The essential components of open government data model design in the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology of Iran

Abstract :

Many experts consider the main competition in today's world to be the competition for access to more data and information. With the expansion of the need and dependence on data, governments gradually moved from data management in order to protect their own interests to data management in order to expand the interests of the majority. This led to the creation of a concept called Open Government Data. Creating a suitable model for the expansion of the open data government model is considered the most important issue related to the new trend. The topics raised in this article are mostly focused on what components should be considered in creating and expanding the open government data model in government departments and organizations. In this article, which is coded through specialized interviews with more than fifteen specialists in the fields of IT, project management and executive management, all of whom work in the departments of the Ministry of Communications or its provincial offices and organizations. have been prepared and compiled, the necessary components in the design of the open government data model in the Ministry of Communications as a provider of the necessary technical platforms in the open government data model in other ministries and government organizations, in three separate sections of management components , infrastructure and rights have been introduced.
