The aim of the present study is to explore the relationship between cooperative culture as well as knowledge management and their effects on organizational development. The study follows a correlational design . The statistical population comprises of 630 employers working at university and 230 people were chosen as statistical sample using Morgan table. The instruments used were Nonako and Takochi Knowledge Management Scale, Danison Cooperative Culture Questionnaire, and Lok and Craford Organizational Development Inventory where the reliability was measured as 0.96, 0.90, and 0.95, respectively. The analysis was done employing SPSS and multivariate variance. The results indicated a significant effect of cooperative culture on organizational cooperation and organizational development.
