Qur'an is a book that requires contemplation, and certainly the wise people have the most contribution. The Greek word "philosophy" has been translated into the word "wisdom" in ancient logical texts translated from Greek into Arabic, and the Arab has used the "philosophy" synonymously with "wisdom". Knowing things in the best way is called "wisdom". In this research, with a descriptive-analytical approach and relying on verses and hadiths, we achieved the following conclusions: The semantics of the word wisdom includes three dimensions of companion words, substitute words and opposite words. From the concepts mentioned in the verses with this word, the word wisdom can be known more comprehensively. Words such as goodness, thank and verbs such as Ita, education, etc. Substitute words refer to words that have a similar style to wisdom, such as intellect, Zi Hajar, Labb and thought. The word that is the opposite of wisdom is ignorance, and the knowledge of ignorance has a tremendous effect in achieving the premise of wisdom. Manuscript profile

Mahmood Muhammad Al- mousavi known as Mahmood Manaf is one of the anonymous poets in the world of Arab literature today. In addition to his poetic language, he is famous for his poetic genius out of which he gained invaluable experiences. They give value to the generations with the framework of linguistic elements, aiming at accomplishing perfection. Employing descriptive-analytic research method, the present study seeks to investigate one of his doctrinal poems named " major debate" based on Roman Jacobson's theory. Jacobson presents six language functions within his communicative theory: motivating, emotive, poetic, uniting (or possessive), symbolic and metalingual. The study also, relying on three stylistic levels, namely intellectual, literal and linguistic, investigates his poetic functions with a view on emotive, poetic and motivating functions. One of the findings of the study indicates that the poet is honest in his enthusiasm since he uses complete ballade which is one the most comprehensive ballades; he uses that in order to highlight simple and unsophisticated emotions such as rage, joy and pride. Likewise, another conclusion is that the proportion of voiced letters is more than that of voiceless ones, which is in concordance with the general atmosphere of the poem because it shows the severity of his anger at the Umayyad’s policy. In all these matters, we see emotive and motivating functions as an outstanding role. The conclusion reached at out of the stylistic investigation of imagery and its function in this ballade is that Mahmud Manaf employs simile and metaphor . Manuscript profile

Color has an undeniable role in Persian literature. Every color has its own special effect, and each effect from a special color creates the special mental state. In the extent of non-verbal communications, poets and authors have done effective works by their emotional and sometimes rational conceptions to clarify the unknown secrets of color. The findings of this research analyzing the rhetorical and literary language of color in non-verbal communications in the poetry of Roudaki and Manouchehri, shows that colors in these poets' poetry are their second and communicative language. These two poets, as great naturalist poets of Khorasani style like other poets of this style, have extremely used the various range of colors and their language to create the words, themes, interpretations, and literary and artistic images by inspiration of the colorfulness of chromatic nature to transfer and excite their thoughts and inner messages in the world of non-verbal communications. The colors like red, black, white, and yellow have high frequency rather than other colors. Happiness has been portrayed by the red and green colors, and dark colors like black has been their communicative language in sadness and sorrowfulness. In addition, they have selected the white color to express the purity, and dark colors to show their disappointment Manuscript profile

