This study with the aim of determining the aspects of empowering the educational managers, in orderto provide them with a suitable framework. The review of literature shows that empowering the humanresources has been studied from three approaches: relational, motivational and cognitive. In order toachieve the abovementioned goals, this research with a national scale is done in two-phases survey; inthe first stage, 1088 managers of primary and secondary schools as well as the heads and publiceducation deputies in the Ministry of Education were selected, based on Morgan’s table of samplesizes. They were sampled by means of the random stratification method and they were asked tocomplete the questionnaire one (with the validity of 0.95). The results demonstrate that theempowerment framework can be divided into 13 aspects and 61 factors, whereas their average factorloading is 0.675. In the second stage of the study, that is the questionnaire two (with the validity of0.97), 152 experts and specialists in the Ministry of Education were selected in line with the goal ofthe study and they were asked to judge the degree of efficiency of the framework. The results showthat 93.43 per cent of the experts and specialists in the Ministry of Education considered the proposedframework as perfectly appropriate, while the average factor loading of the framework was 0.709 andthe correlation coefficient of the factors in every section of the framework was 0.99 percentsignificant. Consequently, based on the obtained results in this study, other researchers’ works, andavailable theories, the framework enjoys adequate theoretical and experimental supports and itsadministration for empowering the operational managers is strongly suggested to the high andintermediary managers in the Ministry of Education in Iran. With the rise of the ‘innovative era’, knowledge has become the most valuable economic resource. Only knowledge provides the opportunity to improve the wealth of nations, the growth of organizations and the value of individuals. In 21st century knowledge and intangible assets (Intellectual capital) are known as most important competitive advantage of organizations, therefore this issue has created a new research and study area. Previous studies demonstrate that intellectual capital is positively and significantly associated with organizational performance. Because of the importance of this issue, in this research relationship between elements of intellectual capital (i.e. human capital, structural capital and relational capital) and its impact on organizational performance in National Iranian Gas Company (NIGC) has been investigated. To achieve this purpose, a questionnaire consisting of 67 items was designed for the elements of intellectual capital. Model development and hypothesis testing was conducted using Partial Least Squares (PLS) on a sample of 142 respondents from NIGC and affiliated companies. The analysis of data based on structural equation modeling revealed that there were relatively strong correlations among the elements of intellectual capital. Also structural capital is positively associated with organizational performance, but the relational capital has no impact on the organizational performance of NIGC. Manuscript profile

The present study examines the effects of cash (coupon) and non-cash (sampling, game, and lottery) promotions and shop status on perceived benefits by the consumer. To investigate this, an empirical research was formulated. In this study, we manipulated the store status variable at two levels and the sales promotion variable at four levels to have a 4x2 study and examined the effects of these manipulations on the dependent variables. The study on ice cream was made from dairy products. 328 students of Tehran University of Science and Research were selected as sample. Finally, the hypotheses were examined and the results were obtained. The results show that consumers understand more of the practical benefits when dealing with coupons and human beings. As they interact with the device and subject to sampling, playing or drawing, they understand the pleasurable benefits and greater communication benefits. Regardless of the status of the store, promotional measures affect the perceived benefits of consumers and help them better understand the brand's presentation in the store. However, when consuming scrolls in a human-related way, they understand the brand's presentation in the store better than they do with the device. This study has practical implications for the promotion of promotional policies by retailers, stores, industries and similar products. Manuscript profile

Literature indicated that to select a supplier in a supply chain, it is better quantitative and qualitative criteria considered simultaneously in supplier assessing. To get this goal we should use the technique that regards an appropriate set of quantitative and qualitative criteria. The goal of this article is developing and applying as assessing model to select a supplier with regarding quantitative and qualitative criteria. So we used analytical hierarchal process and grey relational analysis. The research method was development and field study. Supplier data and weights of criteria were gained using document and manager's comments. To assess suppliers, first quantitative and qualitative criteria were determined and analytical hierarchy process was used to weight these criteria. Then to rate suppliers grey relational analysis was used. Results indicated that using the integrated model we can consider quantitative and qualitative criteria simultaneously in assessing suppliers. Also flexibility and easy to use are advantages of the model. To experiment reliability of integrated model, suppliers were assessing many times with different coefficient of determination. Regarding different coefficient of determination between 0.1 and 1, results were similar. Hence using provided an integrated model for supplier selection is a reliable method.               Manuscript profile

Intellectual capital refers to the body of knowledge, experience, and information that exists in an organization and is considered as intangible organizational assets and resources that can be converted to products, services, and processes to promote productivity and create values. The current applied, descriptive survey set out to investigate and analyze the main indicators and facets of intellectual capital assessment at university level through Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM). The research data were gleaned using an interview and a questionnaire. First, the facets and indicators of intellectual capital were identified based on an extensive literature review and comparative content analyses of relevant existing studies as well as interviews with experts in the field who were selected via purposive sampling. Further, the relationships between the aspects and indicators of intellectual capital including human, structural and relational resources and indicators of intellectual capital assessment procedure at university were integratively determined and analyzed through ISM.  Finally, the main variables influencing other variables and influenced by them were identified via MICMAC analysis.  The findings identified the administration and students as independent variables with high levels of dependency and susceptibility that could be impacted by other mediating variables. Any improvement in intellectual capital at university level seem to be reliant on prerequisite modifications in these variables. Manuscript profile

