Providing thermal comfort is one of the most important goals in building design, which accounts for a large amount of energy consumption. In-office buildings, thermal comfort has a significant impact on indoor quality and staff productivity. In many countries, several methods and standards have been proposed to determine the thermal comfort zone for air conditioning and naturally ventilated buildings. In Iran, the lack of appropriate standards defining thermal comfort zones determines the necessity of research in this field. The present paper aims to determine the thermal comfort range in Bushehr office buildings with natural ventilation. Environmental indices (temperature, humidity, wind speed) were measured through field studies using data loggers in the three days from 19 to 21 March while 180 questionnaires were answered simultaneously by users. Based on the results, 81.1% of the subjects are comfortable with the overall thermal conditions. Using SPSS software, descriptive statistics analysis was performed between measured data and individual responses. During the research time in March, the average temperature is 19 ° C and the relative humidity is 65%. In this way, the comfort range is calculated based on two proposed equations for thermal comfort in different cities of Iran and compared with field measurements. According to the results of high temperature, the comfort zone in Bushehr office spaces is 28.6 degrees Celsius which is higher than the values from proposed equations for thermal comfort in Iran. There is a difference of 1.13 degrees between the neutral temperatures obtained by the two methods. More than 79% of the people are satisfied with the flow of air while 63% of the moisture content is satisfied. This shows the greater importance of the airflow in creating a feeling of comfort on the amount of moisture. In the case of thermal preference, 40% of people do not want a change in temperature, and 51.6% prefer small changes. In the case of humidity, 63.2% of the moisture conditions are satisfied and their 45% tendency to no change in moisture conditions. While 47.8% of people preferred modest changes in humidity (slightly damp or slightly moist), 32.4% prefer the environment without changing the airflow, and 52% prefer the air to more or more. Thus, despite the establishment of comfort conditions, the thermal preference for more than 36% of people is slightly lower and 17% less humidity and 52% more airflow. Regarding heat sensation and thermal preference, a suitable solution can be selected for flexible space design. The results of the questionnaires and the evaluation of behavioral parameters showed that the most important choice of the individuals to adapt to the thermal conditions is to stay in places with the possibility of wind flow. This issue shows the importance of the application of natural ventilation and its feasibility in space design. Therefore, to accurately determine the exact range of thermal comfort in Bushehr city, it is necessary to conduct extensive field study research in different seasons of the year in natural building ventilation buildings defining accurate thermal comfort zone. Visual aspect is one of those lots of aspects which influence neighborhood quality. Visibility is an important factor of environmental and urban quality. This study is concentrated to find whether the visual quality of housing and urban open space in the neighborhoods is influenced with urban form and its objective is to find the relationship between open space form of the neighborhood unique fabric, its organic pathways, a linear main access which divides this fabric to two parts and visibility. So open space visibility of neighborhood in old fabric of Bushehr and their isovist properties have been analyzed in a correlational research. The case study was a neighborhood public space in spatial configuration located in Bushehr that is surrounded by urban development and sea. Compact urban space, squares, long and narrow streets shape this fabric. One of the characteristics of this morphology is its composition as a set of rather long and narrow streets with number of squares different in shape. This study shows that isovist tool is applicable in analyzing visual quality in urban fabric. In this research two forms of urban open space has been analyzed to evaluate visibility using Syntax2D. Six isovist measures in grid and two paths have been studied that correlations between these measures have been compared with each other in two paths. Findings show that area and perimeter indices have the highest correlation. In organic path these two indices have highest value reaching Enghelab Avenue that divides this fabric in two parts and also these measures are higher in local squares than long and narrow streets. On the other hand these indices remain unchanged in linear path. Drift index that studies the longest possible line of sight raises dramatically reaching Enghelab Avenue while it almost stabilizes inside the organic path. Turning to linear path, this index is the highest at the ends and the lowest in the middle of the path. Occlusive index that is the proportion of the perimeter on the solid boundary of the environment Shows fluctuation in organic path unlike linear path. While Compactness index that shows how close the observers feels themselves to the environment shows notable variations in organic path having a steady graph in linear path. Circularity index that is the square of the perimeter to area as is influenced by details in space shows significant changes in organic path while it is nearly stabilized in linear path. It can be said as a result that urban form has relationship with its visibility; meaning that the organic path creates a variety of isovist indexes unlike linear path that divides the neighborhood fabric in two parts. Furthermore, the analysis shows that squares which are the place of social interactions are more compact than the streets of the neighborhood as they define non physical geometries and variety in the spatial experiences is achieved moving within them. Finally the study shows that the form of neighborhood open space plays an important role in its high visual quality and the quality of housing.   Manuscript profile

