Abstract :
saying the question; The metropolis of Tehran is facing many problems such as pollution, traffic problems, lack of housing, lack of services, per capita and lacks a balance in the level of development between different regions and areas. It seems to have a strong connection with the governance situation in urban areas. Target; Finding indicators and measures of good governance in urban areas is the purpose of this study. Research Methods; The research was conducted by descriptive-analytical method with survey strategy and the indicators were obtained by Delphi method (DELPHI). The subject matter is referred to the number of 30 people using the snowball sampling method. The main findings; Governance indicators were identified at the level of urban areas.
