Today, according to the framework of urban regeneration and its goals, urban management is effective from various aspects in the direction of regeneration of urban tissues. Good urban governance as one of the important approaches in urban management discussion in this field can have its own impact. In this regard, the aim of this research is to identify the effective factors in the regeneration of the worn tissue of Zahedan city in the framework of good urban governance. This research is applied in terms of purpose, in terms of descriptive-analytical nature, and in the end, this research has used (qualitative) method in the framework of interpretative approach. Library and documentary methods were used to collect the information required for the research, and the field method (interview) was used to collect the data required for the research. In order to analyze the data, methods (Grounded Theory and Delphi) were used. The statistical population of the research includes experts and urban managers of Zahedan, and the sample size for interviewing experts was selected in the framework of the final theoretical saturation by using targeted sampling, 30 people. From the results of the grounded theory method, factors (proper and integrated management, provision of financial resources, active civil society in the framework of optimal governance, decision-making in regeneration and its effects, legal and informational factors) were extracted, According to the average opinions of the experts from the first and second stage surveys, the identified factors were confirmed in the Delphi method. |
