Factors affecting perfectionism in the field of professional sports in the country

Abstract :
AbstractThe purpose of the present study was to examine the factors influencing perfectionism in the field ofprofessional sports in the country. It was applied in terms of its nature and descriptive-exploratory analysis method in the survey method. Sampling was available in a targeted manner in the qualitativesection, and 10 experienced university professors were interviewed and it led to information saturation. The statistical sample in the quantitative section was determined by using Morgan's table of358 people. Data collection was done in the qualitative part by using qualitative interviews with elites and in the quantitative part by using a researcher-made questionnaire consisting of 34 questions in 4dimensions and a five-point Likert scale. Data analysis in the qualitative part using the interview analysis method and in the quantitative part using descriptive and inferential statistics methods and with the help of SPSS version 21 and AMOS software, it was examined and analyzed between the amount of positive andnegative perfectionism in professional athletes of different disciplines. There is a significant difference in the study. The results of the Friedman test showed that according to the average ratings, the variable of individual effective factors has the highest rating and the environmental, interpersonal andorganizational variables has the lowest rating among the variables. The findings showed that the model of perfectionism factors in managers, coaches and professional athletes of the country has Thefitwas favorable and the findings showed that there is no significant difference between the level ofperfectionism of managers, coaches and professional athletes in the country
