The Relationship between Organizational Structure with Organizational Effectiveness and Empowerment of Employees in Different Regions of Ministry of Education in Shiraz

Abstract :
Abstract The aim of the present study was to explore the relationship between organizational structure, with organizational effectiveness, and the empowerment of the employees of the ministry of education in different regions of Shiraz city. The research method was descriptive and correlational. The population included staff members of four units of the education office in Shiraz, and employees of regions 1 and 4 were selected randomly from the population. To determine the sample, 141 subjects were selected through stratified random sampling. For data analysis, mean and standard deviation were used for descriptive statistics, and Pearson correlation for inferential statistics. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between organization structure and dimensions of organizational effectiveness. There was also a significant relationship between the organizational effectiveness and different dimensions of empowerment.
