One of the best periods in the history of Shiraz is the rule of Zandiyeh. During this period of 46 years, Karim Khan Zand built buildings in Shiraz and other cities, which is called Zandiye architecture. Considering the historical nature of Zandiyeh buildings, this research analyzes the interactive factors affecting the stability of these buildings in a descriptive-analytical method after identifying the construction technology in this period. It has been tried to examine the construction methods unique to this period in comparison to the previous and subsequent periods. The method is based on the introduction of the four prominent buildings of the Zandiyeh period (Karim Khan Citadel, Vakil Mosque, Vakil Bath, and Vakil Bazaar), and the construction technology in these buildings will be the focus of attention. The study method in this research is a library with field visits. The results of the research show that th of the Karim Khan citadel, the taps and the type of use in the Vakil's bathroom are specific to Zandiyeh buildings, and the main materials used in Zandiyeh buildings are brick and stone. The stones used in the buildings were extracted from the mines of Fars province and the bricks were made and used in Lar city of Fars province. The dimensions of the bricks used in the architecture of Zandiyeh are 24 x 24 x 5 cm. On the other hand, it is worth mentioning that the construction technology of Zandiyeh buildings is a continuation of the architectural style of the Safavid period, but it can be seen that some of the implementation methods are unique to the Zandiyeh period. One of the major differences between Zandiye architecture and Safavid and Qajar architecthe interactive factors of the differences in the attitude of the Safavid and the the clear-minde buildings of this period. Observation of cities with  increasing problems such as population density, poverty, unemployment, shortage of housing, inadequacy  of service catering,  lack of infrastructures , environmental pollutions,   economic   inefficiency and onset of social abnormality and deviation from social norms,  which all of these will create mental apprehension and anxiety  for  experts and urban planners  engaged in  city construction , and  urban management . Also, this issue will cause concern and tension for the main users of the cities, the urban dwellers,   in other words the people. Surely, they all want to know what are the reasons behind all these inefficiencies of the models and patterns rendered and are eager to find a solution for this complication and problem.  The purpose of this research is to examine the weak points and failure of urban construction managers in fulfillments of implementing their methods of urban construction management. In carrying out this survey, the writer has benefited from various system design of urban construction of various developed countries adaptability and application such rules where applicable. The result of this survey revealed that with status quo, the  inadequacies and complications existed in the cities  were the main causes of inefficiencies  of housing and urban construction system within the country. Therefore, highlighting the need for better urban design, it seems that the present urban planning system requires undergoing major changes by revising laws and regulation and codes of practice in architecture and building design. Utilizing building quality assurance, maintaining neighborhood citizenship and civil rights and adaptability of construction codes of practice with achievable and accessible urbanization norms and standards are the other essential elements for good urban design system. Sets of urbanization parameters and factors of every country are function of systems prevailing that country. Even though, in the urban planning all countries try to follow and observe similar and specified rules and regulations and prepare their tools for implementing such rules in accordance with general principles. But, having different political , social , and economical structures in every country , they  have different  distinguished  features  which  differentiate them from each other. Good urban design is essential if we are to produce attractive, high-quality, sustainable places in which people will want to live, work and relax. It is fundamental to our objective of an urban renaissance. We do not have to put up with shoddy, unimaginative and second-rate buildings and urban areas. There is a clamor for better designed places which inspire and can be cherished, places where vibrant communities can grow and prosper.   Manuscript profile

The population of Iran has expanded rapidly in the last decades notabley in city areas. Current housing construction has been unable to satisfy the demands some imported industrialised, prefabricated concrete and steel building systems were introduced into Iran to respond to the increasing demand for house building and to improve building construction generally, but these efforts have largely failed. Despite this failure, it is generally understood that industrialised building is the only practical solution to the current problems in Iran of housing shortages and poor quality. This shortages of housing and lack of a relevant construction system to satisfy the demand, are the reasons of this research, and presenting a solution for this problem is, its main aim. Rather than introducing radically new methods of construction which ignore the existing structure of the Construction Industry and construction skills, improvements may be achieved by building upon this structure and the skill. So, neither traditional methods of construction, nor modern imported technology can meet building construction demands successfully; a blend of the two is necessary. It must be noted that besides socio-cultural conditions, any change must consider the present structure of the Construction Industry and the climate natures such as earthquakes in the country. This study delves into the evolution of peri-urban housing in Tse-Ayu, Benue State, Nigeria, spanning 2004 to 2022. The study aims to investigate shifts in housing trends, with a particular focus on how traditional housing forms have yielded contemporary designs influenced by modernization, technology, and cultural exchanges. Leveraging both primary and secondary data sources, the objective is to investigate the housing typology, architectural styles, and construction materials in the study area. The primary data was collected through a questionnaire survey. The sample size for the study was calculated to be 282 housing units. Descriptive analysis was conducted using SPSS 21.0. The data was presented using tables and charts. The study employs diachronic data gathered from Google Earth images to showcase the evolution of housing development from 2004 to 2022. Providing a clear timeline of housing density trends over this period, revealing a substantial increase from 61 buildings in 2004 to 1052 in 2022. The study also reveals that 58% of buildings are bungalow houses, while only 1.6% are of the indigenous housing typology. Additionally, 76%, of buildings featured aluminium roofing sheets, while 61% and 36% of structures employ cement blocks and burnt bricks for wall construction. This research contributes invaluable insights into peri-urban housing dynamics, advocating for balanced urbanisation that respects cultural heritage and ecological sustainability. The implications of this study extend to local planning, policy