Abstract Species richness is one of the biodiversity parts calculated by counting the number of species present in a given area. In this study, the species richness of the birds in Bushehr Province was examined to identify biodiversity hotspots and assess their conservation status. To achieve this, bird presence data were collected, and the conservation status of each species was determined. Subsequently, using a grid system with one-by-one-kilometer cells, table of distribution of birds species richness was prepared, and biodiversity hotspots were calculated using the Getis-Ord Gi statistic in a geographic information system (GIS). The results indicated that out of 320 bird species with continuous observation records in Bushehr Province, none were categorized as critically endangered according to the 2021 IUCN Red List. However, three bird species included saker falcon(Falco cherrug), Steppe Eagle(Aquila nipalensis), and Egyptian Vulture(Neophron percnopterus) were classified as Endangered, and Marbled duck(Marmaronetta angustirostris), Common pochard(Aythya ferina), Long-tailed duck(Clangula hyemalis), Macqueen's Bustard(Chlamydotis macqueenii), Socotra cormorant(Phalacrocorax nigrogularis), Pallid Harrier(Circus macrourus), and Eastern Imperial Eagle(Aquila heliaca) were considered as vulnerable. Furthermore, the study of species richness revealed that 21.58% of the study area was covered by the presence of these 320 species, with species diversity ranging from one to 26 birds per cell. The calculation of hotspots at the province level also identified the presence of 30 hotspots, covering a total area of 151311.90 hectares (6.33% of the province's area). These hotspots were mostly located in close proximity to major rivers, rangelands, and agricultural lands, particularly date palm orchards, emphasizing the need for greater attention to these habitats for bird conservation. Considering the limited access to fresh water resources and intense plant respiration and high evapotranspiration in deserts and arid regions, subsurface irrigation seems to be the most appropriate method for cultivation. The aim of this study was finding a proper subsurface irrigation to supply moisture for plant roots using bio-composite water pipes to supply water for panicum. Experimental design was factorial experiment conducted based on completely randomized block design with three replications in the Faculty of Agriculture in Tarbiat Modarres University in 2015. Main factors included subsurface irrigation using three types of bio-composite water pipes manufactured P3, P8, P9, subsurface irrigation using subsurface porous clay capsules and flood irrigation (control treatment). Secondary factors included three drought stress levels of 25, 50, and 100% of soil field capacity (FC). Results showed that, subsurface irrigation treatment using water pipe P8 and drought stress level of 25%, and FC decrease for 12.68%, was the lowest water consumption in irrigation. In addition, in subsurface irrigation, height, wet and dry weights were significantly different at %1 level compared to flood irrigation. Therefore, with regard to responsiveness of panicum water demand to subsurface irrigation using bio-composite water pipes, and considering the results of this research using subsurface irrigation by bio-composite water pipes, it is recommended to optimize water consumption for urban areas located in arid and semi-arid regions. Background and Objective: One of the basic human needs is social interaction, and providing a suitable platform to meet this basic need, certainly requires the existence of a physical base. Passages as an urban spaces, play a significant role in responding to this dimension of human life in urban communities through attracting different kind of people, they will be able to creating people-oriented spaces. Kuti Passage in Bushehr, like many others in the historical cities of the country, was once a center of interactions and gatherings of the residents, which over time, was disorganized and they were abandoned and lost their efficiency as part of urban space. Material and Methodology: Therefore, in this study, using previous literature review, we first extracted social factors affecting the presence of people in urban spaces to design our questionnaire. In the next step, we distributed 487 questionnaire in the Kuti paasage to assess users' opinions in this regard. We then used SPSS software for analyzing collected data through factor analysis, Pearson test and Variance. Findings: Among the 24 variables measured in the questionnaire, 6 key factors affecting the promotion of people-oriented spaces were identified which include social interactions, place attachment, sense of security, aesthetic appeal, sense of belonging and place identity. Our results show that these factors have strong correlation and also direct influence on our dependent variable. Discussion and Conclusion: By considering policies that can help to promote each of these six factors in management, planning and redesigning this passage, we can regenerate its former neglected identity. Introduction: The coastal environment of Bushehr is supposed to be affected by polycyclic aromatichydrocarbons (PAHs) and oil pollution. Despite carcinogenic characteristics of PAH compounds toliving organisms and human beings, the available information concerning PAHs contamination inBushehr is not sufficient. This study was carried out to investigate concentration and distribution ofPAH compounds based on number of rings in their structure, in the coastal sediment of Bushehr.Material and methods: Samples were collected from five different stations along intertidal zone ofthe shoreline. The samples were digested; their PAHs contents were extracted and analyzed usingHigh Performance Liquid Chromatograph (HPLC).Results: Results showed that the total PAHs (tPAHs) concentration in stations Rafael, Sheghab,Abshirinkon, Lian and Helyleh were 844.95, 3078.42, 4790.32, 2988.06 and 2430.62 ng g-1(dw)respectively. A significant difference was observed between tPAHs concentrations in differentstations. The maximum tPAHs concentration was measured in station Rafael, while its minimum level wasobserved in Abshirinkon. Based on the number of the rings in the molecules, the PAHs composition indifferent stations varied significantly (P<0.05).Conclusion: Compared to previous studies from other locations of the world, PAHs contamination inthe Bushehr coastal sediment was evaluated as moderate to severe. The major part of contaminationwas comprised by High molecular weight PAHs with 5 or 6 rings while 2, 3 and 4 rings compoundshad less contribution. Since the adverse and carcinogenic effects of high molecular weight compoundsare more severe in aquatic organisms and because its continuous anthropogenic discharges in Bushehr, regular monitoring of PAHs in the area is necessary. AbstractIntroduction: This paper presents a three- dimensional numerical model based on 3- D Navier –Stokes and continuity equations. The model is used to simulate the prediction of the movement of oilslicks from spill accident in region between Khark Island and Busher Port in the north coastal ofPersian Gulf.Material and Method: A three – dimensional model is developed based on the mass transportequation to predict the movement of oil particles in the water column. The model uses Boussinesqapproximation as Lipps. For the advection term in the model an upwind weighted, multidimensionalpositive definite advection transport algorithm (MPDATA) is used. Base on this algorithm an explicitfinite difference scheme that uses an anti-diffusive velocity sense for equilibrium diffusion effect isused. Densities of the oil and water, wind speed and horizontal and vertical diffusion coefficients arevariable in the model. Results: The computational domain covers an area of 555180 km2 with 11346 grids andx  y  3000 m in spill point, 21 km offshore. The model predicts concentration distribution ofoil particles and current speeds and directions for 1.7, 7 and 14 hours in summer after spill accident in5, 10 and 15 meters levels. Numerical results show that particles spreading are towards Busher Port insummer. There is good agreement with valid theories and experiment of data runs.Discussion: This research can be helpful to predict the movement of oil pollution at sea to collectpollution from spill accident to avoid the risk of moving it to the beach. The process of wave breaking is one of the most important events occurring in coastal zones. This process is so important at the point of coastal constructions and coastal industrial development and managing direction of beaches. On this research the bottom slope, breaker type, surf zone, wave length and wave height in break point, have been studied by using wave field parameters which are measured by  Bushehr coastal stations of Iran Meteorological  ( 28° 57' N & 50° 44' E) and region's hydrography maps. Utilizing the field data and practical relations and bottom slope, the maximum of breaking wave height is estimated as 2.65 m. Surf zone width is at least 42 m, although most of breaking waves occur in 200 m to 600 m distance of the beach. In next step, compute dimensionless steepness and relative wave height parameters and were compared with the findings of other scientists’ such as Sevendsen, Mc Cowan, Davies, Miche, Weggel. A correction coefficient concluded for Miche relationship in Bushehr coast. Maximum wave set down is calculated as 9.8 cm. Also in this region the type of breakers is mostly spilling breaker.   Manuscript profile

