The purpose of this research was to design a model of knowledge management with educational innovation of sports boards of Alborz province. The research method is descriptive and correlation type, which was implemented in the field. The statistical population of this research was formed by officials, experts and lecturers of the coaching and refereeing courses of the training committees of sports boards of Alborz province (N=250) in 1402. Due to the small size of the population, the statistical sample was considered as a total number. In order to collect data, Sharon Lawson's knowledge management questionnaires (2003) and Nemati's educational performance questionnaires (2014) were used. In order to analyze the data, descriptive indices and Kolmogorov Smironov statistical tests, Pearson correlation coefficient, regression analysis and path analysis were used in SPSS and LISREL statistical software. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between knowledge management and the components of knowledge creation, knowledge evaluation, knowledge supply, knowledge distribution, knowledge application, and knowledge transfer with educational performance. Also, the knowledge distribution component is qualified to predict educational performance. On the other hand, the analysis of the path of the structural model of the research showed that knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on educational performance (T-Value=8.02, β=0.80). The general purpose of the current research was to test the communication model of the coach's humility, knowledge sharing and group diversity with the creativity of the Iranian premier volleyball league players. The research type was of a descriptive-correlation. The statistical population of this research was made up of all the players and coaches of 9 women's volleyball premier league teams. The sampling method was taken as a whole number (126 people). The coach's humility questionnaire, players' creativity, knowledge sharing, extroversion and openness questionnaire were used. Confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling were used to analyze the data. Also, SPSS software version 26 and Smart Pls software version 3 were used in this research. The results showed that there is no significant relationship between the humility of the coach and knowledge sharing among of the Iranian volleyball premier league players. In addition, a significant positive relationship was obtained between knowledge sharing and players' creativity. Knowledge sharing does not play a mediating role in the relationship between the coach's humility and the players' creativity. Also, openness had a significant moderating role in the relationship between the coach's humility and the knowledge sharing in of the Iranian premier volleyball league players, while the moderating role of extroversion was not significant in the relationship between the coach's humility and the knowledge sharing in the Iranian premier volleyball league players. The current research method was descriptive and correlation type, which was implemented in the field. The statistical population of the research is made up of all the best freestyle wrestlers of the youth, youth and adult age groups of Hamedan province in 1400. The statistical sample was equal to 120 people (top 3 categories in 10 weights). Considering that the statistical population was limited and small, the sampling method was considered as a total number. The measurement tools of the research were two questionnaires of Barton J.E. communication skills (1990) and sss success (2014), whose reliability was obtained using Cronbach's alpha method as 0.9 and 0.89, respectively. Data analysis was analyzed by spss software using descriptive methods such as frequency distribution, frequency percentage, mean and standard deviation and inferential methods such as Kolmogorov Smirnov test, Pearson correlation statistical test at significance level p<0.05 and F test. The results of the research show that the communication skills of coaches have a positive and significant effect on the success of wrestlers. Based on this, all three communication skills, i.e., effective listening skills, effective verbal skills, and positive feedback skills of coaches make wrestlers successful. According to the results of the research, the way of communication between the coach and the wrestler and the coach's effort to create an effective relationship with the wrestler is the reason for their success. Therefore, it is suggested that coaches pay more attention to communication skills with wrestlers in their work. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study was to design a model of factors affecting the promotion of tax culture in Iranian athletes and professional coaches. The research was conducted by a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods and in the framework of descriptive-survey research. The statistical population in the quantitative section was all athletes and coaches working in professional leagues in Iran. A total of 45 coaches and 363 athletes were selected( equal to 368) and in the qualitative section, there were 12 sports and tax experts. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire which was validated by exploratory factor analysis and its validity and reliability and the factors were ranked by Friedman test. Data analysis was performed using SPSS-19 and LISREL8.8.8 software. Findings showed that individual factors, intra-organizational factors, socialization factors and extra-organizational factors have a positive, direct and significant effect on promoting the tax culture in Iranian athletes and professional coaches and intra-organizational factors were ranked first. It can be said that focusing on components such as transparency in tax laws and taxpayers' awareness and familiarity with tax laws is effective in promoting tax culture.