formulation, and sustainable housing practises, not only in Tse-Ayu but also across analogous peri-urban regions in Nigeria and beyond. Vest parts of the central and eastern of Iran are covered by mountain basin-rangedeserts. These deserts have developed during the quaternary alternating between dryand wet climatologically conditions, and now that earth is going through aninterglacial age, they are passing through a dry period. In such conditions, when thedesert landforms seem to be stabilized for short periods; rapid changes take place indesert geomorphic systems due to human-induced changes in the environment.Road construction has a great impact in deserts than the other human activities. Thisarticle, using air photos and satellite images and, particularly, field data, discusses theeffect of road construction on geomorphic instability of alluvial fan surfaces, playa anddesert pavements. The results show that:1. Road construction operations carried out on the surface of dry alluvial fans changethe equilibrium profile of main and secondary channels, resulting in intense verticalerosion;2. Road construction carried out in playa environments disrupt the balance of waterand sediments of surface streams and the terminal basin, bringing about changes inlandform boundaries.3. Constructing reservoir dams for water storage and inter-basin water transfer is one of the main policies of recent decades in Iran for providing water that can have numerous positive or negative impacts on dam-affected local communities living in origin basin or people living in the receiving watersheds. This research aimed to investigate local communities' attitude towards the construction of the Beheshtabad reservoir dam in the Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province using a survey methodology. A sample of 200 out of 3514 households of the origin basin who may be affected if the dam is constructed was randomly selected. The data were collected using the structured interview technique and a questionnaire confirmed in terms of validity and reliability measures. Local communities tended to have negative attitude towards constructing the dam, particularly that it would cause the destruction of the basin's environment and nature and escalating rural-urban migration and socio-cultural abnormalities of local communities. Regression analysis showed that the attitude is explained by dependency on natural resources, having agricultural occupation, land area, the number of days working as nonagricultural laborer, access to external services and facilities and income from handcraft production. The households with higher dependency on natural resources and with occupations depended on the area, particularly agriculture and sales occupation, had higher negative attitudes, while the households who worked outside the origin basin, specially nonagricultural workers, and the households with higher access to external services and facilities and resources less affected by the dam had less negative attitudes towards the dam construction. Background and Objective: Selecting a suitable site for construction and demolition waste management facilities, is one of the critical decision-making issues, which requires a comprehensive evaluation. The high amount of construction and demolition waste produced compared to the total production of waste makes it absolutely necessary to determine suitable sites for landfilling this type of waste. The objective of this study is to present the methodology to select a suitable site for this kind of waste.Material and Methodology: There are three steps in evaluating the sites in this research. In the first step, after determining the effective factors and determining their weight by the Eigenvector Method and hierarchically, the studied areas were evaluated with 28 criteria in a fuzzy method by geographic information system (GIS). In the second step, the suggested areas by GIS, by 7 other criteria were rated by the use of FVIKOR and the score of each area was found. In the third step Final rating of sites were done by two criteria (the achieved scores of GIS and the achieved scores of the FVIKOR method).Findings The final weight of evaluation criteria by GIS and FVIKOR methods was 0.86 and 0.14, respectively, and 21 places were ranked in three steps.Discussion and Conclusion: The approach used in this study is using (GIS) and fuzzy logic, considering the weight and relative importance of each criterion and use a suitable method for rating that increases accuracy and reliability of assessment. The extension and development of urban life along with increasing population and extending immigration have created numerous problems. Constraints in environmental and spatial aspects for the inhabitants of large cities in an over populated space with a lot of residential, social, official and vocational needs, and meeting these needs and solving the mentioned aspects and issues, are the most significant matters which are noticed and studied by policy makers, geologists, particularly environmental and geographical scientists. Also in this environment relation of citizens and inhabitants with their living environment has social effects in different aspects which are studied. In this research with experimental style, all the residential, commercial, official and hygienic textures where are established alongside of Aryan tower on one line located between two main square of Hamedan City, are considered. The effect of each of these constructions among this space as a complex, gives an identity to the studied area. The traffic jam has been monitored in rush hours (peak time) in this rout and the largest capacity of this street has been considered and compared with the main street. The achieved results of these studies show that the location of the tower specifically and selling the accumulations and buildings without considering spacious discipline, psychological and emotional and behavioral needs, has imbalanced the environment and social spaces. On another hand from anatomical point of view, there is no harmony between the height, facade of the tower and the length and width of the street and the efficiency of other exiting elements. At this stage we can say the rights of citizens are not reserved and it has been ignored in the environment and the urban spaces. On the whole the  shape  and the practicality of the tower has offended the spacious balance of the area and low quality of nexus and connections, has created unsuitable and inefficient transportation service which this matter itself can cause enormous harmful environmental consequences. Background and Objective: Growth of urban population contributes to many emerging problems including traffic, disturbances in the transportation system, air pollution and traffic accidents. In order to reduce these problems, it is possible to use rapid transportation systems and clean energy, such as rail transport systems (Metro), which can help to reduce traffic and also reduce air pollution and environmental pollution. On the other hand, with the remarkable development of our country in subway industry and its increasing necessity in large cities, transport systems (metro) have pushed industrialists and manufacturers towards such projects. This increases the number of metro and tunnel construction projects that may result in many incidents. The aim of this study is to investigate the hazards associated with metro station construction projects. Method: In