Background and Objective: The main objective of this research was to study three heavy metals (nickel, cadmium and lead) in the shrimp’s muscle tissue and shell. This research was conducted in shrimp farms of Bushehr Province in 2009. Method: Muscle tissues and the shells of the collected samples were separated, dried in oven and after grinding were digested in acid until they reached the volume, and then flame atomic absorption spectroscopy was used to assess the level of metals in the tissues and shells. Findings: The findings of this study show an average of 0.2 and 0.5 milligram per kilo (wet weight) of cadmium in tissue and shell; 1.92 and 4.82 milligram per kilogram (wet weight) of lead; and 1.4 and 5.5 milligram per kilogram (wet weight) of nickel in tissue and shell respectively. A comparison of the results with the international standards of the World Health Organization, British Ministry of Agriculture, Fishing and Food and Australian National Medical, Health and Research Association and that of the European Union shows that the concentration of these metals is below the permitted level. Meanwhile, the results show a reverse linear relationship between the accumulation of the three metals in shell texture and the passage of time. Also there is a reverse linear relationship between accumulation of cadmium in the muscle tissue and the passage of time. But a direct linear relationship was observed between accumulation of lead and nickel in the muscle tissue and the passage of time. Moreover, a significant relationship was found between accumulation of cadmium and lead in the muscle tissue and the passage of time. Also a significant relationship was found between accumulation of cadmium in the shell and the passage of time. Manuscript profile

