Objectives: This paper aims to identify and present a model for the contributing factors to FinTech implementation in the country's banking system using a blended approach. Design/methodology/approach: The scholar initially analyzed 30 specialists in the banking system in various stages in the qualitative section using a mixed approach. Secondly, in the quantitative section, the efficacy of variables was evaluated by distributing a questionnaire among 267 employees of Bank Refah Kargaran. This was conducted using Smart PLS Software and a structural equation approach. Results: The results indicate that factors such as "economic governance of the state," "culture building and training," "structural preparation," "banking system transparency," and "facilities and incentives" can impact the implementation of FinTech in the banking system. Additionally, quantitative analysis in the next phase demonstrates that all research constructs, presented as five hypotheses, play a direct role in influencing FinTech implementation in the financial system. Originality/value: As traditional banking around the world is transitioning into digital evolution, this paper focuses on one of the significant events in digital banking: FinTech. Despite the importance of FinTech, there have been few studies on its implementation. Manuscript profile

Crop models such as AquaCrop can be a useful tool for better management of water consumption. However, these models should be evaluated before applying. In this study, the accuracy of the AquaCrop model in estimating shoot fresh weight and evapotranspiration of Maize in different soil fertilities and soil textures was evaluated. Field experiments were done as a factorial experiment in a completely randomized design with three soil texture treatments (including silty clay loam, loam and sandy loam) and three levels of soil fertility (including without added fertilizer, adding one and two percent of the fertilizer into the soil). The study was conducted in summer of 2012 in Jey and Qahab region in Isfahan. Results of this study showed that prediction of the model for shoot fresh weight of fodder maize was extremely efficient. The normalized root mean square errors (nRMSE) of the shoot fresh weight of fodder maize for calibration and validation stages were obtained as 0.87% and 0.67%, respectively. Predicting maize evapotranspiration during the growing season by the model had a higher error rate. Maximum and minimum of the root mean square error was obtained in the sandy loam soil with the addition of two percent of the fertilizer treatments (SLF2) and loam soil by adding one percentage of the fertilizer (LF1) with values of 0.88 and 1.42 mm per day, respectively. Results of this study showed that the mean values of RMSE and nRMSE in simulating maize evapotranspiration for sandy loam soil were 1.16 mm and 24.3% that were more than mean values of RMSE and nRMSE for silty clay loam soil type and loam which were 1.08 mm, 26.2% and 0.93 mm, 20.4%, respectively. However, the model accuracy in predicting maize evapotranspiration was varied at different levels of soil fertility depending on soil types so that the maximum value of RMSE in the loam soil was obtained in treatment without fertilizer (LF0) and in sandy loam soils in treatment with two percent fertilizer (SLF2). Background and purpose: Kriging methods especially ordinary kriging are more popular than other interpolation methods because of less uncertainty and the least possible variance. However, various complications in the procedure of this method limit its uses. Therefore, empirical Bayesian kriging has been introduced to overcome the problems of ordinary kriging. Materials and methods: In this study, the efficiency of ordinary kriging and empirical Bayesian kriging was investigated to determine the spatial pattern of concentrations of Ni, Cu and Zn in the soils surrounding the Esfarayen industrial complex. For this purpose, 35 surface soil samples (0-20 cm) were collected in area of nearly 87 Km2 and the metal concentrations were determined in the soil samples using a Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (FAAS). The ordinary and empirical Bayesian kriging were utilized for interpolating and cross validation including RMSE, NSE and PBIAS were used to assess and compare the efficiency of two methods. Results: The results showed the mean concentration of Ni, Zn and Cu were 23.61, 58.47 and 12.51 mg/kg respectively. Based on the results the mean concentration of Zn and Cu were more than background concentrations of the metals, whereas Ni concentration was less than background concentration. Discussion and conclusion: The experimental vario-gram of Cu, Zn and Ni concentrations were best-fitted by exponential, exponential and spherical models respectively. The results of cross validation indicated that the empirical Bayesian kriging was more accurate than ordinary kriging to estimate the elements concentration, though this difference was not considerable. Background: Creativity is such a multidimensional, complex and fuzzy concept that its definitions and indicators are vague and inaccurate Purpose: Constract Validation and Normalisation of The Raudsepp Creativity Questionnaire. Method: Correlation study on a sample of all third grade students of Marand high schools with a sample size of 393 (136 boys and 257 girls) whom were selected through multistage cluster sampling. Research instruments comprised Raudsepp creativity questionnaire and American Creativity Association scale. Results: The results of exploratory factor analysis found out three factors of “sensitivity”, “idea development” and “self-confidence”. In addition, the analysis shows that these three factors explain for 61.30% of the creativity variance. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the extracted agents can measure creativity to a desirable level. Reliability, convergent validity and diagnostic analyses on creativity factors demonstrate that the questions are accurate enough in measuring creativity. As Cronbach's alpha test results in higher than 0.60 reliability and higher than 0.70 combined reliability, all three agents possess appropriate levels of accuracy. Standardised T and Z normalisation scores show that pupils who score more than average on T scalesenjoy good levelsof creativity, while those with less than average T scores do not have good levels of creativity. The present study shows that the questionnaire is highly reliable, valid and appropriate for creativity measurement. Conclusion: The Raudsepp scale can be utilised in pedagogy and psychology. In order to provide all kinds of facilities to their customers, credit institutions need to carry out complete surveys in order to know the applicants from qualitative and quantitative aspects, in order to fully evaluate the ability to repay and calculate the probability of non-repayment of facilities and services. Financially, these surveys are generally called validation. The purpose of this research is to rank the groups of customers and determine the best parts of them so that the brokerage company can perform credit allocation in a mechanized way. For this purpose, after the initial pre-processing of the data, they are processed in the form of RFM 1 model. Then, using the SOM 2 neural network as one of the clustering algorithms, the customers will be divided into 10 clusters. In the following, using the proposed model, the clusters are ranked. The best clusters are identified and the operation of granting facilities is done for the members of these clusters. Finally, three clusters 5, 1 and 7 were determined as the best clusters, which are the target customers. The coefficient of facilities granted to these top three clusters is 0.271, 0.173 and 0.556 respectively. Manuscript profile

Al-Kāfi of Kulaini has been known as an authentic book by Imami scholars for a long time. But in the current period, some have denied the authenticity of the existing versions of al-Kāfi; Accordingly, considering the very important position of al-Kāfi, this research answers the question, what evidence weakens or strengthens the authenticity of al-Kāfi? According to the results of this article, the very high compatibility of al-Kāfi isnāds with Tahdhīb, the abundance of al-Kāfi narration documents, the high attention given to it in different classes and the similarity of the narrations of the hadith books and Fihrists from Kulaini with the existing al-Kāfi are among the reasons for the authenticity of the al-Kāfi version. The criticisms on the authenticity of al-Kāfi are based on wrong foundations, which consider the authenticity of ancient books to be only dependent on the age of the manuscripts or the connection of the isnāds. On the other hand, incorrect perceptions about the comprehensiveness of the old sources, has caused them to think that the totality of al-Kāfi should be quoted in sources such as Tahdhīb. This research, while explaining the Defects of critics' reasons, has shown that they have neglected extensive evidence to prove the authenticity of al-Kāfi, as they have neglected the evidential aspects of their own documents, and have presented wrong analyses. Making a decision on providing financial facilities involves the analysis of information sources. Using credit indices, a suitable model for validating the bank's customers can be presented. Many of these models are classical and do not fully and reliably validate. Due to the increasing uncertainty of current markets, customer lending requires the design of a new model that can address environmental uncertainty in addition to validating indicators. Consider reducing credit risk. The use of fuzzy approaches provides such a possibility for creditors. The present study also aims to design a new system for validating bank customers based on hierarchical fuzzy rules. Validation indices were considered based on research literature and fuzzy rules were collected and analyzed according to experts' opinions. Finally, the final validation model of customers based on hierarchical fuzzy rules of design and as a new model for assessing the status of customer validation in one of the private banks was analyzed. The results of this research showed that, in the case of customer credit analysis, the minimum requirements offered in the proposed model, the customer will have a moderate credit standing, and the credit risk arising from non-repayment of facilities will be reduced as much as possible. Wheat is one of the most important crops in the world. So, use of crop models helps to have an acceptable estimation of its grain yield in different conditions. Regarding that, in order to evaluate AquaCrop, as one of the most useful crop model, under different irrigation water condition in farm, this research was conducted in Kosar irrigation network located at Khuzistan province. Regarding that, long term data in three farms were collected. Then, 70 percent of data were used for calibration. AquaCrop validation results showed that this model had low error and good efficiency. AquaCrop were evaluated using the remaining 30 percent of data. Results showed that the difference between observed and simulated results for wheat grain yield and water use efficiency were 0.45 ton.ha-1 and 0.05 kg.m-3, respectively. In addition, MBE, RMSE and NRMSE results for wheat grain yield were 0.14 ton.ha-1, 0.52 ton.ha-1 and 0.13, respectively. Those results for water use efficiency were 0.01 kg.m-3, 0.06 kg.m-3 and 0.10, respectively. EF and d values for wheat grain yield 0.3 and 0.99, respectively, and those values for water use efficiency were 0.1 and 0.99, respectively. So, AquaCrop accuracy was acceptable for simulation of both parameters and it is recommended to use this model for simulation of mentioned parameters. Manuscript profile