this applied research, an analytical descriptive method is used to investigate the hazards of constructing a metro station. In general, Fuzzy Risk Assessment (FRA) and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) models are used for this purpose. The risk assessment process involves four general stages including: identifying, assessing, responding, and monitoring the risks. Regarding the problem of uncertainty in the field of risk management as well as the lack of information in this field, fuzzy risk assessment method was used and hierarchical analysis was applied to include the importance of component as compared to each other. Findings: After evaluation, the results indicated that the aggregative risk of the project was almost equal to 50%, which confirms very high probability of occurrence and severity of the risks. Also, considering the dimensions of the risks and risk factors studied, it was found that the largest share of this number was related to the implementation of metro station access and the risk of debris falling during drilling. Conclusion: In order to reduce the risks and incidents, these areas should be focused and appropriate preventive and control measures should be considered to ensure greater safety in such projects. This research seeks to introduce a semantic model of two narratives beyond the analysis of characters, time and place, plot and knot and categories such as role and function, goals and various aspects of it. The main question of the research is how to study the allegorical and semantic aspects of a narrative. In response, it can be said that this article tries to introduce the structural aspects of the narrative to the audience by introducing and introducing the structural aspects of it with semantic themes and lexical allegories. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to analyze the structure of the novels "Be my deer father" by Hassan Bani Ameri and "Palms and People" by Nematullah Soleimani by modeling the potential ability and actual action of language (superstructure and deep construction) from the perspective of allegorical use (water and deer). ) Is based on Garmas' activist theory. The results of this research which has been done by library study method (descriptive-analytical); It indicates that it is possible to achieve an in-depth structure through the superstructure of a story that follows the events of its structure, which is the same allegorical and wonderful principles in the semantic structure of the narrative. With this attitude, water is an allegory of purity of heart and narrates the honesty of the protagonists, and deer is an allegory of beauty and belonging to the material world. Manuscript profile

Poetry is the origin of the vast possibilities of language to produce meaning and image. The possibilities that, with their wideness, only in the productive grammatical constructions cause prominence and power of the language. Jurjani (d. 471 AH) proposed these possibilities in "Theory of verse" and "Meanies of Grammar" and Hafez used them in his lasting poems. Jurjani's creative reading and his transition from a superficial look to the text, as well as his creative understanding of the constructive functions of words in producing meaning and image, regardless of the morphological and syntactic features of words, turned his gaze even from the context of words to the power and ability of language. Hafez, by mastering the features of the Persian language and understanding the function of linguistic elements, at the same time by creating beautiful and amazing effects, strengthened the role of the language in conveying meaning. In this research, in addition to the citation-analytical method in benefiting and quoting the opinions and researches and analysing their relationship with the topics under discussion, the descriptive-analytical method has been used to present new studies and achievements. The results of this research show that examining the possibilities and power of linguistic elements is necessary to understand the aesthetic issues in Hafez's poetry. Undoubtedly, his familiarity with the rhetorical wonders of the Qur'an and his mastery of the Persian language and special language possibilities have led to the production of added meanings and lasting images in his poetry. Mehr construction project is a mass construction project started since 2007 in Iran. The issue of quality increasing is a big challenge since the starting the project both for construction companies and buyers. Although no distinctive quality assessment studies have launched for these projects, there are some different assessments programs which can be applied to study the issue of quality for these mass construction.  QFD is one of the best methods for assessing the quality which can cover both buyers and engineer's needs. This paper has applied two QFD strategic and operational methods. The former deals with the mass construction aspect and covers quality development process in management level of production. To do so, two levels are brought into consideration. Using the AHP and QFD, the first level analyzes the obtained information which identifies 16 criteria of building quality and three involving factors in building process. The factors can be identified as design, operator, and Department of Housing and Urban development determining their role in increasing the quality, as well as their relationship to increase the quality level. The second stage is to detect the compatibility level of ideal quality with the constructed buildings. The results show that three abovementioned factors have the even and equal role in Mehr mass construction project. Also, the project quality index (QPI) estimation for Sanandaj Mehr Mass Construction Project is about 53%. This method can be recommended for almost all construction projects.  Manuscript profile

Along with the ever-increasing urban population, the amount of construction in the city space has been developed. The development of construction in the horizontal space and regardless of the existing restrictions has led to environmental, economic and legal problems for the citizens. Achieving the amount, intensity and direction of construction development from the past to the present and predicting the construction situation in the future is the first step towards the scientific and practical management of the physical development of urban construction, planning and providing suitable solutions in order to create a balance between allocation Spatial-spatial construction and all kinds of legal, economic and environmental considerations. Data and information extracted from satellite images, while showing the historical changes of urban construction, are used as the main, necessary and necessary input data for models to predict its future state. In this research, satellite images of TM, ETM+ and OLI sensors of Landsat satellite were used in the time periods of 1997-2007 and 2007-2017 related to the city of Sari. After performing geometrical corrections, city area maps were prepared. Then, by using the effective parameters in urban construction changes, using the Cellular Automata(CA) Markov Model, the accuracy of the simulations was checked. Finally, for validation, the simulated maps and the ground reality map were matched with each other. The simulation of the construction development process in 2027 using the CA-Markov model showed that if the existing management regulations continue, this area will decrease