Note: The necessary files, which authors must submit, are:
- Title page 2.Main Manuscript 3. Copyright form. 4. Plagiarism Checking Report by iThenticate/ Turnitin
Lack of one of the above-required files will lead to the rejection of the submission
The number of words in the body of the manuscript must be approximately between 6000 and 9000 and the number of references must NOT exceed 35 references. Persian authors CAN submit the Persian titles and abstracts of their articles
Authors MUST use popular and professional software such as Mendeley, Endnote, etc. to correctly and conveniently organize references and citations.
The manuscripts, that do not adhere to the guide for authors, will not be sent for the reviewing process.
Note: The authors are not allowed to make any changes in their personal information, affiliations, and order of authors after the articles are accepted for publication. Therefore, we highly recommend authors fill the authors' information with careful attention.
Copyright form
The copyright form must be downloaded, signed by all authors, and uploaded to the system. Here
Authors MUST submit the plagiarism report checked by a reliable engine such as iThenticate and Turnitin as a Plagiarism Checking Report by iThenticate/ Turnitin. Manuscripts with more than 20% overall similarity will be rejected. The plagiarism report can be attached in a separate file entitled" attached file"
The plagiarism detection result must be directly sent to the journal office via: journal.relp@gmail.com
Proofread Articles
Proofread articles of authors will be sent to the corresponding author or the first author. Authors should check the proofread article carefully and return it within 48 hours of receipt. Late corrections will not be taken into consideration. Considering the financial sources and the journal budget, articles will be published twice a year.

در مقالات نویسندگان ایرانی، نویسنده مسئول بهتر است از اعضای هیات علمی انتخاب شود. در صورتی که مقاله از طرف سازمان و یا آموزشگاه و هر نهاد دیگری ارسال می گردد اکیدا توصیه می شود ایمیل نویسنده مسئول نماینگر نهاد مربوطه و یا همان ایمیل سازمانی باشد. دانشجویان ارشد و دکتری و یا افراد صاحب طرح های پژوهشی می بایست پیش ارسال مقاله از نحوه ی نگارش نشانی و ترتیب نویسنده ها از طریق مراجعه به دانشگاه محل تحصیل اطمینان حاصل نمایند.
Article Processing Charge (APC)
Research in English language pedagogy was open access journal for both readers and authors; however, since this journal is funded by a non-profit organization and considering the enhanced submissions leading to the increase of journal costs, the publisher and editorial board decided to assign a small amount publication fee to authors whose paper will be accepted for publishing. It is worth mentioning that the editorial board tried its best to keep this amount at a minimum. This small amount of fee will be spent in different parts of the publication process including proofreading, layout, and page designing. So, the publication fee for authors is about 13$ (Equal to 5 Million IR Rial). They are obliged to pay it after acceptance of their paper. Non-Persian authors, who are not able to transfer money due to limitations in the bank system exchange, are excluded. The journal is still open access for readers.
