Addressing the topic "organizational civilization" in the era of transition from the issue of quality and entrance to the age of innovation and entrepreneurship, which I have put forward as a model broader than the other existing models for evaluating organizational promotion, does not have a long history in the existing literature of different areas of management. Along with the introduction of organizational civilization, which looks at the organizational promotion from a different perspective, the following question is addressed: "How can we present a practical definition of organizational civilization in such a way that it is not only acceptable, but it can also measure organizational civilization so that we can put forward the question of how education can affect the formation and promotion of it?" In this paper , in addition to presenting some definitions of organizational civilization and its role in comparison with other aspects of success factors for organizations, the role of education and developing human resources in the formation and promotion of organizational civilization has been discussed.   Manuscript profile

The world markets have opened their gates to the free exchange of goods and services, investments, and other economic activities. The hurdles which used to be in the way of international trade have now been eliminated, and the development of communication media has diminished the barriers of time and distance in the commercial transactions. The extensive changes in different areas have altered the nature of economic endeavors dramatically, and the current situation of the market allows all kinds of commercial activities. However, taking advantage of this situation for global trade requires developing the exporters' capabilities. One of the most important steps in this regard is measuring the rate of the exporting Firms' readiness to effectively enter the world markets, and different models have been devised for this purpose. One of them is "Export Readiness Assessment”, which has immense application in carrying out the researches relating to this field and often leads to determining the necessity or lack of necessity of adopting strategic alliances, which have an important role in the global trade. In this paper, initially the alliances strategies and their various models will be studied. Then, the results of a field research concerning the assessment of the exporting firms' capabilities will be presented based on the ERA model.   Manuscript profile

Surveying the supplying market, as well as choosing the most proper supplier, is one of the most important activities in every organization and company. Neglecting the conditions of parts and raw material supply or disregarding cooperation with the suppliers would lead to an increase in purchase costs, quality control costs, and quality guarantee costs. All the mentioned costs would eventually make the customer dissatisfied with the final goods and services. In ranking the suppliers and choosing them as suppliers, several criteria and factors should be considered. In this paper, in order to rank and evaluate the suppliers of Iran Tractor Manufacturing Company (ITMCo), we have studied the methods and models of multiple attribute decision making, and eventually, have chosen the proper model. The research population consists of the experts of parts-supplying department of ITMCo. First, the important criteria evaluating and ranking the suppliers of ITMCo. Were determined based on library Study and interviewing the experts. Then, by using a questionnaire and based on the Shanon Enteropy Method the importance rate of each criterion was specified. Studying the multiple attribute decision making models showed that TOPSIS model is the most suitable model for ranking the suppliers of ITMCo. The parts needed in ITMCo in 2005 (1384) are divided in to 6 main categories: 1) Completed forged and cast parts 2) Completed parts 3) Completed machined parts 4) half-completed forged and cast parts 5) half-completed sheeted parts 6) half-completed machined parts. Since studying all the mentioned groups is not feasible in this paper, we have confined our study only to the ranking of the suppliers of the first category, the completed forged and cast parts. Municipality is considered as the symbol of a government in the world. This public organ as the most influential one has shouldered a wide range of duties and services and will undergo more responsibilities within the prospect of 20 years of civil development and the fourth development plan of the country. One of the most common dilemmas of the municipalities is the delay in execution and accomplishment of the projects. If any of the projects faces delay, not only will the national investments be wasted, but also they will lose their technical and economical legitimacy. So, a field analysis was carried out in Zone One of Tabriz municipality in order to identify the influential factors on the delays. At first, in order to analyze these questions, various resources were studied and then the influential factors were classified in four groups of employer, counsellor, contractor and the environmental factors. Then a questionnaire was compiled. Next, having studied the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, we distributed it among the statistical population and the data were collected. Finally, by using the T-test scores, the influential factors were identified. The influence rate of each factor was identified according to the Friedman test. As a result, with the help of the data, practical solutions were introduced to stop the delays. Manuscript profile
