About the Journal
Productivity Management is an open access academic, scholarly peer-reviewed Scientific-Research Quarterly Journal that was launched with the intention to publish management-related academic research papers that address institutional management problems and offer viable solution in order to enhance knowledge of management.
The Journal was launched on 2007/06/09 with the permit number of 87/70510 permit issued by Scientific Output Propagation Office, Islamic Azad University and published its first issue in Summer 2007 based on the 124/1944 Permit issued in 2009/07/12 issued by the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance.
Based on the same letter, the Title of the Journal was changed in the winter of 2008 from Management Sciences to Beyond Management and further to Productivity Management in the Spring of 2013 as required by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology in the letter 2/3/12059 dated 2013/04/23.
The Journal was ranked as an academic Scientific-Research Journal according to the 87/260957 Letter dated 2008/09/18, and the verdict of the 49th meeting of the Academic Journal Assessment and Verification Commission and the 59th meeting held in 2009/07/26
The Journal has been accredited as a Scientific-Research Journal by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology based on the 3/18/7562 Letter issued 2009/04/13.

The Journal calls for unpublished original manuscripts to be considered for publication. The papers submitted to the Journal should not have already been published elsewhere except circulated as conference presentations, nor should they be submitted concurrently to another journal.
Manuscripts should be submitted electronically to the Journal’s official website (http://jpm.iaut.ac.ir). The submitted manuscripts will be assessed and verified initially by the Editorial Board before the blind review procedure begins. Further, three experts in the field of management will review the manuscripts and the accepted ones will be published after the revision process is completed.
Professors and researchers are invited to register in the Journal’s official website and review the Submission Guidelines to edit their manuscripts prior to any submission. All the correspondence will be performed electronically through this website. For author instructions and how to submit, select submission guidelines from the menu at the top .
According to the Circular number 10/62815 dated 2019/12/31, the authors are required to pay a nonrefundable review fee of 1500000 Rials after the initial verification of the manuscript by the editor-in-chief and a nonrefundable publication fee of 3500000 Rials after it is accepted for publication. The payment documents should be scanned and uploaded along with the manuscript.

The whole content of the journal is made freely available for non-commercial purposes, users are allowed to copy and redistribute the material, transform, and build upon the material as long as they cite the source.

With the launch of an integrated management system for publications in Tabriz Branch Islamic Azad university, all articles of journal of Productivity Management are freely accessible. This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
