employees performance in different employment modes World of work in public agencies today is a combination of simultaneous presence of employees with different employment relations. Research ever conducted on the subject of employee's performance ignored the role of employment mode. This research investigates and compares employee's performance in five different employment modes in the Health Center of Rasht City. In the present study statistical population is Health Center of Rasht City employees (1134 people) .using a stratified random sampling, about 290 people were selected. Data analysis using statistical tests shows that the performance of official employees is lower than contract workers and family doctors, but the performance of other employees was no significant difference with each other. Also overall performance of employees is higher than average. These findings are inconsistent with some previous findings. these findings are discussed and the their reasons will be explained. Finally, based on research findings suggestions are presented.

Today, research shows that one of the contributions made by staff empowerment is an increase in staff's loyalty to the organization. So in this study, a question is asked as follows: what is the role of the psychological empowerment in improving the staff's organizational commitment. To answer this question, coherence – descriptive method was used. Considering that the statistical society of this research is the staffs of Rasht medical science university, a sample of 234 officers was selected, using Morgan table.
The results show that there is a meaningful relation between psychological empowerment & the organizational commitment in Rasht medical science university. Also, the results showed that staff education level can adjust psychological empowerment to improve the organizational commitment.

Public employee's trust in organizations in many countries is declining and one of mechanisms that may improve trust in these organizations is using servant leadership. Accordingly, the present paper aimed to include servant leadership measurement and prioritize its dimensions in terms of impact on trust, and measurement of trust in Tax Affairs Offices of Guilan province. To achieve these goals, the question is raised whether there is any significant relationship between servant leadership style and establishing trust in the organization under study. To answer this question, the researchers designed a model, and using a correlation-descriptive model, probed the corresponding hypotheses. Each of the concepts were operationalized and the data were collected using a questionnaire. Data analysis confirmed the hypotheses and showed a significant relationship between servant leadership dimensions and establishing trust in Tax Affairs Offices of Guilan province. The desirability of the dimensions and components of research were ranked and based on the ranking recommendations are presented.