from 4617.90 hectares in 2017 to 4357.44 hectares in 2027. But the examination of change maps and stability maps showed that new areas will be under construction between 2017 and 2027, which were mainly used for agriculture and barren land. Housing is the most comprehensive applied, and social type of architecture. The quality of housing construction has changed significantly in recent decades due to social changes and technological advances. Technology has been one of the factors of transformation in all aspects of post-modern architecture. Today's technology plays a role beyond the structure in architecture. Nowadays, the industrial supply of materials to increase the speed of implementation and reduce costs seems to be inevitable due to the advancement of technology and building construction as an industrial product. In other words, to produce high-quality and cheap housing, many other traditional methods of construction do not meet the existing needs of society. Thus, improving the quality in the production of materials, design, and implementation methods, speeding up the construction process, competition in the advancement of technology, optimal use of the workforce, and the use of new construction technologies are among the most effective components in this industry. Thus, gaining knowledge and information about new construction technology is an urgent need for engineers in the contemporary decade. The need to use construction technologies varies depending on the growth of each society and the use of technology in other industries, and the implementation capabilities of that society. Nowadays, technology has affected the dimensions of human life, so some experts believe that the world will be conquered by technology soon. Human efforts have always been in line with improving life facilities and utilizing normal, cultural, and social conditions. Thus, this study seeks to examine the role of technology in improving the quality of construction in the Berelian residential complex, Jannat Abad, Tehran. The status of technology in architecture causes various viewpoints. However, meeting the needs of users in architecture undoubtedly requires the mastery and use of technology in its various dimensions. Critics believe that the use of technology alone cannot respond to and fulfill all needs. The impact of technology on time, quality, cost, resource consumption, efficiency, and the ultimate achievement, which is associated with the concepts and goals of sustainable architecture, cannot be ignored in this regard. Modern and advanced technologies play a fundamental role in the development of contemporary urban architecture. In this regard, it is possible to improve the quality of construction based on the three Vitruvian principles of "static" "beauty"and "utility" architecture by using new technologies in the housing construction industry. The present study identified the components of technology affecting the improvement of construction quality in the Berelian residential complex, Jannat Abad, Tehran. It uses a fuzzy approach. It is applied in terms of aim and descriptive and analytical in terms of method. It is also considered a survey (questionnaire). In this study, data were collected using the library method, and some components were extracted through reasoning in the form of a peer-to-peer matching table between the two areas considered in the article by using the views of professors who are familiar with these areas. The analysis was done through the parametric test that compares the means in paired samples with the AHP model. The results revealed that the components of durability and useful life, the ability to control quality, reduce material waste and waste production during construction, ease of maintenance and repair, safety against fire, reduction of on-site construction operationssafety and high speed of construction, mechanization, and flexibility are among the most important components Also visual and functional harmony in the beauty part is a key component in evaluating the quality of housing construction. Given what was stated, materials are one of the significant components affecting the construction of housing Finally among the identified components, ease of maintenance and repairs, durability and useful life visual and functional harmony, and diversity (no restrictions in design) were among the influential components It can be stated that observing the effective components of technology can be useful and effective for improving the defects and reducing possible errors in the quality of construction in the residential complex, and the construction of industrial housing can be institutionalized as a culture in the country. Thus, the policy of development of building industrialization will be one of the effective and facilitating methods to solve the housing problem in Iran. Also, the industrialization of the building will reduce the cost of construction and the cost of buying housing. Manuscript profile

Population growth and the subsequent surge in urbanization has drastically increased the number of construction projects in metropolitan cities implementation and management of which may involve numerous ambiguous and unknown issues or risks that can impact project objectives depending on the specific project characteristics and municipal conditions. Thus, the purpose of the current applied descriptive correlational survey was to examine the extent to which components of risk failure structure can impact the goals of municipal construction projects including citizen satisfaction, cost, time, quality, range and safety using Bayesian Belief Network (BBN). The purposeful research sample comprised 45 managers, deputies, relevant officials and experts in Isfahan municipality who were consulted to identify the project risk dimensions during 2016 and 2018. A questionnaire was employed to collect the research data which were further analyzed using the project risk structure breakdown to classify and identify risks and matrices. Partial Least Squares Method of Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) was employed to validate the questionnaire data.  The simultaneous impact of risk dimensions on project goals was investigated using probable cause and effect modeling based on Bayesian Belief Model. The findings verified the significant positive impact of project risk components on the project objectives. The innovative characteristic of the current study was the integration of SEM and Bayesian BBN and application of error state analysis technique and risk effects in risk failure structure which can establish certainty concerning the analysis of risk dimensions and their relationship with precision of priorities in risk management process. An agile supply chain is capable of overcoming dynamic markets and environmental challenges. Therefore, the purpose of this applied descriptive-analytic research was to promote agility in project-based organizations’ supply chain. The research population consisted of a number of experienced experts at Khatam Al-Anbia construction sites from whom a purposeful clustered sample of experts from five sites were selected to participate in the study. The data collection instruments included three questionnaires the validity of which had been initially confirmed by 35 experts with acceptably high Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0/841, 0/810, and 0/792, respectively. The first questionnaire was employed in the initial phase of the study to identify effective components in agile supply chain and the second questionnaire was employed to identify the final criteria.  Further analyses of the data through inferential statistics, SPSS and EXCEL software underscored five major factors and 28 components of agility of supply chain. Next, the data obtained from the third quesitonnaire were analyzed via Demetel Technique to determine the criteria relationships in agility model with Amos-18 software used for model fitting and path analysis. The selected components were categorized into four dimensions of competency, speed, and resilience and information technology. Having delineated the interrelationships among these dimensions and with agility, we obtained a supply chain agility model for Khatam al-Anbia construction site with good fit. The findings indicated resilience and information technology and their sub-components as the most effective components in agility with speed and aptness coming next. Manuscript profile

