The purpose of this research was to investigate the factors affecting the organizational pathology of knowledge production in Islamic Azad University. The method of the present research was a quantitative survey type, and applied in terms of the goal. The statistical population of the present study included all full-time professors of the Islamic Azad Universities in the North, South, East, West, and Central regions, including the Islamic Azad Universities of Sari, Isfahan, Kerman, Khorramabad, and Shiraz, with a total number of 1389. 305 people were selected as the sample size by random sampling method based on Cochran's formula. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire, the validity of which was based on the professors' point of view, and its reliability was calculated (0.89) based on Cronbach's alpha. For data analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equations were used with Pls Smart3 software. The findings showed that strategy, structure, and process variables directly and strategy variable indirectly explain 96.8% of knowledge production pathology through structure and process variables. Also, the structure and the process variables explain respectively 49.6 and 58.4 percent of the pathology of knowledge production. 38.7% of the changes in knowledge production is related to the direct effect of the strategy, 39% of the changes in knowledge production is related to the effect of structure, 32% of the changes in knowledge production is related to the direct effect of the process, 70.5% of the changes is related to the structure of the direct effect of strategy, 36.5% of the changes is related to the process of the direct effect of strategy, and 46.3% of the changes of the process variable is related to the direct effect of the structure. The purpose of this study was to investigate the factor validity of the "Establishment of distance education system in rural areas" questionnaire with emphasis on confirmatory factor analysis. The research method was a series of exploratory explorations. In the qualitative part of the study, content analysis with inductive approach was used. Research environment in this section, 84 documents including 67 articles and books, 17 texts of interviews in the field of distance education that were selected as a sample, the components obtained in this research include 7 main components including management and leadership infrastructure, Economic infrastructure, technical infrastructure, educational infrastructure, socio-cultural and value infrastructure, organizational infrastructure and human infrastructure and 25 sub-components. The relative content validity coefficient was used to assess the validity and the Holsti coefficient was used to determine the reliability of the themes. The extracted reliability coefficient was 0.98 which indicated the high reliability of the themes. In the quantitative part, 290 members of the sample were selected by Cochran method and stratified random sampling method. The research tool was a 70-item researcher-made questionnaire. To evaluate the validity of the questionnaire, face, content and structural validity were used, and to assess its reliability, Cronbach's alpha with a value of 0.90 was used. According to the relative chi-square fit indices, adaptive fit, adaptive fitting and barbell, the model had a good fit. Finally, the factor validity of the "Establishment of distance education system in rural areas" questionnaire was confirmed using confirmatory factor analysis. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this research is to identify the dimensions and components of the organizational welfare model for higher education in order to improve the performance of the current situation. In terms of methodology, the current research was conducted using the qualitative method and using thematic analysis with MAXQDA software. The participants of this research, in the library section, were upstream documents and key documents of higher education, and in the field section, faculty members, managers and relevant officials. People were selected by targeted sampling with the criteria of at least fifteen years of teaching, research and management experience in different academic courses. Sampling was done with the participation of 30 experts. The data collection tool consisted of two sections, review and exploration of upstream documents and higher education documents in the library section and semi-structured interview in the field section. The semi-structured interview with the participants continued until the theoretical saturation stage. Data analysis was done based on thematic analysis. The research findings showed that the organizational well-being model for higher education includes 32‌ components and 5dimensions (individual well-being, occupational well-being, managerial well-being, process well-being, environmental well-being). In addition, the participants mostly mentioned the dimensions of individual well-being and occupational well-being, but in the upstream documents, the dimensions of managerial well-being, well-being of processes, and environmental well-being were discussed more. With a systematic look at the current research, we can see that the concept of organizational well-being has an important and effective role in improving the work process, and individual differences, occupational characteristics and organizational ethics variables, etc are antecedents of well-being.‌Therefore, the design of the organizational welfare model in higher education issues is needed to achieve a coherent and structured model.