Background and Objective: Landfill site selection is essential in urban development plans. Sustainable development can mean the identification of the unique characteristics and assets of a region which highlights the advantages of each region and leads the regional beneficiaries and resources to the perspective emerging from land use planning. Therefore, the environmental baseline studies based on GIS technology and other models related to spatial data analysis for identification of  the area, could be seriously addressed. Natural landscape referes to usefulness of human activities in the nature, especially in the areas which are covered with plants or artificially drawn, On the other hand study of urban landfills from natural landscape view has a very important effect on landfill site selection, This seeks to find the optimum model for urban landfill site selection in line with land use and sustainable development. Methods: In this study, the landfill in Bushehr was visted and features such as the spacing of wells, residential communities, industrial facilities, access roads, airports, historical and religious centers, areas of biological importance, hunting and habitat zones for birds, geographic coordinates, wind, topography, geology, land use, soil, watercourse, groundwater depth, floodplain, surface water and slope were studied. After the necessary processing using the software area maps were prepared. The obtained map was transferred to Arc GIS software. The maps with Clip functions related to the intended zone were extracted for all the digital files. The basic maps in, 9/2 Arc GIS were determined in the study area using Buffer function, after classification and finally overlaying each maps, the finalized, was obtained. The final map was prepared according to the classification table with three values of poor, average and good. Results: The results showed that the study area is 57% suitable, 40% poor and 3 % average in terms of spatial planning and sustainable development criteria. According to population growth in Bushehr city, the amount of waste production in a 20-year horizon (2009-2026) of the area required for sanitry landfilling in the study area was calculated 1176261/2 hectare. Knowing landfill has an area of 2 hectare, it was revealed that the place does not meet the needs for 20 years. Manuscript profile

The fiction literature is an appropriate range for discursive research in the composition of narrative and narrative, Narratives are the understanding of the relationships and the inner composition of literary work in order to achieve the ultimate structure of a narrative, and the narrative based on aesthetics is a new step in the field of fiction literature. In order to understand and understand a narrative, it is necessary to identify the specifics of the storytelling language, and because, in the process of discourse analysis, the discovery of the structures of implications, the semantic system can be discovered, can be a suitable area for extraction of actions and souls that create a new meaning. On the other hand, the conditions governing the flow of the mind can transcend the objective signs that have come about in the course of time in a new chapter of semantic separation, and by introducing the new meaning of existential discourse of Greimas by creating the plots and implications of the narrative's course of action existential positions are shaped. In this essay, existential discourse is a product of the flow of the narrator's mind through semantic holes. The discourse's rhetoric, when it comes out of an unlucky situation in order to reach meaningless transcendence, creates the existential discourse and, in a sense-perceptual direction, draws on the fragmentation of the desire to create new and different signs. Frankl's logotherapy is based on the principle of struggle against mental problems relying on certain principles and tactics through a will to meaning-therapy. Frankle seeks to find a meaning in life, as the first personal driving force, through the analysis of suffering concept, in order to help man in finding the meaning of his/her sufferings and turn difficult conditions into peaceful ones. The meaning of life is in constant change, but it never disappears. The role of logotherapist is to expand the person's field of vision, until the meaning and values are placed in the field of vision and self-conscious domain, and the truths boil inside his/her without the interference of others. This meaning is discovered by various ways including doing great and valuable works and experiencing lofty goals or bearing holy suffering. Meaning therapy, because of its reliance to language and speech-therapy, is in close relation to literature and poetry. Comparative study of the works of Elias Abu Shabaki and Mohammad al-Fayturi, two distinguished poets shows that they had relatively contrary attitude toward logotherapy and concepts and Victor Frankle; Abu Shabaki does not believe in the world and living in it and always rejects extremely the world. Factors such as poverty, early death of his father and political and social issues had fundamental role in the formation of this world aversion. Fayturi, on the other hand, sanctifies suffering and follows lofty oals and doing valuable works manifested as resistance poetry and patriotism.  The poems of these two poets are the whole picture of their thoughts. The relative role of psychological, sociological, and ecological dimensions in the works of these two poets is also studied. Their poems are represented in contrary viewpoints, self- responsibility and respect of the self. Manuscript profile

Today, it is important to use the ecological indicators, such as canopy cover for recognizing the special status of ecosystems, such as mangrove forests and also monitoring and evaluating changes through a specific period. This study aimed to investigate the sufficiency of parametric and nonparametric algorithms using the spectral data with high spatial resolution in the evaluation of canopy cover in the mangrove forest in the Bushehr province. The vegetative characteristics were studied at 20×20 square meter sample plots. 50 Sample plots were studied for the proposed vegetative characteristic such as diameter, Height and percentage of canopy cover of mangrove forest. The camera UltraCamX digital images which used in this study were harvested to the shooting operation on 2012.01.10. After conducting some proper Preprocessing and processing, the digital values corresponding to the ground samples were extracted from spectral bands and were considered as the independent variables while and the crown canopy percent per plot were considered as the dependent variable. Modeling was carried out based on 75 percent of sample plots using K-Nearest Neighbor methods, support vector machine, random forest and General linear model methods and the results were cross-validated using the remaining 25 percent. The results showed that the best estimates were obtained from the crown canopy percent with method Random Forest, k-NN, SVM and General linear model methods with a root mean square error of 13.57, 13.95, 14.88 and 17.73 percent and relative bias of -3.88, -4.62, -5.05 and -2.88 percent that Random Forest method had the best performance. The results of this study showed UltraCam X Arial spectral data had the high ability for estimating of canopy cover percent. Manuscript profile

