Peer-review process is used to assess the quality of scientific work unbiasedly. This system which is considered as a benefit to journals can guarantee validity, reliability and originality of scientific papers. Although this process might take longer, it is very essential for scholarly and academic publication.
The articles will be checked to see how much they match up with other published manuscripts. Reviewers are asked to report any faults or plagiarism cases in manuscripts.
The standard maximum length of reviewing process in this journal is 24 weeks and the minimum period is about 12 weeks (about 85% of articles published). It is essential to notify that in a few cases, this period might get longer or sometimes even shorter due to different reasons including quick or late authors or reviewers’ feedback, cancellation of reviewing process, inappropriate responses of authors to comments or proofreading and journal guidelines, misconceptions in the submission process, etc.
