Control and reduction in environmental pollutants are of a great importance in all countries. In this paper, pollutant gases in the cement industry are analyzed and then prioritized for purposes of control and filtration based on DEA models. Two new radial and non-radial DEA models are proposed to prioritize reduction in total costs and in the effects of pollutant gases. Then, another non-radial model is provided for prioritizing reduction in costs and in the effects of pollutant gases. This prioritization is carried out using free disposal hull (FDH) and central resource allocation (CRA) models considering the types of disease caused by the pollutant gases and the medical treatment costs incurred. Finally, the results of the prioritization of Fars cement industry pollutant gases by all three proposed models are compared with those given by Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method and by FDH models.

This paper proposes a new method based on the ideal input vector to estimate inputs of a given decision making unit (DMU) when some or all of its outputs are increased to maintain its current efficiency level. In other words, this paper studied the following question: How much would be the increase in the inputs of the DMU if the decision maker increases certain outputs to a particular unit in which the DMU maintains its current efficiency level? In this study, unlike other proposed methods, the above question was addressed using just the single-objective linear programming (LP) problems. The problem of estimation of inputs was investigated based on the non-radial models. Necessary and sufficient conditions are proposed for estimation of inputs using just the single-objective LP problems. In addition, the level of deficiency (if any exists) in each of the output components is specified. An example with real data is presented to illustrate our proposed method.

Resource allocation has always been one of the main challenges in the design of wireless cellular networks. Suitable resource allocation, more specifically that includes suitable base station selection and bandwidth allocation can play an effective role in interference mitigation and users’ quality of service requirement satisfaction. In this paper, a game theoretic approach is proposed to solve the BS selection problem in two-tier wireless femtocell networks. We formulate the competitive behavior of users as evolutionary game theory. We calculate the probability of a user choosing a BS, compute the cell load of each BS, and analyze the demand rejection probability of the user associated with the BS. The proposed approach maximizes network throughput as well as meeting the QoS requirements of the users. Finally, we propose a decentralized learning algorithm based on EXP3 algorithm to achieve the evolutionary equilibrium as the solution of the game. Simulation results show that the proposed approach achieves a desirable performance and guarantees users’ QoS requirements.

Project-oriented organizations are one of the emerging organizational forms that are formed around projects and teams. These organizations have dynamic boundaries and fields of works, in which the number and size of projects of the organization are constantly changing. In this regard, the managers of these organizations are always faced with the issue of choosing the higher economic justification projects for their organizations, as well as, resource management (including resource leveling and resources allocation) for the selected projects. In this research, a mathematical model of renewable and non-renewable resource management for self-financing project-oriented organizations is presented. This means that financing of the selected projects within the organization is limited to the initial capital and the incomes of the completed projects. In this regard, the project portfolio theory is used to solve the problem of the selection and scheduling of the projects within the project-oriented organization considering the limitation of renewable and non-renewable resources, the existence of a prerequisite relationship between project activities, the time value of capital for financial resources and finally the application of reinvestment strategy. The multi-objective function maximizes the net present value of the investment as well as minimizes the amount of the idle renewable resources. The modeling is a mixed integer programming and after linearization of the model, the LP-metric method is used to solve the multi-objective function, and finally the results are examined on a numerical example.

In this paper, we study relay-assisted underlay D2D communication operating at millimeter-wave (mmWave) band in which half-duplex/full-duplex relays may assist D2D users to improve transmission quality. Our aim is to jointly select D2D transmission mode, assign cellular resource blocks to D2D users and control the powers of users in order to maximize the aggregate data rate of the D2D users and cellular network. We focus on the main features of mmWave communication including larger bandwidth, directive antenna arrays at BS and users, and more severe path loss and shadowing. As the optimization problem is mixed-integer-non-linear programming, two heuristic algorithms are proposed, assuming full Channel Side Information (CSI) and limited CSI at Base Station, respectively. Simulation results show the superiority of utilizing FD relays over HD relays and direct transmission, especially for non-line-of-sight links, which is the dominant propagation mechanism in mmWave band. The limited CSI algorithm has considerably lower complexity. Moreover, when the number of resource blocks far exceeds the number of D2D users, the gap between full CSI and limited CSI algorithms vanishes.