Information and Communication Technology(ICT) is an inter-disciplinary expertise domain that is used to establish long-distance connections, to make information accessible and to avoid its accumulation and monopoly(Sharify, 1383). In the high-tech era, the sustainable wealth of a nation is its skilled and creative human resource. The advancement of any society depends on its intellectuals(David Elson,1377). Since human resources are more affected by ICT and media, it is obvious that the countries which manage to provide themselves with advanced human resources will make their wealth sustainable and lasting|(Karam Pur, 1382). Education, which is up-to-date, is the key to have skilled and innovative human resource(David Elson,1377). Today, the use of high-tech to facilitate learning and its effect on educational achievement of students has been emphasized in higher education(Pur Jamshidy). The present research studies the effect of introducing Information and Communication Technology(ICT) on the educational development of the students of psychology at Islamic Azad University, Roodhen Branch.  160 students participated in the research. A researcher-made questionnaire was used and the results were analyzed using SPSS to determine the effect of familiarity(low-high) with ICT and sex on educational achievement of both make and female students. Factor analysis, independent-group t-test, and ANOVA techniques were employed. It was determined that sex did not have any effect on educational achievement. The present research offers an optimum model of managers' effectiveness based on the fuzzy sets theory. In this research based on Lotanz theoretical framework, four kinds of activities including grillwork activities, communications, management of human resources, and traditional management have been defined for the managers, and the offered model is indeed the optimum proportion of these activities, which maximizes the managers' effectiveness rate. The statistical population consists of all the skilled managers working in East Azarbaijan Governor General office with at least four years of managerial experience. Because of the limited number of the managers, all the 17 managers have been chosen as research sample. For data collection, a questionnaire was used, and, ultimately, the optimum model was obtained. The results showed that if the largest amount of managers' resources is used in human resources activities (53.5%), communications (28.5%), traditional management (10.5%), and networking (7.5%), the maximum rate of effectiveness (61.9%) can be obtained for the managers. Today, information and communication technology has extensive effects on economic and social variables at the micro and macro level, among which what is most important is its impact on economic growth and the issue of employment and unemployment. The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of selected indicators of information and communication technology (FAVA) on the economic growth and unemployment of MENA countries. For this purpose, this research is specified and estimated based on the econometric model in the framework of panel data using fixed effects (FE) and the FGLS model for the years 2000 to 2019. The findings show that the variables of Internet penetration rate and mobile phone SIM card subscription rate have a significant positive effect on the economic growth and increase in the real per capita income of MENA countries, and on the other hand, they have a negative and significant effect on the unemployment rate of these countries; The fixed internet (and fixed telephone) subscription rate variable does not have a significant effect on the economic growth and unemployment rate of these countries. Also, according to the results, economic growth has a negative and significant effect on the unemployment rate, and Okan's law is true in these countries. Although the coefficient of calculation in this research is less than the value of Okan's calculation and this indicates the importance that the growth of GDP in MENA countries is less job-creating, which can be due to the fact that the economic growth of these countries is due to oil and natural resources. knew Therefore, it is necessary to increase the penetration rate of the Internet among the citizens of the MENA region, international institutions (World Bank, United Nations, etc.) should support the weak countries of the MENA region by granting free and low-interest loans in order to expand ICT. Because it reduces the exchange cost and has many positive external effects. Manuscript profile

In this paper, there are three novel bandpass filters (BPFs), consist of single- and dual-band, presented in a same size, which all the filters, have been designed, optimized and finally fabricated and measured, based on a primary structure and using planar microstrip technology. Each of the generated passbands, is resonated by the use of one of the two existing types of resonator structures. The larger resonators, as main-structures of the filter with a stepped-impedance features, by appling 0°-feed structure and electrical coupling in-between, create the first passband at 0.9 GHz. The smaller resonators as sub-structures, with dual-spiral topology, are in the same size and uniform-impedance, and with symmetrical feeding and internal coupling, are embedded in the main-structures to generate and control the higher passband at 1.8GHz. The existence of a cross-coupling between the sub-structures, suppresses any harmonics in the stop-band and generates additional transmission zeros on both sides of the upper passband. Overal dimensions of the innovative filters with a miniaturizing approach, are reduced from 0.163λg*0.09λg to 0.092λg*0.08λg in terms of the guided wavelength, which is the most compacted structure compared with other filters. According to 0.7 dB and 0.5 dB, the obtained insertion losses of the first and second passbands of the dual-band BPF respectively, the lowest losses have been achieved, compared with other examined dual-band BPFs. Finally three prototypes for global systems for mobile communication, were fabricated and measured. A good agreement between the measured and simulated results indicates realizing the goals and ingenious methods of this design. Manuscript profile

Recently, much attention has been paid to Vehicular Ad hoc Network (VANET). VANETs address direct communication between vehicle-to-vehicle and vehicles to roadside units (RSUs). They are similar to the Mobile and Ad hoc Networks (MANET) in their rapid and dynamic network topology changes due to the fast motion of nodes. High mobility of nodes and network resources limitations have made the routing, one of the most important challenges in VANET researches. Therefore, guaranteeing a stable and reliable routing algorithm over VANET is one of the main steps to realize an effective vehicular communications. In this paper, a two-step AODV-based routing protocol is proposed for VANET networks. At first, node-grouping is done using their mobility information such as speed and movement direction. If the first step cannot respond efficiently, the algorithm enters the second step which uses link expiration time (LET) information in the formation of the groups. The goal of the proposed protocol is increasing the stability of routing algorithm by selecting long-lived routes and decreasing link breakages. The comparison of proposed algorithm with AODV and DSR protocols is performed via the Network Simulator NS-2. It is shown that the proposed algorithm increases the delivery ratio and also decreases the routing control overhead. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this article is to study and classify certain linesfrom Moulana’s poetry in particular from MasnaviManavi which has bearing on the movements, states, and signs and also to study Moulana’s perspective regarding the manner by which the message is conveyed through these movements.Accordingly, Koranic tales and poetry of other poets relevant to the subject have been employed.    Since a great deal of human communication is concerned with the body language, and there is a close relationship between the human soul with the  subconscious movements and signs emanating from the person makes body language a more sinceremeans of communication, hence Moulana’s attention to this form of communication is analyzed.  The conclusion proves that Moulana finds body language a more sincere mode of expression than verbal communication.
