Culture is infrastructures of economic, social and political. Development of the country is not possible without considering that. Expenditure spent on culture is not cost, but it could be kind of investment. Countries can boost economic growth through investment in their cultural heritage and ultimately contribute to the welfare. The cultural index is estimated by using theoretical foundations of relative advantage and RCA benchmark and the impact of cultural indicators on Iran's economic growth in the form of dynamic integration regression (GMM) in the period of 1379-1395. Estimates show that with each percentage increase in physical capital, economic growth is expected to increase by 0.047% and physical capital has a positive and significant relation with economic growth. Therefore, it is expected that with increasing capital, production and, consequently, economic growth will increase. Also, with every percentage increase in human resource, economic growth will increase by as much as 5.73% and with each unit increase in the interactive variable of economic growth will increase by 0.0004 units. Therefore, the cultural index in addition to the direct channel through human capital can also affect the economic growth. The results for AR (1) and AR (2 are 0.17 and 0.688, which indicate the proper choice of model tools. In fact, in the period under review, the effect of the relative advantage of increasing the value of cultural variables on economic growth is positive and significant. Also, if cultural index can increase human capital, it can also increase economic growth. Manuscript profile

In the backdrop of an ever-evolving global business landscape and intense market competition, companies are faced with the imperative of strategically managing factors that influence their financial performance. This research delves into the intricate relationship between financial performance enhancement and corporate governance, with particular attention to the mediating role of human capital. The study centers its investigation on companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange and comprises a comprehensive sample of 140 top-level managers. A composite sampling approach, comprising a simple random sampling technique and Morgan's table, was employed to judiciously select a representative cohort of 103 participants. In the pursuit of rigorous academic analysis, the research leverages a goal-oriented, applied methodology, employing a descriptive survey design and a quantitative approach. The primary data for the study were methodically collected through rigorously designed and standardized questionnaires. Subsequent to data acquisition, a meticulous analytical process was undertaken using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) software, aligning with the latest developments in quantitative research techniques. The results stemming from hypothesis testing offer compelling insights into the dynamic relationship between corporate governance, human capital, and financial performance enhancement. Our findings convincingly demonstrate a significant positive impact of both corporate governance and human capital on the enhancement of financial performance in the context of Tehran Stock Exchange's listed companies. Furthermore, the empirical evidence strongly suggests that human capital plays a pivotal mediating role in the relationship between corporate governance practices and financial performance improvements. This study, in its pursuit of academic rigor, underscores the effectiveness of a novel hybrid approach, thoughtfully integrating machine learning and data envelopment analysis, to comprehensively examine the intricate interplay between financial performance enhancement and corporate governance within the context of the Tehran Stock Exchange's listed companies. The study contributes to the evolving body of literature in this domain and provides valuable insights for practitioners, policymakers, and researchers. Manuscript profile

This research investigates the impact of economic sanctions on Iran's economy, particularly focusing on human capital, using a dynamic stochastic general equilibrium model and a new Keynesian approach, from March 2001 to September 2021. The findings indicate that sanctions led to a decline in oil revenues, subsequently reducing public spending on education and hindering human capital development. This decline in human capital has far-reaching consequences, including diminished productivity, reduced investment, and slower economic growth, alongside an inflationary uptick. As inflation erodes real wages, households respond by reducing labor supply, which, in turn, dampens consumption. Given the critical role of human capital in Iran's economic growth, policymakers must safeguard public education spending, particularly during periods of decreased oil revenues. By prioritizing investments in education, the government can mitigate the adverse effects of sanctions and foster long-term economic resilience. In conclusion, the study underscores the importance of maintaining educational investments amidst economic challenges, emphasizing the need for strategic fiscal management to sustain human capital development and drive economic progress.
