Abstract :
In today's world, all aspects of the life of organizations have undergone change. Most scholars and writers believe that organizations have personality and position just like humans, and since managers are trying to maintain their organizations, they seek to it is possible to say that organizational culture is an important factor in achieving development through a strong excellence and privileged organizational culture as organizations with high and creative flexibility and moving towards Innovation and quality in superior competition. This research is a qualitative method that first investigates and analyzes cultural resources and then uses the structural modeling technique of its model to explore the metatantic method. The MICMAC method has been used to cluster cultural dimensions. The results showed that if the structural model of the research is observed, then the culture model has 7 main dimensions that are classified in 6 levels. The leveling shows that among the dimensions of organizational structure and mission with the highest penetration power and compatibility dimension And then creativity is the most dependent
