The Journal was launched with the intention to make available quality research output in the field of productivity management particularly at postgraduate level, and thereby, to promote common knowledge of management. Hence, expert researchers at different universities investigating various productivity management issues are invited to submit the results of their research studies after organizing them based on the Author Guidelines. Other aims pursued by the Journal include:
- Expanding the frontiers of knowledge in the area of the science of management,
- Dissemination and development of the science of productivity management in both theory and practice,
- Examining the topics and challenges of productivity management and offering strategies,
- Publication of the theories, findings, patterns as well las the theoretical and applied findings in the area of knowledge pertaining to productivity management based on valid research methods,
- Expansion of interactional network among the researchers inside and outside Iran.
