Open access policy
Definition of Open Access Publication from Bethesda Statement on Open Access Publishing: An Open Access Publication is one that meets the following two conditions:
- The author(s) and the copyright holder(s) grant(s) to all users a free, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual right of access to, and a license to copy, use, distribute, transmit and display the work publicly and to make and distribute derivative works, in any digital medium for any responsible purpose, subject to proper attribution of authorship [2], as well as the right to make small numbers of printed copies for their personal use.
- A complete version of the work and all supplemental materials, including a copy of the permission as stated above, in a suitable standard electronic format is deposited immediately upon initial publication in at least one online repository that is supported by an academic institution, scholarly society, government agency, or other well-established organization that seeks to enable open access, unrestricted distribution, interoperability, and long-term archiving (for the biomedical sciences, PubMed Central is such a repository).
All articles published in International Journal of Foreign Language Teaching and Research are fully open access: immediately freely available to read, download and share. Articles are published under the terms of a Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) which permits:
Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format
Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material
Under the following terms:
Attribution — You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.
NonCommercial — You may not use the material for commercial purposes.
ShareAlike — If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you must distribute your contributions under the same license as the original.
No additional restrictions — You may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the license permits.
Copy right policy
- The Authors transfer copyright to the International Journal of Foreign Language Teaching and Research (IJFTR) granted the right to publish, promote and distribute.
- The Author grants and assigns to the International Journal of Foreign Language Teaching and Research (IJFLTR) all rights in and to the Author’s work in and contributions to the Work.
The author(s), reserve the following rights:
- All proprietary rights other than copyrights, such as patent rights,
- The right to use all or part of this article, including tables and figures in future works of their own, provided that the proper acknowledgment is made to the Publisher as copyright holder, and
- The right to make copies of this article for his/her own use, but not for sale.
Publication fees
All articles published in the International Journal of Foreign Language Teaching and Research are open-access and freely available online, immediately upon publication. This is made possible by an article-processing charge (APC) that covers the range of publishing services we provide. This includes the provision of online tools for editors and authors, article production and hosting, liaison with abstracting and indexing services, and customer services. Therefore, publishing an article in the Journal requires a review fee of 5000000 IR Rials and a publication fee, of 10000000 IR Rials, which will be billed to the corresponding author before the review and after acceptance of an article for publication.

International Journal of Foreign Language Teaching and Research (IJFLTR) is a scholarly, peer-reviewed open-access journal published by Islamic Azad University, Najafabad Branch, Iran. This journal welcomes novel locally-and globally-oriented original and unpublished research covering all areas of foreign language teaching and learning with special attention to topics focusing on issues and problems in TEFL. The editorial board, committed to constantly accompanying this publication, declares that the journal will maintain high academic standards. Each manuscript will be first checked for scope appropriateness by the editors, and then sent to at least three reviewers for evaluation.
IJFLTR is an Open Access journal. Users have the right to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles under the following conditions: Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).