Governments always use development programs and policy-making strategies in order to achieve their goals for development. In Iran, too, following the policies of other countries, several programs have been presented, and the prospective plan of the country has recently been compiled. In this model, universities have their special place as the center for scientific and technological development. In the current sensitive situation, universities can truly perform their mission in realizing the goals of the prospective plan only if they have proper performance. In the present study, by taking non-governmental universities into account and proposing a new approach, the researchers have compiled the promotion policies for the effectiveness of non-governmental universities based on the optimal use of their resources. The university resources have been considered in the three fields of human capital, relational capital, and structural capital in the research at hand, and accordingly, a questionnaire including 37 questions has been designed and distributed among the samples. Of the distributed questionnaires, 83 which had been filled out by university personnel and academic staff of the non-governmental universities of the country were returned. In this research, the relationship of the research variables has been studied through the use of structural equation modeling. The research has also revealed to some extent the other shortcomings of the non-governmental universities, and some suggestions have been presented for future researches in order to obviate them. Relevance feedback approaches is used to improve the performance of content-based image retrieval systems. In this paper, a novel relevance feedback approach based on similarity measure modification in an X-ray image retrieval system based on fuzzy representation using fuzzy attributed relational graph (FARG) is presented. In this approach, optimum weight of each feature in feature vector is calculated using similarity rate between query image and relevant and irrelevant images in user feedback. The calculated weight is used to tune fuzzy graph matching algorithm as a modifier parameter in similarity measure. The standard deviation of the retrieved image features is applied to calculate the optimum weight. The proposed image retrieval system uses a FARG for representation of images, a fuzzy matching graph algorithm as similarity measure and a semantic classifier based on merging scheme for determination of the search space in image database. To evaluate relevance feedback approach in the proposed system, a standard X-ray image database consisting of 10000 images in 57 classes is used. The improvement of the evaluation parameters shows proficiency and efficiency of the proposed system. Manuscript profile

The theory of credit perception was first put forward by Allameh Tabataba'i and is an interactive epistemological realism based on the epistemology, according to which our cognition is refined and evolved in the face of external reality. The concept of credit perception is the result of the encounter of the symptom with the problem of the multiplication of perceptions, on the basis of which human perceptions are multiplied and, consequently, the nature of the moral propositions is explained, assuming in the initial understanding of the symptom reasoning for the validity of self-esteem and self-esteem. Subconsciously leads to normative relativism, Motahari's master confronts Allame's point of view while accepting the theory of credit by criticizing Allame's point of view and tries to prove the moral basis, and proposes a solution to the distinction between moral action and moral action. And I'm low on it Sun and the distinction between subjective and actual caliphate and current caliphate knows that, despite some criticisms, the reformist approach of Motahari may be helpful, while acknowledging that Allameh's pluralistic approach to the issue of ethics in credit perceptions is the way of dialogue. Holds it open to other cultures. In this study, while answering the question, what is Motahari's criticism of Allameh Tabatabai's ethics from the perspective of credit perceptions? Professor Motahari's view on ethics is also criticized from the perspective of credit perceptions. Manuscript profile

Alkali decomposition with NaOH is the most commonly used method for extraction of zirconium from zircon mineral. This process includes alkali fusion, water leaching and acid leaching steps. In this study, Taguchi method was utilized to find the optimum operational conditions of alkali decomposition process. The results showed that under the optimal conditions of NaOH/ZrSiO4 mole ratio of 6:1, NaOH concentration of 30% and fusion temperature of 650 °C, 98.6% of the initial zircon was decomposed, as no pick of ZrSiO4 was observed in the XRD pattern of the alkali fusion product. The conditions of water leaching step were investigated as well, and under the optimal conditions of, liquid–solid ratio of 5:1, leaching temperature of 30 °C and leaching three times, 96.2% of sodium and 77.9% of silica content in the alkali fusion product were removed. The crystal phase structures of ZrO2 and SiO2 were observed in the residual solid after heat treatment. In the acid leaching step, leaching with 4 mol/L sulfuric acid with liquid/solid ratio of 20 at temperature of 60 °C, resulted in 92.73% recovery of zirconium and the silica content in the acid leaching solution was obtained 31 ppm. Results of this research suggest the optimal operational conditions of the facile, low price and proper industrial method for recovery of zirconium from zircon mineral. Manuscript profile

Purpose: The present study aimed to predict latent marital aggression based on Machiavellianism, anti-socialism and narcissism with the mediating role of shame and rejection sensitivity in a group of Iranian women. Method: 307 married women of Tehran city were selected by voluntary sampling method and were answered to the Couples Relational Aggression and Victimization Scale (Nelson & Carroll, 2006), the Short Version of Dark Triad Personality Traits (Paulhus & Jones, 2014), The Test of Self-Conscious Affect (Tangney, 1996) and Rejection Sensitivity Questionnaire (Downey & Feldman, 1996) through an online survey. The research method was correlational, structural equation modeling type and the data was analyzed using SPSS version 26 and AMOS version 24 software. Findings: The findings of Pearson's correlation coefficient showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between Machiavellianism with rejection sensitivity, shame with the dimensions of latent marital aggression including love withdrawal and social sabotage, but there is no significant relationship between narcissistic personality and rejection sensitivity, shame, love withdrawal and social sabotage. Anti-socialism had a positive and significant relationship with rejection sensitivity, shame and social sabotage; but it was not related to love withdrawal. Also, there is a positive and significant relationship between rejection sensitivity and shame with love withdrawal and social sabotage. The findings of structural equation modeling showed that Machiavellianism, anti-socialism, rejection sensitivity and shame positively predict love withdrawal and social sabotage. Narcissism has no direct or indirect effect on love withdrawal and social sabotage. The findings provide a deeper understanding of the mediating role of rejection sensitivity and shame in the relationship between Machiavellianism and anti-socialism with love withdrawal and social sabotage among women Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that women's rejection sensitivity and shame in relation to dark triad personality traits of Machiavellian and antisocial personality are related to latent marital aggression.
