Background-Today, politics has become a basic skill for managers and is considered as an important factor in management effectiveness. Hence, increasing such a skill is necessary to achieve the desired results. Purpose-The purpose of the research is to analyze the evolutions and factors associated with the political skills of managers in the public sector. Method-This is a descriptive-correlational study that has been done by survey method. Data were collected from a sample of 345 ministry directors by cluster sampling. Samples were randomly selected from the provinces of Guilan, Tehran, Mazandaran, Khorasanzarzavi and Kerman. The data gathering tool was a questionnaire and its validity was confirmed by using expert opinion and by using an analytical method. According to factor coefficients of the variables estimated above 0.4, validity was confirmed. The reliability of the instrument was also confirmed through the Cronbach alpha coefficient. Structural equation modeling and Amos software were used to analyze the data. Results-The results of the research model showed that the components of individual factors (except narcissism), Job factors(except occupational feedback), organizational factors(except organization's focus and size) and factors of environmental factors predict the managers' political skills, and all components have a positive and significant relationship Have a political skill other than the official variable, which has a negative and inverse relationship with political skill. Also, according to Friedman test results, it can be said that among the predictors of job variables, the most positive relationship is with the managers' political skills and the individual, environmental and organizational factors are respectively in the second, third and fourth grades respectively. Conclusions-The findings of the research show that managers, by strengthening some of the factors related to political skill, can take steps to increase their political skills in the organization Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study was to identify the internal and external factors associated with the implementation of the organization's policies. It was an applied-descriptive study conducted through a survey method using a questionnaire. For the purpose of this study, after reviewing the literature and theoretical foundations, we tried to identify the most important internal and external factors affecting optimal policy implementation. Therefore, seven factors and their indices were selected based on frequency and importance. In the form of seven hypotheses, the relationship between these factors and optimized policy implementation was evaluated. The statistical population included 120 employees of the Department of Natural Resources and Watershed Management of Khorasan Razavi province. The sample size was calculated using the Morgan formula to be 92 people. Regarding the fact that the policy implementation had an abnormal distribution, the nonparametric single t-test was used to test the hypotheses. The results indicated a positive and significant relationship between all internal and external organizational factors identified by optimal policy implementation in the organization. Today, meritocracy, as well as employing efficient work forces, is one of the main principles and success factors of organizations for moving towards dynamism and evolution. It, on the one hand, is the requirement and success key of reformations and a condition of survival and durability of political systems and, on the other hand, is one of the basic elements of empowerment of governments, knowledge promotion and management proficiency of every country. The present study, which aims to present a meritocracy system promotion model for govermental organizations of Iran, has been conducted by a descriptive-survey method using questionnaires and semi-structured interview among managers and staff of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education. After studying theoretical fundamentals and getting acquainted with meritocracy subject, we prepared an open questionnaire in order to recognize government organizations with regard to meritocracy system situation and to identify its effective factors. The results of the conducted theme analysis with the obtained answers led to the formation of the conceptual model. In the next step, the second questionnaire was designed in order to extract relations among the variables, determine weight coefficients of indexes, and present the research model. After confirming the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, it was distributed among 54 experts who were chosen under certain conditions and through a judgmental method. The results were analyzed based on decision making structure with multiple criteria and lexicographic model. The results indicated that in organizations with a competitive strategy, partnership leadership style, responsive organizational culture, organizational goal of human resource management system, and a semi-centralized decision making method, a more ideal background is provided for the promotion of meritocracy system. Also, organizations that involve participation in the formulation of values and norms, accept meritocracy in public opinion, consider competence as the main standard for the selection of people and dictate employment terms with an equal opportunity will provide a better background for the promotion of meritocracy system. By the challenge growing in auditing, audit institutions realized the importance of giving their services with the best quality. The performance of auditors working in auditing groups can also affect the quality of the auditing and reduce the effectiveness of the collection of auditing evidence. As auditing managers’ judgment is based on the information and evidences auditors have gathered, their judgment is not different from what the employees have generated. So auditor’s performance influences the quality of auditing. Behaviors reducing quality of auditing made by what auditors have gained within the auditing period makes the documents less effective. These behaviors could have an abominable effect on quality of auditing and also prejudice reliability of this business. The aim of this research is to discover the common behaviors reducing quality of auditing among superior auditors and its relation with their job satisfaction and their commitments to the audit institution. Information needed for this research has been collected by questionnaires. 150 questionnaires have been sent to private audit institutions all over Iran. The accuracy of assumptions of this research have been examined by regression’s statistical analysis. Consequences of this research indicated that behaviors making the quality of auditing less effective have a meaningful relation with auditor’s job satisfaction and also these reducing behaviors have an indirect relevance with organizational commitments.   Manuscript profile

Abstract The main focus of this research is to investigate and explain the role of organizational factors and human resources characteristics in the warning report of auditors of auditing institutions in Iran. The statistical population of the research includes auditors working in audit institutions, members of the public accountants' society and audit organization. Data related to the characteristics of human resources and the variables of organizational factors have been collected using standard questionnaires. Due to the complex nature of standard questionnaires used, a multi-level structural equation model is used to analyze the collected data. The first and second levels of the model are used to confirm the validity and reliability of the research variables. The third level of the model, which explains the relationship between research variables, has been used to test the research hypotheses. The results of the research showed that the free-spirited leadership style is an important organizational factor promoting the warning report in the audit profession in Iran's official audit institutions. Also, managing age in human resource leads to the improvement of transparency of reporting and, in turn, prompts timely warning reporting among auditors in accordance with principles, procedures and legal criteria as a voluntary act. AbstractToday, social problems are among the issues that have been the subject of political debates, and the search for solutions to these problems has become particularly important. Social responsibility accounting is a response to these problems that by considering the social consequences of decisions, such as their economic effects, tries to expand the scope of traditional accounting and requires new criteria to define social goals and assess progress in achieving these goals. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to identify and rank the impact of accounting on social factors. This is a practical and descriptive-exploratory and correlational research that was conducted in 1400. The statistical population in the stage of identifying the components of the research model, the opinions of 20 experts familiar with accounting by snowball method were used. The city of Tehran was used. In the present study, in order to analyze the data of the qualitative section using the analytical techniques of Strauss and Carbin (1998), the concepts as a unit of analysis in the levels of the whole text of the interview were extracted with open source and for the findings of the quantitative part of the modeling method. Structural equations and smart pls software and Friedman test were used to rank the components. Finally, the results showed that accounting has a positive and significant effect on social factors such as investment decisions of investors, creditors in maintaining their interests, banks and financial institutions in accreditation, tax organization in fair tax collection and also the average rating, component. Assisting the tax organization by speeding up the taxation process with various methods of the accounting system has the highest rank and helping owners and investors to use their funds and the legality of their use is of the least importance to respondents.
