While many universities in different countries strive to attract international students, only certain universities succeed. Iranian universities have not had much success in this field, despite the emphasis being placed on foreign students' programs in the Islamic Republic of Iran. This dissertation highlights the key factors behind the success of the country's universities. A study of the records shows that universities in countries with specific brand structure have a greater chance of attracting international students. Of course, the impact of those universities on education and research cannot be taken into account. With these considerations in mind, this paper examines the impact of government structure, brand and academic status on the attraction of international students. For this purpose, referring to the statistics and information of 23 countries that are more or less in the geographical area of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which have some features in common with our country, ranking their universities (of course in terms of country statistics) and Using the partial least squares method, the general attraction model of international students is designed. Therefore, the model confirms the effect of government structure and national brand along with the ability of universities to attract foreign students. Manuscript profile

Among the physical-visual factors affecting the wayfinding process, we can mention the key elements, route guides, tourist attractions, access to facilities and services. Signs are one of the main tools for directing tourists in urban areas. Physical factors and the pattern of the network of passages in the tissue in familiar environments increase tourists' satisfaction with the wayfinding process. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effective factors on increasing the satisfaction of tourists the wayfinding process. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and survey nature and is based on quantitative method. Field observations and a questionnaire were used to collect data. Rumi and Ibn Farid – two great poets and mystics of seventh century – believe that the eternal life means perdition in love and the highest status of honor is the degree of survival after extinction; since love is one of the divine attributes and the commencement of human creation and is in all bits of the universe. This love actually implies "absolute existence" and whenever the veil is removed and the only essence is manifested in him, any description is his description and any shape and form will be loved by him. Because the way of the unity requires the unity of the heart and wherever unity prevails there will be no meaning for any other sense. Rumi has made love his as his method of behavior, as Ibn Farid has put it at the heart of his work, step by step by mystical authorities. Love is the light of life in which all desires lie. And releases wayfarer from all shackles and make them mortal in this path. The law of attraction is the belief that by focusing on positive or negative thoughts and ideas, whatever you think will be achieved. The law of attraction is a universal law that says that after setting a goal and accelerating the effort to achieve it, one should constantly align one's thoughts, actions and feelings with the desired goal and purpose. We absorb everything we often think about, good or bad. Rumi, centuries before talking about the law of attraction as one of the most successful universal laws and in harmony with the universe in order to achieve the desired goal, consciously and consciously understood many of these laws and this law in full Accuracy has been introduced and applied in a practical and applied way; Throughout Rumi's Masnavi is the presentation of universal laws, each of which encompasses some form of law of attraction. This article discusses the effect of thought and the laws governing it in a descriptive-analytical manner and based on library and document research data, then discusses the examples of this universal law in Rumi's ideas, especially Masnavi. The results and findings of the research indicate that Rumi paid special attention to this law in addition to his mystical thoughts and ideas long before the law of absorption was introduced in psychology and modern philosophy. In Masnavi, Rumi refers to the law of attraction as "common value" and "this identity"; it is so common to find something we think about. Manuscript profile

Abstract This article tries to explore the main causes of emigration of Iranian educated specialists from Iran from the view point of shortage of research and educational facilities and problems related to them with focus on 2001 decade (1380-1390 Iranian years). Main part of educational and research institutions are financed and managed by state planning and budget. That is where the government is involved in society and political economy area. On the other hand the factors that attract educated elite of different countries can be seen in world political economy. The aim of the present article is proper understanding of the factors pertaining to the structure of education and research in Iran and the way the weaknesses of this structure affects the intensification of emigration of best educated and specialist to abroad. For this allocation of budget in educational and research fields are examined within the framework of attraction and repulsion theory and the attractive and repulsive factors are identified which creates the potential condition for emigration of the elite to abroad. The finding of the study shows that factor like lack of economic support which includes little investment in educational and research sector are the factors that accelerate emigration of the elite. These factors can be seen in several indexes like the ratio of research budget to gross domestic product of the country, the ratio of active researcher to the population of the country and allocation of research of budget by private and public sector. On the other hand in the developed countries in the above said indexes ample facilities are provided which act as an attractive factor for absorbing educated specialists and elite. The above factors are among the most important economic factors of emigration of scientific elite to abroad in 2001 decade (1380-1390 Iranian years).
