Abstract :
The study is to examine the factors affecting promote a culture of quality in the university system, the University of North Tehran, is done. The study population consisted of university students of this university. Given the population distribution to all students in research and the unavailability of information, according to the criteria of the sampling population (based on the sampling method set forth in Table Morgan) (265) was selected as subjects. For any individual, the target population, have an equal chance in the selection of a simple random sampling method is used. This study is applied and the way the survey and the data in this research field and library. To gather the information and data required in this questionnaire that includes 35 items and is adjusted by the investigator 74/0 reliability based on Cronbach's alpha coefficient is estimated that indicates the validity of the instrument. Analysis of the data for this study was conducted at two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics. The data described in the section variables and variables by using indices of frequency, relative frequency, mean, standard deviation and variance are presented in tables and Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used and t a community for hypothesis testing.