Municipality is considered as the symbol of a government in the world. This public organ as the most influential one has shouldered a wide range of duties and services and will undergo more responsibilities within the prospect of 20 years of civil development and the fourth development plan of the country. One of the most common dilemmas of the municipalities is the delay in execution and accomplishment of the projects. If any of the projects faces delay, not only will the national investments be wasted, but also they will lose their technical and economical legitimacy. So, a field analysis was carried out in Zone One of Tabriz municipality in order to identify the influential factors on the delays. At first, in order to analyze these questions, various resources were studied and then the influential factors were classified in four groups of employer, counsellor, contractor and the environmental factors. Then a questionnaire was compiled. Next, having studied the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, we distributed it among the statistical population and the data were collected. Finally, by using the T-test scores, the influential factors were identified. The influence rate of each factor was identified according to the Friedman test. As a result, with the help of the data, practical solutions were introduced to stop the delays. Manuscript profile

The rapid increase in population and the lack of suitable land for development, and on the other hand, the lack of clarity of urban development policies in macro and local dimensions, have caused temporary and local solutions such as the creation of high-rise buildings to be proposed. Despite the increase in urban land per capita, these buildings have caused negative effects in different dimensions due to the lack of proper planning and design. Considering the importance of the subject, the aim of the current research is to investigate the physical-environmental consequences by the increase in high-rise construction in Tabriz metropolis and to provide suggestions for the construction of future buildings. The research method in the current research is mixed (combination of quantitative-qualitative methods) with an applied purpose and a descriptive-analytical nature, in order to analyze the information, structural equation modeling was used in Amos software. The statistical population of the research includes the citizens of regions 1, 2 and 5 of Tabriz, that is, the residents around Aftab Towers in Valiasr (region 1), Asman towers in El Goli (region 2) and Mehr towers in Roshdieh (region 5), which is in line with determining the volume Cochran's sampling method was used and the sample size was determined to be 384 people. The findings of the research show that the most important physical-environmental consequences caused by high-rise construction in Tabriz metropolis are related to air pollution components, surrounding functions and uses, and visual effects. Also, among the sub-components, the most important consequences are related to reducing the capacity of the road network, increasing air pollution, imposing additional pressure and load on urban facilities and services, and visual disruption, for which the value of the structural model is 0.91, 0.85, 0.77 and 0.71 respectively. Kashan’s valuable and historical texture with its  cultural, historical and structural potential hidden in is considered its best sign for Kashan identification.  Due to its special old structural features it has led to the city’s spatial unity. This time limit was united with the old city round, but for the changes and developments occurred over the time, the city was  gradually developed and what was as historical texture was regarded as residential commercial and the significant part of the city was  located in the margin. The city development and the spread of making the colonies in old city turned the construction of the old concentrated and condensed texture of the city to the scattered multi-colony texture which was not arranged based on any particular structural order. Gradually the local residents decided to go away from the old texture, and gradually those areas for their failure in resident attraction and accommodation such as the lack of financial services, social cultural and structural services ended up with burnt out. Simultaneous emphasis on structural Reconstruction and the economical and social organization of the old texture, recognition of different elements of the old city of Kashan and its correspondence with the structure and the necessities of modern texture are some of the main purposes of the present research. Furthermore, the presentation of solutions to improve the urban development optimization in order to create a region structurally, economically, culturally ,and socially active to provide needs and demands for the citizens, are among the most important purpose  of this research. A mixture of descriptive, analytical and survey methods has been used for this research. The results represent the lack of correspondence of the old city texture with the needs of residents, disability in services specially, using the automobiles in texture that was the most modern residents' need and disability of the texture residents economically for reconstructing and decreasing the sensation of belonging to the texture specially among the youth and nonnative immigrants led to economic and social burn out and finally the irregularity in the spatial texture. Dalyni dialect is one of the dialects which is now prevalent in Dalin village in south-west of Iran. This village is located in the province of Fars between Shiraz and Sepidan. Dalyni dialect is a component of the Iranian branch of the New West. This article describes the structure of verb in the Dalyni dialect. The Linguistic material of this Research collected in the summer of 2012 among residents of the village and especially Raeisi and Asadi dalyni family. In this paper, some topics are presented as construction of the past and present Infinitive and participle construction, Current connectives different aspects of verb usage including tens, and Construction of the passive verb, Structure of verbs is different in this dialect and original Persian For instance the way for making verb in different tenses, Inflection, ID adhere to verb, auxiliary verbs and others Which will be discussed in detail in this article. Most of the dialects of Fars and Bushehr provinces belong to the group of languages of