The qualitative research of the society is equal to the sample and the present study was conducted using qualitative judgment sampling and based on the comments of 33 agricultural bank experts. In this research, a systematic method of thematic analysis was used based on the information presented in the works of Tichan et al. In the next step, the effective factors on organizational well-being extracted qualitatively were designed in a questionnaire. The purpose of this questionnaire design was to obtain credible data and, through these data, ranked the factors that threatened organizational integrity. The 120 employees of the Agricultural Bank of the Statistical Society form the second stage of the study. In the second stage, the questionnaire is a type of validation and factor analysis, and finally, a descriptive-analytic type is used to rank the effective factors in the organizational generosity of the research. Finally, a model of the themes and inventions extracted from the interviews of the Agricultural Bank staff was presented based on the three dimensions of external factors, internal factors and individual factors. Finally, using the Friedman rank test, the highest average score in this field is related to the external factor factor of 2.04. Institutional and individual factors are at an average of 1.98 on one level.
