The aim of this correlational descriptive-analytical study is to predict students' academic achievement based on emotional intelligence, personality traits, attitudes toward education and career prospects through academic resilience mediation. The Zanjan University’s students in the academic year 2016-2017 have been selected as the statistical population. The research sample consisted of 489 people (277 females and 212 males) who are selected by cluster random sampling method. To summarize the data, a short form of the NEO-FFI Questionnaire, the Academic Resilience Scale (ARI), the Shatte Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire, a researcher-made questionnaire on attitudes toward education and career prospects are used. The proposed model was evaluated by structural equation modeling using AMOS-7 software. The results showed that the population-cognitive variables negatively predict academic achievement. Among the personality factors (openness and conscientiousness), emotional intelligence and interest in education and career prospects positively predict academic achievement. Emotional intelligence also predicts academic achievement through resilience. Educational resilience does not mediate the relationship between attitudes toward education and career prospects, gender, age, and academic achievement, and academic resilience mediates only the relationship between personality performance and academic achievement. Therefore, in order to improve the performance of students, it is recommended to teach and promote the level of resilience and emotional intelligence, conscientious personality traits and openness through workshops. The statistical population is the staff of the Industrial Management Organization. Data collection was done through a researcher-made questionnaire on the job path and staff training questionnaire. The sample was collected using the Cochran formula by a 110-person sampling method. Independent variable is the management training of the staff of the Industrial Management Organization and the dependent variable of the employee's job pathway, which was adapted from the components of the job path of the Edgeard Shine model (eight components), was studied. To test the hypotheses, Pearson correlation test was used and its output was analyzed using SPSS20 software. At the level of 99% confidence, employee training management has an impact on the components of the job pathway of the service organization staff. Also, the effect of independent variable on dependent variables was investigated by multivariate regression method, The effect of educational management on independent variables / independentness, public management competence, creativity and entrepreneurship, pure challenge, lifestyle in the level of 99% is significant (Sig> 0/01). The effect of training on security / stability variables, technical competence, service, or loyalty to an ideal is not significant at 99% confidence level (Sig< 0/01). Manuscript profile

purpose: The purpose of this research is to design and validate a model for evaluating the career success of public employees in public hospitals in Tehran. Methodology: The research methodology was based on the quantitative Delphi technique. This research has two statistical populations. The statistical population of experts includes academic and organizational experts (hospital officials and universities of medical sciences) to distribute the Delphi questionnaire and obtain feedback and statistical population of nurses of public hospitals to distribute the researcher-made questionnaire. The Delphi panel consisted of 10 experts in the two fields mentioned. The feedback from the experts was given in three stages. And it was based on a questionnaire. Findings: In the first round of Delphi, 326 indicators were evaluated, and in the second round, 256 indicators were evaluated in 53 components from the perspective of experts suitable for career success analysis. In the third round, the dimensions of career path success (17 dimensions) were evaluated in 4 axes of continuous improvement of objective (job) situations, institutionalization of mental acceptance of success, integrated policy making in building a career path and evaluation of the career success. The findings of the structural equations have shown the positive and meaningful impact of integrated policy making in building a career path on its three direct structures, i.e. Continuous improvement of objective (job) situations, institutionalization of mental acceptance of success and evaluation of the career success. Also, the findings showed that the structure of Continuous improvement of objective (job) situations, can have an effect on the realization of the elements of institutionalization of mental acceptance of success. Conclusion: Based on the findings, it can be concluded that in the design of career path success models, attention should be paid to the internal and executive alignment with the job realities of the organization and the demands of the forces. Government hospitals should take advantage of the employee-oriented approach in designing and developing career path plans for employees. Manuscript profile