This study was conducted in order to evaluate the SWAP model to simulating yield and water productivity of potato under deficit irrigation conditions in the main potato cultivation regions of Razavi Khorasan province, including Fariman, Ghoochan, and Golmkan in 2019. First, the model performance to simulate the leaf area index and potato yield was evaluated based on the measurements taken from the fields of three locations. Then, using the evaluated model, the potato yield and water productivity were simulated under different irrigation and deficit irrigation scenarios, including irrigation based on farmer management, and 100, 90, 80, 70, 60 and 50% of potato water requirement. The results showed that the SAWP model had good performance in simulating potato leaf area index (R2>0.89 and RMSE<0.73), yield (R2=0.96 and RMSE=5.908 kg ha-1), and water productivity (R2=0.93 and RMSE=0.5 kg m-3). Compared to full irrigation, by reducing irrigation water amount to 50% of the water requirement, the potato yield decreased. The amount of yield decrease for each one percent decrease in the amount of irrigation water in Ghoochan, Fariman, and Golmkan was 255.97, 120.19 and 78.62 kg ha-1, respectively. The potato water also increased by using deficit irrigation up to 50% of the water requirement in Golmkan and Fariman and up to 90% of the water requirement in Ghoochan. In general, by adopting the deficit irrigation at the level of 80% of the water requirement in Golmakan and Fariman and 90% of the water requirement in Ghoochan, it is possible to improve the water productivity compared to full irrigation while maintaining the optimum yield. Abstract Due to its geographical location, Iran has frequently faced natural disasters, especially earthquakes, which highlights the need to use the disaster management process. The purpose of the present study was to validate and construct a questionnaire of factors affecting behavioral outcomes in accidents. Since this questionnaire was not designed and validated by local and indigenous researchers, the design of such a questionnaire is very important. Thus, using a survey research, 384 citizens of Tehran were selected and studied using multi-stage cluster sampling method, so that the desired test can be tested and validated based on it. First, 28 items were designed and 8 experts in the field of accident management and psychology, relying on the content validity based on the panel of experts, evaluated and corrected the items as well as the validity of the questionnaire. The questionnaire had both validity and acceptable reliability. Then, using exploratory factor analysis, more accurate validation was performed on the questionnaire. The findings of this analysis showed that the behavioral consequences of accidents can be examined based on the four components of civic behavior in accidents, lawfulness in accidents, self-care in accidents and empathy in accidents. AbstractAbstract The purpose of the research is to validate the Cooper Body Shape Questionnaire and the relationship between body dissatisfaction and self-esteem of teenage girls in Tehran. The research method is correlational in terms of practical purpose and implementation method. The statistical population is adolescent girls aged 12 to 18 in Tehran in regions 2 and 6, and 400 girls were selected by random cluster sampling. These people responded to Cooper's body shape questionnaire (1987) and Rosenberg's self-esteem questionnaire (1965). The data were analyzed by statistical methods including Cronbach's alpha, exploratory factor analysis and correlation. The results show that the body shape questionnaire in teenage girls of Tehran has a good validity. Exploratory factor analysis method was used to investigate construct validity and the results showed that the body shape questionnaire consisted of 5 factors (perceived concern about obesity, recognition and self-awareness of body shape, consequences of body dissatisfaction, body shape change and emotional attitude towards shape body) is saturated, and the factor loadings of the questions on the related factors were higher than 0.4, which shows the validity of the construct. and considering that the correlation coefficient between the body shape components and self-esteem is appropriate at the significance level of 0.05, the concurrent validity of the body shape questionnaire was confirmed. Finally, the results show that there is a significant correlation between body dissatisfaction and self-esteem. According to the validity and reliability of the body shape questionnaire in teenage girls, it is recommended that the body shape questionnaire be conducted by dear counselors in girls' schools to identify their body shape problems, to help improve their mental health by teaching effective techniques to increase their self-esteem.
