The present study sought to identify the components of a research-oriented school and provide a comprehensive model for public education. The research method was mixed, and the research strategy was exploratory-sequential. The research method of the qualitative part was contextual theory and the research method of the quantitative part was the survey method. The sample size in the qualitative section was 23 education experts and teachers with high work experience in Isfahan and in the quantitative section was 300 principals of the first and second secondary schools in the country. To analyze the data in the qualitative stage, the coding method was used and in the quantitative phase, the variance-based structural equation modeling approach was used. The results of the research in the qualitative part show that Causal factors (inefficiency of education-oriented structure, developmental attitude, legal necessity, and development of futuristic thinking), Context factors (change of learning policies, multifaceted context, and institutional support), and Intervening factors (micro and macro factors) affect research-oriented school Strategies (reviving the school mission and rearranging educational elements). These strategies have consequences at the individual and socio-organizational levels. The results of the quantitative section show that the school mission revitalization strategy can explain 58% of the changes in individual outcomes and 55% of the variance in organizational-social outcomes through its mediation. Through its mediation, the rearranging educational elements explain 71% of the variance in individual outcomes and 67% of the variance in organizational-social outcomes, which is a high amount of explanatory power. The aim of this study was to present an organizational socialization model for public school's teachers in Iran by the use of qualitative research method and Sterling thematic analysis .The scope of the research was all foreign articles in the years 2000 to 2022 and domestic articles in the studied area in the years 1389 to 1399. Of these, 56 articles were selected, analized and coded. After the data saturation, their analysis was done with the inductive method of thematic analysis through coding and categorization by the validation method of "using independent coders".Based on the research findings , the themes obtained in this research include 5 organizational themes (organizational adaptability, proactivity, organizational acculturation, future envisioning, and organizational procedures) and basic themes include 14 themes (Organizational adaptability included three basic themes, which include professional skills training, organizational change management training, and organizational conflict management training. Active activism included three basic themes, which include job responsibility, job identification, and entanglement. Organizational acculturation included four basic themes, which included value orientation, normativeness, moralism, and assimilation. They are. Future visualization included two basic themes, which include future monitoring and job scenario planning. Organizational procedure included two basic themes, which include talent cultivation and transparency) and 127 initial propositions have been obtained, which are placed around the main theme of the research (organizational socialization) and have formed the thematic network of organizational socialization. The results of the research showed that organizational adaptability, proactivity, organizational acculturation, envisioning, and organizational procedures are among the main components of organizational socialization. Therefore, it is suggested that the main components in the work process of teachers should be taken into consideration in the education system, while setting the stage for their greater adaptation to their respective organizations. The aim of this study is to identify the components of administrative health in order to propose a model for promoting administrative health in the Iranian public education system through a heuristic mixed method. In the first (qualitative) phase of the study, thematic analysis was used with an inductive approach. The research environment in the two phases of the study was the resources of reputable websites and scientific databases in the period of time between 2010 and 2019 in the field of administrative health studies. The criterion-based purposive sampling method was applied to study 108 domestic and foreign articles and books, with which the researcher reached theoretical saturation. After coding and classifying 98 primary themes, content validity was determined in two qualitative methods of the themes network with seven general themes and 17 basic themes. In the quantitative phase, the research environment consisted of all members of the educational system in Iran and sample selection was carried out through non-random convenience sampling. A researcher-made 98-item questionnaire was prepared based on a 5-point Likert scale ranging from 1 meaning strongly disagree to 5 standing for strongly agree. Face validity and content validity of the questionnaire used in this study were confirmed by experts. Construct validity of the questionnaire was examined using factor analysis and its reliability was measured through Cronbach's alpha. Values for estimating Cronbach's alpha coefficient for themes higher than 0.75 were reported, indicating a high internal correlation in the basic themes. Data analysis was conducted through descriptive statistical methods for quantitative data including frequency distribution tables and graphs, as well as inferential statistics including confirmatory factor analysis and covariance-based structural equation modeling approach. According to the indicators, the research model had a good fit. Manuscript profile

In this regard, the current research sought to present a model of new organizational skills of employees of Islamic Azad University with an emphasis on information-oriented dimensions. It was used to measure content validity using the relative coefficient of content validity (CVR). . The items whose CVR index value was less than 0.6 were removed and finally, 45 items were confirmed out of the initial 54 items. The findings of the research indicated that the new organizational skills related to information-oriented employees of Islamic Azad University are: information knowledge management (with organizing themes of information mentality, knowledge-oriented learning, creative innovation), environmental scanning. (with organizing themes of environmental awareness, environmental tracking, organizational vision, time management) and professional intelligence (with organizing themes of moral intelligence, cultural intelligence, social intelligence, strategic intelligence). These themes are closely related to each other. Manuscript profile