Millimeter wave (mW) communication is one of the key enabling technologies for meeting the vast data demand growth and bandwith scarcity. The mmWave band offers higher bandwidth compare with those presently used in commercial wireless systems, which resuls in higher achievable capacity. To improve the user experience in the 5G communication, it is proposed to utilize the composition of microwave (μW) and millimeter wave networks. On the other hand, an ultra-dense network (UDN) has been envisioned as a promising network paradigm for spectrum efficiency enhancement. In this paper, the cellular network using TDD duplexing, consists of both mW and μW base stations. BSs and users are distributed in both indoor and outdoor environments with Poisson point distribution. Our aim is to calculate the spectral efficiency for both mW and μW sysyems, based on the base stations and users distribution. Moreover, the effect of BS density on spectral efficiency is evaluated. Finally, the problem of maximizing the downlink rate is formulated and solved as a linear optimization problem so that the minimum uplink rate is guaranted. The simulation results show that by servicing both mW and μW simultaneously on uplink and downlink, high spectral efficiency can be achieved and with the help of optimal resources allocation, the network’s perfomance is improved about 3dB.

This paper allocates subcarriers and power to each OFDMA user to minimize total user data rates due to overall power constraints, bit error rates, and proportionality between user data rates. Here we propose a non-duplicate method that makes our user rate possible by releasing severe fit constraints. This method is less complex than existing methods and gives us more user data simulation. In this article, by developing a subcarrier allocation scheme that makes the power allocation problem linear and expresses the approximate proportionality of the data, it extends the power allocation problem to a solution for simultaneous linear equations and simulates the results of the allocation algorithm. The proposed achieves an overall capacity that is less inconsistent than the previous method and significantly reduces computations while achieving acceptable data fit.

Institutions of higher education (both public and private) are among the most important institutions of a country. Several economic factors have forced them to embark on improving the cost-effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of their activities and the quality of their products (outputs) is strongly expected. Such issues have lead universities to focus on profit-making activities and commercialization like manufacturing industries. This inclination is grounded in the fact that manufacturing industries that work under an efficient management system can produce very high-quality products. In fact, there is no such a model for academic contexts. Therefore, this paper is aimed at offering such a model. The coefficients and constants used in this model have all been extracted based on analyzing research and educational aspects of the University. The proposed model is an integer linear Goal programming model which has 36 decision variables that are broken down into two classes of university sources variables (15) and university products variables. The model also includes 49 Goals, 7 structural constraints, and 20 integer variables. At the end of the paper, the current situation is compared with the recommended one and it shows that many of the variables are suboptimal except variables of research and educational officials ( ), graduate ( ) and Ph.D. ( ) night course students number. The comprehensiveness of this model enables managers to plan the smallest research and educational activities and its solutions can be used by managers as applied guidelines.

The aim of this paper is to model allocation of resources based on a stochastic dynamic optimization model in the banking system of Iran. To this end, using the bank level data by the Euler-Marviam simulation method, simulation of resource allocation model and optimal allocation time Resources were obtained numerically over the course of the 24-month period. The results showed that important variables such as expected rate of profit, profit risk and fluctuation of each type of facility have a significant impact on their share. Also, the findings show that whatever the expected profit of the facility increases and the risk and fluctuation of it decreases, it will account for more share of the various types of facilities. Based on the results, the specialized entry of banks to participatory facilities and increase their share is proposed to increase profitability.

Abstract – Joint bit allocation, relay selection and subcarrier assignment are critical for achieving full benefits of OFDM-based cooperative relay networks. In this paper, first such a problem is studied in a dual hop OFDMA cooperative network consisting in multi source nodes, multiple decode-and-forward (DF) relays and a single destination node. The aim is to minimize overall transmission power under the bit-error-rate (BER) and data rate constraints. However, the optimal solution to the optimization problem is computationally complex to obtain and may be unfair. Assuming knowledge of the instantaneous channel gains for all links in the entire network, an iterative three-step resource allocation algorithm with low complexity is proposed. It performs the privileged user selection based on fairness criterion first, and then allocates subcarrier-relay with the given constraints. Finally, power and bit are assigned to the selected subcarriers based on the water-filling algorithm. In order to guarantee the fairness of users, several fairness criteria are also proposed to provide attractive trade-offs between network performance (i.e. overall transmission power, average network lifetime and average outage probability) and fairness to all users. Numerical studies are conducted to evaluate the performance of the proposed algorithm in two practical scenarios. Simulation results show that the proposed allocation algorithm achieves an efficient trade-off between network performance and fairness among users.

