In this stage the system’s inputs arecomputed structural dimensions in first stage and its out put is theoretical structure. Since the entrepreneurship is a long time educational and training process, it requires educational planning in all levels especially at the universities. The main objective of this study was explaining the positon of entrepreneurship in organizational structure and employees’ vocational promotion. The research method was descriptive- correlation. The population of the research included 386 employees at kashan university. The sampling method was simple random one, through which 191 people were chosen as the sample size. To gather the data a questionnaire with two standard subscales (the organizational structure dimensions and entrepreneural organization structure diagnosis) were used. Using cronbach’s Alpha the reliabilities were 0.85 and 0.80 respectively. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the organizational structure levels (Formality, G, concentration) ang organizational entrepreneurship, and the variance analysis showed that there was not a statistically significant difference between the entrepreneurship mean scores among the university employees in comparison with their organizational structure levels, but considering the formality and concentration the obtained difference was significant. Analysis of organizational and ministerial regulations showed that the organizational entrepreneurship didn’t have any role in the job promotion of the employees. The organizational relation with formality was inversed. The higher the formality, the lesser would be the organizational entrepreneurship. It was concluded that the formality in the organization would effect the job promotion and increases the entrepreneurship. Manuscript profile

Supposing that senior management has formulated an appropriate organizational strategy in the light of environmental analysis and strategic direction of an organization, there is still a key question regarding its successful implementation. East Azerbaijan Broadcasting has spent a lot of money and time to formulate its organization strategies, but at the implementation stage has faced serious barriers, and its strategies have not been put into practice yet. A literature review and a number of interviews were used to identify twenty three key contingency factors that influence successful implementation of strategy among public sector organizations. A survey was administered to 223 employees in East Azerbaijan Broadcasting. The data were analyzed using factor analysis. The study only explores the perceptions of employees regarding critical success factors for strategy implementation. The results indicate that organizational structure, organizational culture, managerial control, empowered human resource, adequate financial resource, rewarding system, and vertical alignment of strategic levels are the key factors to address factors influencing strategy implementation. The model explains 59 percent of the variance in strategy implementation, which is a suitable model in this regard.   Manuscript profile

In order to collect data from the questionnaire and to test the conceptual model of the study, PLS was used, which is a variance-oriented structural equation modeling technique that provides the possibility of examining the theory and metrics simultaneously. Finally, 15 hypotheses were examined, which show the effect of reengineering the organizational structure on the productivity of the country's customs. Manuscript profile

In general, social and economic systems can be defined in terms of common sets of common expectations for each behavior. Therefore, accountability can be considered as a factor that connects the research and development system to industry. In this regard, after examining different models in the field of learning and innovation in society and research and development and accountability, a comprehensive new model that introduces important approaches in research and technology and organizational accountability including: managerial accountability, bureaucratic accountability Political and social accountability, market accountability and professional accountability have been extracted. In this research, acceptance of research and technology has been used as a new paradigm to make organizations more responsive to internal customers or employees. In this regard, after confirming the appropriateness and efficiency of the model by academic and gas industry experts (managers and experts), the main and secondary hypotheses in a field study using the gas industry data were tested and the results show that It is that the review of bureaucratic, economic, managerial criteria, market index, customer orientation and political, social approach and after reviewing through t-test, the coefficient of effectiveness of each of the indicators was measured and ranked. The basis of ranking, management index with a coefficient of 0.412 and bureaucracy with a coefficient of 0.571 in the acceptance status indicate that the research and development accountability model is successful and can be considered in policy and planning.
