of them were provided with 4 sub criteria in Expert Choice software. Conclusion: By utilizing pairwise comparisons and sensitivity analysis, the study results show the weights of indexes accordingly: transparency index 0.153, participation index 0.080, accountability index 0.439 and rule of law index 0.328. Also, the inconsistency index weighs at 0.10 and acceptable level. Districts 1, 22 and 7 are respectively arranged according to governance index from highest to lowest.   Manuscript profile

In order to analyze the data, to test the hypotheses, one-sample t-tests, multivariate linear regression, and Pearson's correlation were used, and to generalize the results from the sample to the statistical population, the structural equation modeling method was used by Lisrel software. The findings have shown that the quality of governance in Semnan and the position of women in the era of Corona and post-corona are in unfavorable conditions in Semnan and they are weak. Nowadays, urban management can influence the stability of neighborhoods. Currently, the most effective, least costly and the most sustainable approach for urban management practice is “good urban governance". The main objective of the current study was analyzing the “good urban governance” model in local sustainable development of neighborhoods in District Six of Tehran. The research method is descriptive- analytical. Hence, initially the neighborhoods in District Six were investigated in terms of indicators of good urban governance and local sustainable development by using entropy of Shannon weight model and VIKOR. Further, to explore the relationship between local sustainability and good urban governance, Pearson's Correlation and Multivariate Regression were used. The results of VIKOR Model indicated that neighborhoods in District Six are weak and unstable in terms of good urban governance and local sustainable development; moreover, in terms of good urban governance indicators, Gandhi Neighborhood held the first position and Behjat Neighborhood held the last position. Likewise, Argentine Neighborhood was the most sustainable neighborhood and Nosrat Neighborhood was the most unsustainable neighborhood with regard to local sustainable development indicators. The results of Pearson Correlation Test indicated a statistically significant relationship between good urban governance and local sustainable development in neighborhoods of District Six. Finally, the results of Multivariate Regression Analysis showed that among the indicators of good urban governance, participation index had the greatest impact on local sustainable development.