In order to determine potential areas of submarine springs on the coast of Bushehr province, Sea Surface Semperature (SST) around Bahrain and the coasts of Bushehr province, according, to atmospheric correction coefficients and the relations for thermal band 10 of Landsat 8 in four months 2016 was mapped using ArGIS and ENVI software. After extracting the estimate temperature submarine springs of Bahrain, six springs was determined as a control. The temperature of the springs was estimated 16.54, 18.52, 17.29, 15.97, 17.73, and 15.83°C in the image of February. Matching coastlines estimated temperature of Bushehr province with the mean control temperature (16.98°C), several regions were identified as potential areas of submarine springs, including Asaloyeh-Nayband bay, a large part of the coastline between Bandar Dayer to Mond river, around the village of Kalat, east-west of Bushehr, between Shif island and Heleh river, Bandar Rig, around  Bandar Ganaveh, and between Hendijan and Bandar Deylam. Thermal anomalies with less 100 meter diameter to water bodies probably are less important than wider anomalies; therefore using the images with moderate resolution, such as Landsat 8, may be more important than high resolution images for detecting the broad and significant anomalies, especially in terms of time and cost. The images may use as a preliminary screening test for the early identification of potential areas of the submarine springs. Manuscript profile

Tomato is one of the most important vegetables and Tomato Yellow Leaf Curl Virus (TYLCV) is one of the most important viral disease of tomato in worldwide. In order to study the situation of TYLCV in Bushehr province, sampling of tomato plants with symptoms of virus was done during winter and spring of 2013. Samples were collected from farms of Tang Eram and Dashtestan areas. After DNA extraction , a part of coat protein gene (about 550 pb) was amplified using specific primers. Amplified segments were separated via electrophoresis and sequenced. For comparison and phylogenetic analysis, the sequences Blasted in Gene bank and using CLUSTALW and Mega4 software the phylogenetic tree was drawn via maximum parsimony method. TYLCV Phylogenetic analysis showed that all isolates were divided into two clades named as A and B. In clade A isolates of Dashtestan (KP635447) and Tang Eram (KP635448) were closed to isolates of China (AY594194) and Venezuela (EF625895) and some Iranian isolates including GU076444 from (Shiraz), KC106648 and KC 582150 from (Tehran). In clade B another isolates of this study from Dashtestan was closed to Arabic countries isolates including HM590558 from Saudi Arabia, KF229721 and KF229725 from Ammanand Iranian isolates of GU076450 from Jirof. Results showed variation among Bushehr province. Due to the results of this study can conclude that there is variation among isolates of Bushehr province and requires further studies on the existence of recombinant strains in Iranian samples. The theosophic preceptor, makes use of lingual abilities and  didactic skills in  literary styles in wise preacher role ,because he'll teach thoughts and practical experiences. Irony is one of these techniques. Sufi makes use of the ironic diction,in  multiple forms and various styles of irony, for teaching  mystical  codes and moral regulations. Sometimes, mystical irony or  Sufic criticism is inconsiderate and  insolence. Sufi is a humorist , deviationist and a taboo breaker (a taboo desecrator ). Whenever, it is necessary  he breakes up  any  sanctums. Basically, theosophistُs approach in irony is a teachable strategy for instruction of mystical  codes and moral principles. It is caused of a special method and a particular style that, we can call it didactic, schoolarly, pulpitarian  mysticism. Utilization of short or long anecdotes and seasoning them with irony is a specification of popular mysticism. The writer, begins this paper by an introduction to the irony and different types of it – with a glance at theosophical works, specially Shams and Maulânâ’s words in Maghâlât, and Fih – e - mâ Fih. Following England and Netherland Ottoman Empire was the third international power which opened its political agency in BoushehrPort entitled "Shahbandari" in 1871 AD/1288 AH. This verifies the exceptional significance of BoushehrPort and Persian Gulf waterway in regional and international relations throughout the second half of the 19th and the beginning of 20th centuries. The Ottomans established their political agency for some reasons: firstly, BoushehrPort which was close to the strategic Persian Gulf waterway had a significant role from ancient times in international politics and business also in transiting goods to hinterland India and the ArabiaPeninsula. Secondly, the English as the most important international rival of the Ottomans had peculiar influence on South of Iran, Boushehr, and Persian Gulf. The presence of the Ottomans would az a rule limit the activities of the old rival. Thirdly, the anti-English feeling of the people in the southern Iran, especially in Boushehr was so high that Ottomans, united with Germany, could practically benefit from this feeling of people against England on the threshold of First World War. This article tries to study the afore-mentioned issues on the basis of first-hand documents and records, some of which being still unpublished.  Manuscript profile

