Social capital, knowledge and resources can enhance collective action and individual human social systems. A Nahapyt model was used to study social capital variables and Goshen subscales of bridging capital Structural and operational knowledge was used to model the variables. Performance of the employees was studied using Lange and Grass model through small-scales of quantity, quality, time, cost, operational discipline and accountability. This study used practical research methods using co relational design. The standard questionnaire of Employee performance was used to collect data. The questionnaire was validated using expert opinion and Cranach Alpha was used to verify the reliability. SPSS software was employed to analyze the data. Research findings suggest that there is a relationship between social capital and performance of employees in Qazvin Islamic Azad University. There is a direct and positive relationship between the subscale of social capital and the cognitive aspects most relevant to performance. Manuscript profile

Learning organization and empowerment is one of the most important sources of competitive advantage for the organization. The purpose of this study is to assess the impact of dimensions of organizational learning on staff cognitive empowerment in Persian bank (Tehran central branch). The study population consisted 390 staff  Bank, out of them 194 staff were selected using Finite population sampling method.200 questionnaires were distributed and data analysis of data was performed using SPSS 15 software. Research results indicated that Persian Bank (Tehran central branch) is in good condition in terms of variables of organizational learning and empowerment. Research results also indicated that   there is a meaningful, direct and positive relationship between organizational learning as well as its dimensions and Staff's cognitive empowerment among the dimensions of organizational learning, knowledge sharing had the strongest relationship with staff cognitive empowerment and employees’ merits development has the weakest relationship with staff's cognitive empowerment. After three decades of the life of the research in Intellectual Capital and the role and optimum management of these capitals, the necessity of being familiar with the new approaches in removing the drawbacks of executing the knowledge based economic plans in the company is extremely evident. It is in the light of the knowledge of the intellectual capital management and applying the new approaches that there is a complete image of the current and future condition of the managers and that the development of the company is possible by quick decisions. Purpose of this paper is explaining and clarifying the tendency change in the value of the companies from the tangible assets to intangible ones and its effect on the strategic decision making of the managers of the industrial and productive companies. For this purpose the data were gathered from the managers through a questionnaire and were analyzed in linear and by multiple regression analysis way to determine the extent of the effectiveness of the parts of the intellectual capital management on the dimensions of strategic decision making of the manager (rationality, political behavior, intuition). The findings of this study cleared that the components of the intellectual capital management had a meaningful relationship with the aspects of managers strategic decision making and is effective on them. The results showed that in most of the companies, the intellectual capital were in the proper level, but little attention has been given to the topic and methods of using of these capitals to impact the managers decision making, therefore the gap of the little attention to intellectual capital can be filled by using the new intellectual capital frameworks in the other industrial units and new policies be taken. Activities such as preparing materials, production planning and inventory control and supply of goods are considered as the key areas of supply chain are management and control. It is possible to identify how many and when each product must be produced by planning. Manufacturers can prioritize each product based on the capacity of the lines, the human resources and etc. Moreover, customers might consider other priority for each product. Accordingly, it is important to determine the amount of production for each product by drawing on management and customer comments. On the other hand, due to the indeterminate nature of data in the real world, the fuzzy logic approach is used for production capacity, processing time and profit. In this paper using the revised fuzzy theory of constraints and priorities of customer, a mixed production is determined and it keeps a balance between producer and customer priorities. The proposed algorithm has been studied using numerical example. The results show the effectiveness of this approach in real-world. Manuscript profile

This study aimed to clarify the relationship between quality of work life (Q.W.L.) and social capital (S.C.) in an educational organization. This study was practical in nature but it is descriptive based on research design. The study tried to simulate the relation between Q.W.L. and S.C. The population of this research is all the employees in an organization. 96 people were selected based on cluster sampling and Cochran formula. In the process of mathematical modeling, we used Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (A.N.F.I.S.), the input of model is the variable of QWL and the output is SC variables. To validate the model, we used the checking and testing data in hybrid training process. The result of this research showed that there was a strong relationship between SC and job security and growth opportunities and there was a weak relationship between SC and healthy working environment. This study investigated the impact of managers' leadership style on employee's creativity in Metal Industries in Kaveh Industrial City. The research population included 4700 employees involved in metal industries in Kaveh industrial city out of which 355 people were considered as sample by using Cochran formula and sampling method of rational random classification. A questionnaire was used for gathering data. Then, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) procedure was for analyzing our conceptual model with SMART PLS 2.0 in the following two sections of SEM: measurement model and structural model. In the first section, technical features of questionnaire were investigated, using index reliability, convergent validity and discriminate validity. In second section, structural coefficients were used to investigate our hypotheses. The results indicated a positive and significant impact of leadership style on employees’ creativity. This paper proposes a new approach for deriving priority vector of fuzzy comparison matrices. For this purpose, an optimization model is proposed. In order to solve the proposed model, a heuristic algorithm is proposed. The proposed method of this paper unlike many of the previous studies, derive the crisp priority vector form fuzzy comparison matrices which eliminate the additional fuzzy procedures and fuzzy ranking. In order to illustrate the proposed method, this method is compared to two well-known methods of literature. The computational results show the higher quality of the proposed method. Present research addresses the impact of employability on career success of employees of Qazvin Province National Oil Product Distribution Company. Statistical population of present research consisted of 203 employees of Qazvin Province National Oil Product Distribution Company. 190 subjects were selected, using simple random sampling. The first research instrument was van der Heijden and van der Heijden’s Employability scale with five dimensions of occupational expertise, anticipation and optimization, personal flexibility, corporate sense and balance. The second instrument utilized in this study was Gautier and Linwood's Career Success Scale with five dimensions of job success, interpersonal success, financial success, hierarchical success and life satisfaction. Reliability of instruments was verified using Cranach Alpha which were 0.925 and 0.903 respectively for first and second one. Data analysis was performed using simple linear regression. Results showed that employability dimensions had significant effect on career success. Manuscript profile
