Abstract :
Man's relationship with the business, enhances the degree of stress or pressure in the workplace. The fact is commonplace and crucial in modern organizations. This study aimed to investigate the pathology of the family is away from home workplace in 1393. The survey methods and data collected through questionnaires distributed among the people gathered. The population consisted of 250 employees of the molten iron in Hamedan, Yazd and Kerman area working, but is living in the Isfahan city. The sample size was calculated with the help of Morgan and the sample size of 150 subjects was enrolled. In particular, the results of the data analysis, regression analysis showed a relatively strong correlation between sets of variables, and the adjusted coefficient of determination is equal to 0/389. This value indicates the statistical fact that 39% of all the consequences of a life away from work associated with six independent variables, severity of kinship and family relations, marriage, work culture, job cut, earnings and job satisfaction.