Mohammad Reza  Dehshiri[1] Shayan Jozani Kohan[2] Shahin Jozani Kohan[3] Abstract: When Obama came to power, Bush's multilateralism and aggressive foreign policy was converted to a "rebalancing" policy, in which US interests were considered more than any other issue. Obama's East Asia rebalancing policy was pursued with the aim of redefining interests, threats and political, economic and military strategies. The question of the current paper is how were Bush's "aggressive foreign policy" and "Obama's" rebalancing policy pursued to promote US interests in East Asia? For answering this question, the authors believe that Bush's foreign policy has been pursued by adopting a multilateralism approach focused on resolving the Korean Peninsula’s crisis with the aim of creating consensus in East Asia and cooperation with China. While the policy of rebalancing with a multilateralism approach has been pursued and focusing on the prevention of China's economic and military growth with the goal of consensus among the countries aligned with US policies in East Asia.           Alireza Mashoori[1], Rouhollah Shahabi*[2], Bahram Yousefi[3], Fereydoun Akbarzadeh[4] Abstract: Leo Strauss's ideas have had a profound impact on US foreign policy. One of his most important ideas is his views on despotism and the political regime, which emerged in the Bush administration with the idea of regime change in Iraq. The United States has a global mission to promote American values and democracy. This global mission in the Bush administration was interventionist and militaristic. But Trump believes America's position internationally weakened and that the domestic situation is unfavorable. Trump sees the situation as a result of foreign intervention. Trump seeks to change US policies to return to his former position, the changes that Trump's Strauss supporters compare with regime change. Bush seeks interventionism, but Trump uses modeling to promote America to a stance as an example to be emulated. [1] . Climate variability and change behavior of extreme events is important. To review some events, some climate indices for the detection surface by the Working Group on Climate Change and the World Meteorological Organization and climatology Committee research program on climate variability and predictability are introduced. In this paper, the changes in temperature and precipitation at the weather station 6 Bushehr Province during the period 1391-1371 using threshold values, and the nonparametric Mann-Kendall test for the presence of a linear trend has been used. The results show, Bushehr is highly exposed to the mean temperature, the frequency profile so reducing heating and cooling profiles. Cold nights and warm nights to other index increased thresholds of them have been impressive. Prolonged periods of increased summer heat in recent decades to a great show. DTR drop in the station area, tropical nights and warm nights increase in the length of the stations there. The research findings showed that: During the study period, a negative trend for the series of one-day maximum precipitation (Rx1day), maximum 5-day precipitation (Rx5day) and the simple daily intensity (SDII) can be seen in the province. The R10 index in research stations with positive trends. Check the index R20 and R25, shows that during the period studied, the research station has negative trends in the linear gradient. CDD index of consecutive dry days with precipitation have also increased in recent years coordinated. CWD index showed a decrease in rainfall in the region in recent years, coordinated by the number of consecutive wet days (CWD) is greatly reduced. Indexes Series R95 p and R99 p represent the province at the station volatility and decline in the latter years of the study period. Trends in Bushehr Province PRCPTOT index shows that the average rainfall in this region is low, thus decreasing trend is coupled with high volatility Manuscript profile

The rapid growth of the population and at the same time the increase of physical and non-physical abnormalities in today's cities, together with the inefficiency of traditional urban development plans to address these problems, has led planners to seek new approaches in urban planning. One of the new approaches is urban strategic planning. The present research studies various urban development indicators with a strategic planning approach in Bushehr to identify suitable strategies to achieve sustainable urban development. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of research method. The method of collecting data is library and field. The survey method is through interviews and completing a questionnaire from 30 experts and specialists in the field of urban planning. Finally, Swat Technique (SWOT) was used to explore urban development strategies and use the quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) technique to prioritize urban development strategies. The obtained findings show that the final score of internal factors is 2.839 and the final score of external factors is 2.895 which among the four positions of offensive, conservative, defensive and competitive, these indicators are in a competitive position. Finally, using the model of quantitative matrix planning technique, 9 strategies for the development of Bushehr were proposed and ranked. These strategies are: integrated management, smart growth strategy, recycling of barren lands and military lands, reorganization of worn-out structures, enhancement of urban services, utilization of foreign tourism capabilities, utilization of transferring rights approach, reduction of interference and manipulation unplanned in the marine ecosystem, and finally increasing the citizens’ participation. Assessing the level of development of communities has been a concern for regional planners in all countries. The use of quantitative criteria for the classification of settlements leads to understanding the level of inequality between residential areas and provides a measure to reduce and eliminate these inequalities. To address regional imbalances, regions need to be identified and classified based on their level of development in different areas. The aim of this research is to identify disadvantaged areas and plan for reducing intra-regional disparities to achieve balanced development. In this study, 12 indices have been selected within the framework of numerical taxonomy analysis to assess the level of development and classify the counties of Bushehr Province. The research method used in this study is descriptive-analytical. Based on this classification, Bushehr with a development coefficient of 0.01382 is the most developed city, while Jam with a coefficient of 0.724444 is identified as the most disadvantaged city in the province. The results of this research indicate a center-periphery pattern dominating the spatial structure of Bushehr Province. Manuscript profile

