The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between toxic leadership and perception management in Isfahan( Khorasgan) Branch, Islamic Azad University. The research method was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of collecting data , a descriptive correlation (structural equation modeling) method was used. The statistical population of this study was all 2200 employees of Isfahan( Khorasgan)  Branch, Islamic Azad University city through the Cochran sampling formula, 374 individuals were selected through cluster random sampling method and the research tool was Schmidt's Standard toxic Leadership Questionnaire (2008) and the questionnaire for the Bolino and Turnley perception Management (1999). The validity of the questionnaires was evaluated based on content validity, face validity and construct validity and after the necessary terms, validity has been confirmed. In addition, reliability of questionnaires by Cronbach's alpha method was estimated for toxic leadership 0.90 and 0.88 for perception management. Data analysis was done on descriptive and inferential levels including Pearson correlation coefficient and structural equation modeling (SEM). . The results of the research showed that toxic management with perception management had a significant relationship among staff of Isfahan Branch, Islamic Azad University city (p <0.05). The results also showed that the dimensions of toxic leadership (abusive, unpredictable leadership, autocratic leadership, narcissism, and ambition) with the dimensions of perception management (self-promotion, self-sacrifice, pretending to be prototype, threats, intimidation and pretending to be ineffective ) had a significant relationship among employees of Isfahan ( Khorasgan) Branch, Islamic Azad University city (p <0/05) and the results of the structural equation modeling (SEM) showed that abusive, unpredictable leadership, autocratic leadership, narcissism and ambition were directly correlated with self-promotion, self-sacrifice, pretending to be prototype, threatening, intimidating and pretending to be ineffective Manuscript profile

The present research aims on studying the relationship between leadership styles of managers and teaching quality of the first grade teachers of high schools in Dorud city. The methodology of this research is applied based on purpose and descriptive-surveying of correlational form. Statistical population of this research includes 165 teachers and 41 managers of the first grade of high schools in Dorud city. No sample was taken for the limitation of both groups, and all population members were selected as a sample. Data collection tool was Salzman leadership style and Ender Koolak questionnaire and teaching quality standard questionnaire. The reliability of the questionnaire by Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was obtained 0.89 and 0.86, respectively. Spearman correlation coefficient was used to analyze research data. Results of research showed the significant relationship between leadership styles of managers and teaching quality of the first grade teachers of high schools in Dorud city (P=0.0001). Purpose of present research is prediction of teachers' efficiency according to social and intellectual capital indicators. Research method of this research is applied in terms of purpose and correlative-descriptive in terms of data collection. Statistical population of research were school teachers of Parsabad Moghan town that we have selected the sample of 300 number by simple random sampling. The collection tool of data were standard questionnaires. Findings of research show that social and intellectual capitals totally predict teachers' efficiency and every indicators of  predictive variables, social capital (r=0/31) and intellectual capital (r=0/28) positively and meaningfully predict  Criterion Variable. As result, todays with attention to environmental changes wich educational organizations will face, education and training managers should establish social and intellectual capitals in teachers to promote their performance and efficiency. Todays, the reason of organizations' stability against environmental changes and enhancing staff's performance is value to capitals like social and intellectual capitals in organization. Internationalization of higher education in Iran is a significant need through which understanding other nations and cultures become possible. Global societal needs must be addressed in this respect. In order to fulfil the 20 – year’s perspective that is documented in the agenda, decision makers have to operationally respond the global societal needs. Method: This study is applied based on purpose and it is qualitative based on data. Participants included eighteen elites (faculty members).Research aids consisted interview for semi constructed sessions. Sampling was done purposefully as well as snowball continued to theoretical   scenario. The validity of the qualitative section and the precision of the findings of this research were verified by the opinions of the professors and the experts and the erudite of this field Findings: Totally 200 non repeated words and 126 conceptually same words were obtained. The concepts were divided into 2 main categories(supra-structure and super-structure indicators) and 14 sub- categories(10 supra structures " Input components" and 4 super structures " Output components").These wree obtained from" the Components of Internationalization of Higher Education". Conclusion: The components were attributed as two groups: input and output components. The input component directly affects the process of internationalization while the output component has indirect effect on the process. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this research was to consider the relationship between transformational leadership and social capital with organizational culture in Khadijeh Kobra (PBUH) higher education center of Dezful. The research methodology was a descriptive survey approach. The statistical population of the research included all 20 of the administrative staff and teachers of Khadijeh Kobra (PBUH) higher education center of Dezful that all administrative staff were chosen through census because of the case study and being low number, also 80 teachers were chosen among all teachers of this higher education center through availability sampling. The research instruments include three questionnaires: Denison (2000), '' organizational culture '', Marvi (1391), '' transformational leadership '' and Nahapit and Goshal (1998), '' social capital ''. The validity of the questionnaires were confirmed by experts and professional teachers, and the reliability of the questionnaires were obtained respectively 0.76, 0.73 and 0.76 using Cronbach's alpha.  software was used to analyze data in two parts: descriptive analysis (average, standard deviation) and inferential analysis (correlation and linear regression testing and Pearson's multiple correlation coefficient). The research findings showed that there is a meaningful relationship between transformational leadership and social capital with organizational culture, and no meaningful relationship between age and studies with organizational culture. The research outcomes showed that transformational leadership and social capital increase organizational culture, also age and studies do not have any effect on organizational culture.   Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study was providing a model for improving the quality of training based on lean thinking in social security organization .This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of collecting data, descriptive-survey method. The statistical population of the study consisted of managers, deputies, heads and educational experts in the headquarters and executive staff, and educational supervisors of the hospitals affiliated to the Social Security Organization (420 people). The sample size was 200 people according to Cochran formula and were selected by simple random sampling method. In order to collect information, a researcher-made questionnaire was used including 17 components and 126 items. The face validity of the questionnaire was verified through pilot implementation, content validity through comprehensive review of literature and expert judgment, and construct validity was confirmed by factor analysis and its reliability was estimated by calculating the Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.97. In order to analyze the data, descriptive statistics (frequency tables, mean, variance, standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis) were used. The results of data analysis at the level of 0.01, 17 dimensions, and 117 components as dimensions and components of pure education in the social security organization showed that the overall effect of these dimensions was 63.73% and dimension of value stream (identification of waste and value-creating activities) had the highest share (84.52) and dimension of human resources management had the lowest share (0.48). The study of the status of education in the social security organization also showed that the average of each of the components is slightly higher than the average of the community but is still far from ideal. In this way, while developing the mechanisms of movement from the current status of education to the optimal and ideal situation, the final model of improving the quality of training based on lean thinking in the social security organization design and its degree of fitness, and the fitting of the proposed model with a strong amount was confirmed.   Manuscript profile