southwestern Iran. In some of these dialects, an important feature, such as the construction of the ergative, which is historically a continuation of the evolving form of the unknown construction of the ancient period, in transitive past tenses versus past tenses, which is itself a remnant of Middle Persian, instead The rest. The similarity between verbs in Dalyni and Persian is very little, which make this dialect very specific and attractive. In this dialect, for construction of different tenses of verb, there is specific grammar points and also we face some exceptions for some specific verb which it shows delicacy and nicety of Daliny dialect in verb construction. Causatives are part of minds universalities and they are always expressed in all languages. Among several available instruments for encoding causative notion, morphological, lexical, and analytic causative constructions are common in languages. But the frequency and amount of their occurrence are different among them. This research aims in describing and analyzing different types of causative constructions in Azeri Turkish based on Comrie (1989) typological model and knowing about the used methods for causativisation. This research's language variety is spoken in west-north of Iran in Ardabil, eastern and western Azerbaijan provinces. The data are mostly gathered via documental method and interviewing 10 speakers (5 males and 5 females) from illiterate to educated levels in the age ranges of 45-80 years. The results show that based on the prominent typological views, it can be said that in Azeri-Turkish language in addition of using morphological, lexical, analytic, compound, and discoursal causatives, morphological causativisation is much more generative than the others due to agglutinative nature of this language, and potentially every non-causative predicate can change to causative by adding causative morpheme. Earthquake is considered as one of the most destructive phenomena and natural hazards, which has become very important due to the increase in the growth and development of cities and the concentration of capital. Earthquakes, in addition to the acceleration caused by the passage of the wave, also carry the risk of earth rupture. The experience of destructive earthquakes indicates that the structures located in the boundaries of the earthquake fault suffered the most damage when the earthquake occurred. The maximum acceleration of ground movement can be calculated and its damages can be controlled by engineering measures, but it is difficult to control large displacements and prevent its transfer to the structure in the seismic fault zone. In the fourth edition of the 2800 Code, based on the study of the zoning committee of this Code, more than 300 main and large faults have been mapped for the territory of Iran, and in addition to that, there are other hidden faults that need to be accurately identified and located by more detailed studies. An important point in the seismicity of Iran, in addition to the relatively low depth of the earthquakes, is the adaptation of the hypocenters of the earthquakes to the location of the population centers. The method of evaluating and estimating damages caused by earthquakes is an important tool for dealing with earthquakes and also estimating building insurance. The present research is a review study in which the evaluation of the researches conducted from 1998 to 2023 related to the economic damages of urban constructions in the fault zones has been done. Among the many quantitative and qualitative methods, five effective methods for estimating and evaluating the economic damages of earthquakes are analyzed in order to predict the crisis and timely management of the crisis during the occurrence of the earthquake in the constructions located on the fault zones. Considering the issue that the geometrical characteristics of the faults and the engineering boundaries of the faults in each fault zone are specific to that area, therefore, in order to predict and accurately estimate the economic losses, it is suggested to implement a combination of the proposed methods. The issue of leisure time activity in commercial spaces as a social construct that manifests itself differently in different times, has gained importance in recent years. The purpose of this study was to investigate the social constructions of women in leisure time in a business-leisure center using qualitative data. Utilizing grounded theory as the theoretical base and the saturation criterion in sampling, structured interviews were conducted with 15 women and girls. The data were analyzed using three stages of coding as well as data-base theory (Strauss's coding approach). 216 general meaningful statements were extracted from the interviews. Due to the conceptual relevance of the statements to each other in the open coding phase, 17 sub-categories were extracted from the corresponding concepts. Finally, after a closer look at the links between the concepts of subcategories, six key themes were identified: Consumer culture hegemony, manifestation of high socio-economic status, western culture acceptance, identifying with celebrities, virtual space effects, and change of lifestyle. By further abstracting these categories, a nuclear category can be described as "the way women spend their leisure time in business-leisure centers is affected by the expansion of consumer culture and western culture and identification with celebrities and the virtual world has changed the lifestyle of Shirazi women.   Manuscript profile

The current research was conducted with the aim of presenting a new model of tower construction based on social sustainability development in Tehran province. In terms of data collection, it is considered as a survey method. In order to collect data, quantitative and qualitative methods were used. The statistical population consisted of two groups of specialists, PhD students in architecture and experts living in this city. The sample size was 384 for specialists and 14 for experts. Two methods of cluster sampling and purposive sampling were used. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire and interviews with experts. The data analysis method was the use of descriptive statistics indicators and Friedman test using SPSS software. The most important findings of the research indicated that the design of open spaces, art, culture and entertainment in the towers can be effective in promoting interactions, a sense of belonging and avoiding the negative effects of industrial life on residents. Flexible design of towers and removal of structural constraints with solutions such as (strip design of towers, design of atrium, facilitating proper access and installation of open spaces ...) can be effective in sustainable development and enhancing residents' sense of satisfaction. Proper design of roof and ground floor and creating appropriate social-interactive spaces, can play a role in reducing tower problems and creating vitality and public participation and, consequently, sustainable social development. Designing a leisure center and equipping the towers with basic public services (restaurants, shops, kindergartens, hairdressers, supermarkets, clubs, swimming pools ...) is able to create a sense of belonging and interaction, and on the other hand, reduce trips in the city and create social development. Absatract:The pace of urbanization in the world especially in developing countries in the recent decades has