Abstract  The present article attempts to distinguish the relation between the United States foreign policy identities and identity of Obama foreign policy. For this purpose the article has examined the United States identity and her foreign policy identities. The article also refers to general policies of the Obama administration. The foreign policy of the United States as a big power has continuity and change like other countries. One of the identity continuity element is Wilsonian identity which its characteristic was internationalist and global. There are similarities of identities between Obama reflective policies in the twentieth first century and Wilson’s identity. One finds that after a period of following aggressive and Jacksonian policies by George Bush, the foreign policy identity of the United States during Obama period has turned to Wilson’s identity.  Manuscript profile

The cultures and beliefs of each region are formed based on the specific geographical and climatic conditions of that region. The sea has long been perceived as an important myth by the people of The South, including Bushehr( the people of Bushehr). In the works of the storytellers of Bushehr, this element, as a pivotal character, has played a major role in the formation of some stories. The fictional function of the sea in these stories originates from the ancient mythology of The Region and in more general way, from Persia. This descriptive- analytical research examines the following works: Ahl-e Gharq,Siria Siria(short stories),Di Jacob and Abi, the novels written by Moniroo Ravanipour; "a sea that was always stormy", the novel that was written by Sadeq Chubak ; Ac-e Nahs, a novel written by Mohsen Sharif, Jasad Ghotevar(the float corpse) and Asal the daughter of Mokhtar, the novels written by Ahmad Aram. An in-depth look at mystical texts reveals that besides the mystic's obedient relationship with the Truth, there is another kind of relationship in which the mystic's words and deeds ignore the sacred religious law; the existence of these two types of relationships together is worth considering. The present article, by using analytical-descriptive method, attempts to first express the forms of taboo-breaking in prayer and fasting, then seeks to prove the connection between these taboos-breaking with the two processes of correcting "self" and "other"; priority is given to "self-correction or self-discipline," which ultimately leads to "the correction of the other or society". The results of this study show that despite the mystics' adherence to the Sharia, breaking Islamic laws confuses the audience, but this removes man/woman from the level of habit and negligence and leads to knowledge and moral cultivation; the mystics' writings about the hidden secrets and the passage from the outward to the inward refer to this matter. Therefore, the method of these great men not only is not harmful to society, but also, it provides moral principles that raise man and society to a level in which worship is a form of morality and morality is a form of worship; and this process leads to external and internal discipline.    Manuscript profile

Taboo (meaning prohibited and forbidden) refers to things that have limits and follow certain rules and should not be broken under any circumstances, and if they are broken, the person and her/his relatives will suffer negative and harmful consequences. The present study, by using analytic-descriptive method and library sources, examines the examples of taboo-breaking in the story of Sheikh Sanān from the mystical book of Attār of Nishapur, Mantiq-ut-Tayr. In the article, the taboos are divided into two categories: Islamic and Christian taboos, and each of them has been analyzed according to the relevant religion. The main question is, given the character of Sheikh Sanān, why are taboos broken? The answer of the question is given based on the psychology of Jung and according to the principles of Islam and Christianity. Carl Gustav Jung believes that the incompatible and negative features are the result of the function of the shadow archetype. Therefore, the reason for breaking the taboos by the protagonists - Sheikh Sanān and the Christian girl - is the result of the action of the shadow archetype.  Manuscript profile

Study on distribution of pearl oysters (Pinctada spp.) throughout the period of September 2008 – 2009 and stock assessment of Pinctada radiata in the four months (September, March, May and July) of the year were carried out in Bushehr coastal areas (from 50˚ 38´ - 29˚ 27´ to 52˚ 41´ – 27˚ 17´). The objectives of this study were identifying location of pearl oysters (Pinctada spp.) and also estimation of abundance of Pinctada radiata (live shell) in Bushehr coasts.  Regular samples were obtained at some months of a year from in four areas at low tide. Some transects were selected at random direction in every area, to cover all the shell beds. In each transects one or two sampling quadrats (0.25 m2) were placed at random. Samples (empty and live bivalves) were identified and counted. Some of the samples were transferred to a bag and taken back to the institute lab for identification and further analysis. In this study the percentage of samples was used to show the distribution of the species in different areas. Faunal corelation between stations was calculated by Sorensen formula. In the studied areas, distribution of oyster shell was identified in the Golestan, Ouli, Nayband and Ganaveh. Maximum faunal corelation (49%) was found between Golestan and Ganaveh while Golestan and Nayband showed minimum faunal corelation (25%). In the shore line area of Genaveh live oyster, Pinctada radiata were sampled. The abunce estimation of this species was maximum in July (Tir) 60.5 shells per 100 m2 and minimum in March (Esfand) 3 per 100 m2. Mean abundance for this species was estimated to be 27.7 ± 24.2 shells per 100 m2. Manuscript profile