This paper proposes a centralized network data envelopment analysis model that combines the centralized data envelopment analysis model with possibility of downsizing and two-stage network data envelopment analysis. In the proposed model, this paper also considers the situation in which shared inputs are jointly consumed in each stage. We also assume some outputs can be produced by the first and second stages by using separate inputs. The proposed model is illustrated in an empirical example of twenty sale representatives in two provinces of Golestan and Mazandaran. The results provide valuable information for the centralized decision-maker on how to reallocate resources among the units.

The study of cultural and social changes and developments in different societies is of fundamental importance because as a result of the study of these changes, the direction and trend of changes and the type of new cultural and social relations of societies are determined. The purpose of this study is the evolution of social justice in the allocation of resources to national championship sports. The research method is descriptive-analytical-comparative survey. A total of 252 people, including the presidents, experts and executives of the country's sports federations, answered the standard questionnaire (Mahoni and Petrosco, 2007). Analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) was used to test the hypotheses and Friedman test to prioritize the principles of resource distribution in national championship sports. Confirmatory factor analysis using LISREL software was used to present the model. The results showed that from the point of view of sports federations, the need for greater international success, equality based on Olympic medals and the need for lack of resources are the most important principles of distribution. . social justice, resource allocation, championship sports

This study attempted to investigate the allocation of resources in Iranian banks from the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence and existing banking laws through a descriptive and analytical method by referring to the relevant reference books and taking notes from the relevant articles and dissertations. The findings of the study indicate that the mere approval of the law on usury (interest)-free banking operations (approved in 1983) in Iran and its approval by the Guardian Council is not tantamount to the approval of Islamic jurisprudence of the establishment of usury (interest)-free banking system in Iran, but the establishment of such a system in the operational sectors, especially in the sector providing facilities in the country's banks, requires the compliance of the banking system with Islamic jurisprudence and jurisprudential rules. The author concludes that there are jurisprudential and legal problems in the current process of applying the law on usury (interest)-free banking operations to contracts and facility agreements of banks, which in practice guides the course of the country's banking system to what is used in usurious banking. Further, the harms such as usury, tricks of usury, colorable transaction, fictitious contracts, lack of supervision of banks on correct use of facilities and lack of knowledge and information of the customers and even many officials and employees of banks about banking contracts, etc., prevent the application of the aforementioned law to the country's banking operations and establishment of optimal methods of allocation and distribution of bank resources at various levels of society and economic prosperity. Accordingly, the author, inspired by the idees of the experts of banking jurisprudence, has sought to eliminate the listed harms by proposing the compliance of existing contracts with jurisprudential rules and the use of new contracts by the banks for resource allocation.

Abstract
The aim of this study was to investigate the characteristics of the accounting process for outsourcing decisions in cloud accounting. Cloud accounting information systems provide extensive and comprehensive network access per use; Compared to traditional accounting systems, they provide better opportunities for scale, better access to the software and hardware in question, greater control, and the potential for better collaboration with supply chain partners. The main outsourcing mechanism allows business groups to split into smaller processes and cross organizational or geographical boundaries, making processes more outsourced and improving flexibility in organizing process delivery, reducing Costs and focus on the core processes of the company. The statistical population of the study includes 384 members of the Accounting and Auditing Association in 2021. The content method, convergent and divergent, was used to assess the validity of the questionnaire, and the structural equation method by LISREL software was used to test the accuracy of the theoretical model of the research and to calculate the impact coefficients. The results showed that process repetition, expert workforce, information intensity and customer contact need have a positive and significant effect on cloud accounting users, and uncertainty has a negative and significant effect on cloud accounting users.