caused urban environment instability challenges. One of the problems is horizontal and immethodical expansion that has caused traffic, more use of energy, more environmental pollution and social isolation. If urban management is trying to control and reduce the urban problems to present urban expansion models, then it should reconsider urban planning methods and create efficient models in urban environments. This essay is aimed to present modern and efficient methods of urban structures by clarifying the infill development model and urban high-rise construction method and is also trying to answer the question that: " Can high-rise construction be an acceptable method of urban endogenous development in Bojnurd as a medium-sized city? " by conducting library and field studies and a practical research method.Bojnourd is a medium-sized city in the northeast of the country. The city has an area of more than 3,000 hectares and a population of about 250,000. The results show that Bojnurd expansion has faced urban sprawl over the past 20 years and about 70 hectares have been added to the city area while the available area of the city has the endogenous development potential and standard compact construction; and checking the population compaction, land value and urban pathways capacity and the questionnaire outcomes done by urban managers show that in some peripheral areas of the city, there is the potential of high-rise construction up to 6 floors in order to prevent the immethodical city expansion. Different improvement methods are accessible to reach buildings where are vulnerable to events in relation to progressive failure. These procedures are designed to provide the property and health of human life. By adopting the optimum improvement manner, taking into account the economic and technical considerations, it can be reduced the value of financial and life loss caused by the progressive failure. In this study, explosion modeling was performed by the CONWEP program (Conventional Weapons Effects Program) in ABAQUS / CAE software. CONWEP is a loading model based on experimental results, in the ABAQUS software environment. The which is very important, is the involvement of the side openings of the ninth column which is done under the conditions of the removal of the eighth floor column and in the post-blast operating conditions reduces the efforts of the ninth-grade deck girders with tensile performance. Considering that the brackets are in design condition for the maximum operating and ultimate traction modes there is always some overcapacity to the design controller mode, which is mainly pressure, therefore, these added capacities are used under abnormally explosive conditions and eliminate the short- and long-term effects of column removal. Dissolution in its general sense is one of the most complex and important issues of contracts, especially in contractual agreements. "Design and construction" contracting contracts are widely used in civil and industrial projects and have similar and standard examples in the Iranian and British legal systems. In the United Kingdom, the example of the famous GTC contracts, and in Iranian law, the example of industrial design and construction contracts (known as EPC) and non-industrial (known as design and construction) contracts have many applications in this field. We will see that the rules and effects of dissolution of the contracts mentioned in Iranian law, although much more advanced and more carefully written than its predecessor, which is the "general terms of the contract", but the government's view of contract contracts in some cases balance the contract. It has led to the interests of the employer, which will be a major obstacle to the success of the contract and the reduction of claims arising from it. Certainly, using the experiences of other legal systems, including the British legal system in this field, while laying the groundwork for understanding new aspects and lesser-known principles, can enable the domestic legislature to provide an example of a comprehensive contract that explicitly states the obligations of the parties and its effects. Field and Aims: Dispute resolution in fiduciary contracts are often found in large construction projects to help the parties resolve or avoid their disputes and, ideally, prevent them from turning into international construction arbitration. The special feature of international construction contracts justifies the need to develop standard methods and international dispute resolution procedures. Therefore, the evolution of dispute resolution mechanisms in international construction projects and the protection of the economic interests of the parties are among the most important concerns of both sides of the construction contract, which is foreseen by the International Union of Consulting Engineers in the sample contracts. The goal is how Fidic has been able to manage it by adopting multi-layered methods to prevent disputes or in the event of disputes.Method: In this research, the descriptive-analytical method was used and the library method was chosen as the method of collecting information and materials.Finding and Conclusion: The findings of the research show that Fidic has tried to be an effective mechanism for quick dispute resolution by providing multi-layer models in sample contracts in terms of the agreement of the parties in choosing one of the dispute resolution methods; But this procedure will be valid only if the parties act in good faith and are willing to implement the decisions made voluntarily. Organizations are the most important communication institutions that people are often able and willing to talk to each other. Communication is a process based on interdependence in which each person's behavior is the result and message of another behavior. Interpersonal communication is a key factor in organizational success. Interpersonal communication can be established verbally-non-verbally as well as formally-informally. Attention to the objectives of the research is in terms of survey method. The statistical population includes thousands of employees of the Court of Administrative Justice of Tehran province who used Morgan table to determine 278 samples and were studied by regular sampling method. Reliability of data collection tool with alpha coefficient Cronbach and its validity were confirmed by the opinions of professors and experts. The results show that the level of interpersonal communication conflict is moderate. Also, the results of Pearson coefficient show that among the various social factors, there are three variables. Social participation, social trust and mother's social status were significantly correlated with interpersonal relationships of employees. But there was no significant correlation between father social status variable and interpersonal relationships of employees. Multivariate regression results showed that only social trust with beta (52 / 0-) Reduces employees in interpersonal communication and acts in the opposite direction. Manuscript profile