Nowadays, the subject of hygienic drinking water is one of the main concerns of most countries in the world. In the seaside areas in south of Iran, this is more easily observable due to different factors including the population growth, limitation of freshwater resources, development of famine phenomenon and the increase in temperature, etc. Therefore, the construction of the desalinators in order to convert saline water into drinking water, is of great significance. In this research, a zone across the southern coast of Bushehr province was studied, and the potential of the area for locating water desalinators were analyzed. Analysis of the data were done with analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method in Expert Choice software and GIS. A number of 13 criteria were weighted in the form of three main indexes, borders, and natural factors. The weighted layers were merged and the final map was produced. Results of the study indicate that 13.15% of the region has a very high potential for the construction of desalinators, 28.37% high potential, 30.45% has an average potential, and 21.45% and 6.57% of the region have low and very low potential, respectively. Kaky, Abdanof, Bardestan and Siraf have a considerable potential for accommodating water desalination facilities and in general the northern parts of the case study area are more suitable for this purpose. Background & Objectives: Tomato yellow leaf curl disease (TYLCD) is one of the most common and important tomato diseases in Iran. Sequences of viral genomes help to find and interbreed    resistant plant varieties. This study aimed to sequence the complete genome of an isolate of the TYLCV, determine its strain and taxonomic status. Materials & Methods: For this purpose, a viral isolate from Assaluyeh was selected and studied. Using degenerate primers of begomoviruses (BC/PCRV 181) a fragment (500bp) of the genome was amplified in a polymerase chain reaction (PCR). According to the sequence of this fragment (500bp), a primer pair was designed (FarsC/FarsV) to achieve the full genome sequence of the virus. By utilizing a combination of primers (FarsC/PAL1V 1978) / (FarsV/TYLCV-[Ab] 1997C) complete sequence of Asalooyeh isolate was amplified and the taxonomic position of that isolate was determined. Results: Phylogenetic analysis showed that this isolate had a one-part genome and was more than 93% similar to the Omani strain. Therefore, this isolate is an Omani variant of the virus. In other researches, was stated that there is only TYLCV-IL strain in Bushehr province, while the results of this study prove the existence of TYLCV-OMN strain. Conclusion: According to the results of this study Asalooyeh isolate of TYLCV belongs to the Omani strain of TYLCV that produces severe yellowing in host plants.   Manuscript profile

Abstract The focus of this article is on the change and continuity in US policy in the Middle East during the Bush, Obama and Period of Trump presidency until 2017. His approach is too far from realism and is nationalist from foreign policy dimension. Trump’s views show that he has a different approach in international arena compared with two former presidents, Georg W. Bosh and Barak Obama. While Georg W. Bush focused on US superpower aspect with emphasis on some elements such as Unilateralism, Pre-emptive attack and even changing the government in Middle East, Obama considered Multilateralism, enjoying smart power and usage of diplomacy as an important tool to maintain American leadership in the Middle East; but Trump practically has focused on disregarding of US responsibility by negation of main past approaches and among them says:” I am just the American president and no the leader of the world. There is a dominant and primary idea from the “first US” slogan that is return to its own borders and a kind of isolationism possibly. Therefore, the idea of the superiority of America can reflect in political and strategic pattern space of Donald Tramp. In this regard, it is considered the change and continuity of US policy in the Middle East based on Realistic approach. Manuscript profile

The province of Bushehr, situated along the Persian Gulf in southwestern Iran, holds a significant position in the literature of the country, especially in the narrative genre of the southern literary school, spanning from the first to the fourth generations of writers. Storytellers from this region, like their counterparts in other parts of Iran, have employed diverse narrative techniques in different historical periods. The literary richness of this diversity and evolution is influenced by global literature on one hand, and on the other, it is connected to the narrative traditions of classical texts in ancient Persian literature, which utilize symbolism as a means of story representation. The aim and necessity of this article are to elucidate the merits, shortcomings, and contextual reinterpretations of allegorical and symbolic content in the second era of Bushehr's literary production. Therefore, this study endeavors to analyze allegorical works in three categories: independent narratives, non-independent narratives, and the use of symbols, focusing on the period between the 1920s and 1950s. It seeks to answer the fundamental question of which allegorical expression methods the writers of this era employed and for what purposes. The outcome of this research, presented in a library-style format with a research-analytical approach, reveals that during the second Pahlavi era, "Choubak" narrates independent stories based on the undesirable social and political atmosphere of the society, while both allegory and symbolic representation are found in the stories of another writer from this period, "Parvizi."
