Analysis and explanation of group factors in formation of value-creating human capital in Iranian public organizations: A Mixed Method

Abstract :
Background and Objective: The main aim of this study is to conduct a mixed research to analyze and explain group factors in formation of value-creating human capital in Iranian public organizations.
Method: The study was conducted as a mixed type with a descriptive-survey data collection method. The statistical sample of the qualitative part was 12 experts who either had a university education in management or had management experience in Iranian government organizations by using of snowball method. Data analysis was performed using the theme analysis method. The quantitative part was conducted using Smart PLS 3 software among 149 managers of Iranian public organizations who were selected by simple sampling method.
Findings: The results of the qualitative part led to the identification of 35 initial themes, which 7 components were ultimately extracted. The results of the quantitative part indicated the significant impact of group factors including team cooperation, effective communication, group synergy, leadership, constructive conflict, knowledge sharing, and team trust in formation of value-creating human capital.