One of the important economic goals of governments is to achieve the growth of national income and fair distribution of income. In meeting these goals, governments should use financial policy tools such as; Current and construction expenditures should be used for fair distribution of income and control of extreme fluctuations in per capita incomes and ultimately the growth of national income. In this research, the aim of this research is to investigate the impact of current expenditures and construction expenditures of the government on the growth of national income and the Gini coefficient in Iraq, and the VAR method has been used in the returns from 2006 to 2021. The results of the research indicated that; The impact of government current expenditures and government construction expenditures have had a positive and significant impact on the growth of Iraq's national income, but only government construction expenditures have had a positive and significant impact on the income distribution index (Gini coefficient). The results of the variance analysis of the research models show that the greatest impact on the growth of national income and the Gini coefficient is from the side, respectively; economic growth and oil income, and the lowest impact on the two variables of national income growth and the Gini coefficient is related to government construction costs. Therefore, the planners in the country should pay attention that, for the economic growth of this country, the redistribution policies of the oil income of this country should be chosen in principle and optimally. Identifying the critical time and timing of plant irrigation based on a precise and basic plan is the key to water conservation, improvement of irrigation operations and plant tolerance to water shortage in agriculture. In recent years, vesicular arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi have been used in many plants to deal with dehydration and drought stress. In this regard, an experiment was conducted as split-plot in the form of randomized complete block design with 3 replications in the Yasuj region at years 2015 and 2016. Water stress was considered as the main factor in the form of irrigation after 30, 60, 90, 120 and 150 mm of evaporation from the evaporation pan class A and mycorrhizal fungus was considered as a secondary factor in the form of no application, application of Glomus mosseae and application of Glomus intraradices. The results showed that the interaction of irrigation and mycorrhizal fungi on flower phosphorus, flower yield, biological yield and water use efficiency of Borage was significant. In irrigation levels after 60, 90, 120 and 150 mm of water evaporation from the evaporation pan, the use of mycorrhizal fungi Glomus mosseae and Glomus intraradices compared to the absence of fungi respectively increased the yield of plant flowers (30.04% and 27.35 %), (90.2% and 90.98%), (93.21% and 94.1%) and (81.73% and 78.86%), also, at these levels of irrigation, biological yield and water use efficiency of Borage flower achieved a significant increase in the presence of mycorrhizal fungus, compared to the absence of mycorrhizal fungus application. Application of both strains of mycorrhizal fungus Glomus mosseae and Glomus intraradices in irrigation levels after 90, 120 and 150 mm of water evaporation from the evaporation pan compared to no application of mycorrhizal fungus, respectively, resulted in a significant increase in the harvest index of Borage flower (44.55% and 43.36%), (13.21% and 15.96%) and (5.6% and 5.41%) and flower phosphorus (44.69% and 20.45%), (150% and 125%) and ( 267.74% and 235.48%). Mycorrhizal fungus was able to moderate the negative effects of drought stress and increase the above-mentioned traits in those irrigation levels, and based on the results of this study, irrigation treatment after 90 mm of water evaporation from the evaporation pan + the use of Glomus mosseae mycorrhizal fungi is recommended. Writing academically which has recently attracted much attention in the field of applied linguistics, is a complex process for many candidates. Among the four language skills, writing is more tied to selves-theory since it needs ideology transfer, the main element of the theory. This paper made an effort to examine the effect of training on IELTS writing skill on Iranian EFL students' construction of the possible selves in the future. In doing so, an experimental study was employed and 90 candidates of both genders were chosen to participate based on cluster sampling method. The instrument of the study was a related questionnaire (Zadshir et al., 2020) which was used to check the expected possible selves of the participants. Descriptive statistics and Multi-Variate Analysis of Variance (MANOVA) were run to analyze data. Findings of the study indicated that expected and responsible selves were stronger than feared selves among the participants after treatment. That is to say, training on IELTS writing skills had a remarkable effect on Iranian EFL students’ construction of the possible selves and the dimensions of the possible selves in the future. Implications of the results for EFL curriculum planners, teachers and learners have been discussed. Manuscript profile

Production of construction waste In this research, the factors affecting waste production have been identified from previous articles, preliminary questionnaires and interviews.aste is one of the most important factors affecting performance and cost increase in construction projects. In the next step, the final questionnaire was prepared. Then, the relationship between the variables and the cause-and-effect relationships was carried out through the system thinking approach and Dimtel technique to confirm the cause-and-effect relationships according to the pairwise comparison questionnaire among ten identified experts. Also, lean construction was used as a solution to reduce waste production. Lean construction follows new rules and without using new technologies or updating equipment with minimum use of resources, minimum waste and maximum productivity in construction projects. The main purpose of this article is to use the concept of lean construction and the system dynamics method to identify the main causes of waste production in construction projects. The main focus of lean construction is to analyze waste production processes, improve activities to reduce waste production and increase performance in construction projects. First, the effective factors on reducing the production of construction waste were identified through previous researches, and then a survey (interview and questionnaire) was conducted with experts in the case study of the waste management organization in the metropolis of Isfahan. In the next step, 52 questionnaires were prepared and distributed in the case study of the research. After collecting the information, the data obtained from the questionnaire was analyzed using statistics after checking its validity and reliability. In the last stage, after confirming the effective factors in the production of construction waste and how they are related, in order to develop a conceptual framework, cause-and-effect diagrams were drawn. The statistical results showed that the first to third most important factors affecting the reduction of construction waste with lean construction approach, flow perspective, identification of waste from the point of view of transformation and identification of waste from the point of view of value were the most important according to the experts in the waste management organization. Also, cause-and-effect relationships were confirmed through Dimtel's method. As a result, considering the relationship of correlation as well as cause and effect relationship, the way of communication between variables has been rooted through cause and effect circles and systemic thinking Manuscript profile
