        The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between work conscience and Variables organizational commitment of the government boys' high school teachers in Tehran is in the 95-94 school year. The research is descriptive and correlation method was used and the sample subjects the government boys' high school teachers in Tehran ,The sample according Krjsy and Morgan table 384 and then determine the multistage cluster sampling were selected randomly. The research instruments, standardized questionnaire work conscience and organizational commitment Allan Costa and Mac contains 47 items 24 items Vmayr the reliability of the questionnaire, 89% and 85% respectively. In order to analyze the data, descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation coefficient, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and ANOVA was used. The results show that: The work conscience and organizational commitment Confidence level in 99% (error rate equal to 001.) There is a significant relationship with a 0.429 correlation intensity and severity of moderate positive correlation. Work ethic associated with two variable affective commitment and normative commitment were significant but variable commitment associated with the work ethic was not significant And the relationship between the regions studied in terms of "work ethic" There was no significant difference.         The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating role of working life quality on the relationship between spirituality in the workplace and employee productivity of all Urmia University Staff. The research method was correlation and statistical population included all (630 people) Urmia University staff in the academic year 94-95 (2015-2016) Out of which 230 were selected by simple random sampling method. To collect the data, the standardized questionnaires of quality of life by Walton (1973), questionnaire of workplace spirituality by Mylymn et al. and questionnaire of employee productivity by Eccio (1980) were used with proper validity and reliability. Data analysis method is structural equation modeling. The results indicate that spirituality in the workplace impacts directly (β=0.15) and indirectly on mediating role of (β=0.70) on employee productivity (β=0.85 in general). Work life quality also has a considerable influence on employee productivity (β=0.79). Manuscript profile

          This study aimed to determine the causal relationship between servant leadership, quality of work life and organizational success. The research method is based correlation and structural equation.  The population consisted of all staff in education departments West province and number of employees was 217. In this study, the number of samples is equal to statistical population. The research instrument were 3 questionnaires: servant leadership, quality of work life and organizational success. While confirming the validity and reliability in other studies, to calculate the reliability was used Cronbach's alpha in a sample of 30. Cronbach's alpha values of servant leadership questionnaire was 0/81, and the quality of working life was 0/82 and organizational success questionnaire was 0/85 that the amount is acceptable. Structural Equation Modeling the relationships of the variables in the study were tested by using the Lisrel8.54 software .The results showed that servant leadership has a positive and significant impact on the quality of work life. Also, servant leadership has appositive and significant impact on organizational success.In addition, the quality of working life has a mediatory role in the impact of servant leadership on organizational success. So style servant leadership is thinkable because Servant leadership, respects for the human resources and can impact on their quality of life. Manuscript profile

        Information technology is known as one of the most important resources in achieving agility and plays an important role in this regard. IT can cause change in the processes and university.IT enabling and facilitating the organizational agility in higher education institutions. This study have been carried out to evaluate the impact of internal variables of ICT on organizational agility in Khuzestan public universities(case study: agricultural and natural resources ramin university of khuzestan). The study is descriptive-correlation. Statistical society of the research included 100 faculty members of agricultural and natural resources ramin university of khuzestan which 80 of them were selected randomly with Morgan Table. Data were collected by researcher-made questionnaire, Validity of that was approved by comments of university faculty members and the reliability was approved by using cronbach's alpha coefficients(96/0 =α).  Data was analyzed through SPSS and LISREL.         The aim of the current study is to appraise Marivan's school managers function  based on Meto score card approach(BCS). The study is a practical research in the terms of purpose and it's descriptive-evaluating in terms of method considering that the examinees opinions had been taken using an questionnaire. The study's statistical population is consist of all male and female teachers who served in Marivan in 94-95 year witch their number is 1960 based on  department of education's experts opinion. The sampling had been done using random stratified samplingAnd based on male-female ratio the sample was calculated to include 321people using Morgan table the information gathering tool in this research was a questionnaire made by the researcher witch has 68 items that are scored based on the Likert spectrum . the research's analysis has been done in the level of descriptive and inferential statistics and in the level of inferential statistics, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov statistic  has been used for data normality distribution and in the level of descriptive statistics the one sample T test has been used. The results showed that Mrivan's school managers function appraisal is suitable based on the growth and learn, stakeholders  and  financial theory .also the Freedman analysis showed that the internal managers theory comes as the first priority, the growth and learn  theory comes as the second, the stakeholders comes as the third priority and the financial theory comes as the fourth priority.         This research has done because of studing relation between mangers leading trend and teachers mental hygine of girl high schools of Isfahan .statistics community of research includes all female teachers of these high schools1393-1394 the number of them was about 2866 by using sampling methods only 180 teachers has chosen among all cases . descriptive – correlated search trend has chosen for achieving this goal . search measurement tools of a 25 branches questionnaire was adopted by BOSS (1985) after translation and coincidence with culture of community . first sample of surveying includes 30 members and the rate of validity was about 0.93 . furthermore another mental hygine questionnaire that has 29 branches arranged by reasercher and leaders surveyd on 30 members sample and the rate of validity was about 0/82 . datas gotten of questionnaire analyzed by using descriptive and presumitive satatistics . results are: Theres meaningful relation between managers leading trend and teachers mental hygine . Theres no meaningful difference between managers leading trend in teachers view , considering their different ages , courses and records of their services .          The present study is an attempt to evaluate the ESP book; English for the Students of Civil Engineering with the Management Based Education, is a textbook of SAMT publisher. One hundred university students in Shahid Abbas Pour University as well as 30 teachers who had this book as their course book participated in this study, the collected data were analyzed applying SPSS version 21. The result through descriptive and inferential statistics showed that there was an overall satisfaction among the participants from the course book regarding the criteria. However some weak points, namely, poor quality of printing, wide range of points, inadequacy of exercises, examples, and variability, unattractiveness, repetitiveness, and monotonous nature of the book, were pointed by students. The teachers also pointed the poor quality of the book as its weak point and were concerned that materials are not cultural-wise. Finally some recommendations were proposed to improve the book.         This study was aimed to investigate the relationship between knowledge management and empowerment among the staff of Urmia University. The research in question had been descriptive of correlation type. The study population included all male and female staff in different faculties of the University of Urmia who were serving that Based on our evaluation, and according to university personnel, their number was 494. And given that the distribution of employees in various sectors for close examination of the data, stratified random sampling method was used.Research tool includes two standard questionnaires,Fung and Choi knowledge management of with reliability (0/96) and Asprytzr psychological empowermentquestionnaire with reliability (0/97) and to validity of both questionnaires, review members of the faculty of the Department of Education was confirmed.Data analysis was using SPSS software and multivariate variance analysis (MANOVA analysis) and multivariate regression.The results showed that there are a significant and positive relationship between the components of knowledge management and empowerment. In addition, components of knowledge acquisition, knowledge creation, knowledge storage, knowledge distribution, knowledge maintenance can be anticipate in significant and positive case in dimension of employees empowerment, being significance, a sense of competence, a sense of self-organizing, self-acceptance of result, and a sense of partnership with others.
